Researchers of oriental color ink painting have concentrated on physical models such as brushes, papers, and ink diffusion. These models can be effective when painter depict a painting by tablet pen. If a painter has poor skill to use tablet pen or drawing ability, result should be not satisfied. In this paper, we propose an automatic painting method for oriental color ink painting. We use a computational approach to abstract landscape image and reproduce a painting by oriental color ink painting method. The reason why we use landscape image, landscape painting is a major theme of oriental ink painting.

The roles and needs for the greentourism facilities require the associated functions and systems which can be determined from considering the existing successful facilities. Some of successful examples for the greentourism facilities in Japan have been investigated, and their functions and systems carefully examined. This paper is intended to provide a meaningful step for introducing and applying the functions and systems for the greentourism facilities in Japan to Korea. The facilities should support the greentourism that leads to the active cultural exchange between urban and rural areas. The required specific facilities are discussed in this paper. For newly developed facilities, restaurants, specialty stores, and hotels may be effective facilities for the greentourism. The design for the entire greentourism facilities should consider, for the development of the area, the several kinds of required functions of the greentourism, such as the travel guide center, the marketing center, the information center, the business center, the human resources center, and the environment conservation center.

본 연구에서는 대중음악의 음악적 구성요소와 편안한 감성과의 상관관계를 밝히고 창작자의 입장에서 감성으로 접근하기 위한 방법을 모색하기 위하여 엠넷의 편안한 감성 테마에서 선정된 200곡의 가사와 음악적 특징을 분석하였다. 이 때 가사의 분석으로 감정적 단어의 사용 및 전체적 가사의 내용을 알아보고 음악적 분석으로 장르, 템포, 조성, 악기구성 및 화성진행 등에 대하여 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 통하여 편안한 감성의 음악의 특징 점을 발견하고 정리하여 편안한 감성의 곡을 쓰고자 할 때 보다 쉽고 빠르게 접근할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

인구 고령화는 세계적 추세이지만, 특히 한국과 일본은 현저하게 빠른 증가 속도로, 2050년 일본이 세계 1위, 한국이 세계 2위로 전망되고 있다. 본 연구는 한국과 일본의 고령자 일상생활활동의 건강성에 관한 실태와 비교 분석을 통해 사회, 문화 및 노인 인구 증가 속도 등 여러 면에서 우리나라와 유사점을 가지고 있으면서도 노인 문제를 우리보다 약 20년 정도 앞선 경험으로 고령화 대책이 구체적인 일본 노인복지를 통하여 한국 노인 문제에 다양한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국과 일본 각각 양국가의 언어로 번역된 설문지를 사용하여, 한일 65세 이상 노인 603명과 267명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 훈련된 연구 조사원들을 통해 일대일 면접 방식으로 한국의 노인복지관과 노인대학과 센터 등에서, 일본의 시니어클럽연합회와 사회복지법인의 자원봉사 그룹, 고령자 생협 소속 노인들에게 조사되었다. 이를 통해, 행복한 노년기를 위한 인간존엄의 근원적 테마로 다양한 시사점을 제시하였다.

The regional development methods, which had carried out in the rural area had many legal and systematic problems in establishing plans for the region itself, and in finding and practicing various business. Recently, new government revised the budget system and introduced the block grants system to overcome this limitation. Due to this, plans and enforcements of subsequent rural development projects are expected be a significant change. The study suggests the 'theme cluster development' method for accomplishing the regional specialization and competitiveness and examines the procedure of application in practice through the regional development plan of Sunchang-gun, Jeonbuk province.

차세대 모바일용 전자디스플레이로 각광받고 있는 FOLED (flexible organic light emitting display)의 연구에서 display의 신뢰성과 수명은 매우 중요한 연구 테마이다. OLED의 수명단축에 영향을 미치는 요소는 수분에 의한 열화가 가장 치명적이다. Barrier layer를 통한 수분의 주요 침투경로는 pin-hole과 void 등과 같은 defect에 의한 것으로 보인다. 수분의 침투 경로를 제어하는 OLED용 barrier layer의 요구조건은 WVTR (water vapor transmission rate)이 $10^{-6}g/m^2{\cdot}day$ 이하로 낮아야 한다. Barrier layer가 가져야 할 핵심적인 조건은 유연성을 가지면서 동시에 WVTR 값이 매우 낮아야 하는데, 아직까지 이를 만족하는 barrier layer의 개발은 아직 덜된 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 PET (polyethylene terephthalate) 기판에 sputtering법으로 barrier layer를 제조하였다. 증착에 이용한 타겟은 두가지 종류인 Al과 $Al_2O_3$를 사용하였으며, 다층박막으로 제조하였다. 제조된 barrier layer의 수분침투 특성은 WVTR의 측정으로, 유연성의 평가는 in-situ fatigue test를 수행하여 측정하였다. 종합적인 특성 평가를 위하여 SEM과 AFM (atomic force microscope) 관찰도 하였다.

This study analyzes the images of city residents on the landscape elements of the rural theme villages. The results of analysis bring the following conclusions. 1) Important factor of rural landscape with worth preserving is natural landscape such as dense forests, trees and creek. 2) Natural landscape such as forests and trees is evaluated high in image-assessment as well. However, it is evaluated low in the image of "Diversity", therefore, various species of trees need to be preserved. 3) In the future, people who spent their life only in the city would be the main stream of Green-tourism, and their structure of image-assessment needs to be reorganized.

Along with the development of the video-film related industry, the need for establishing the education of the video image design is now rapidly growing in a variety of video art institutes. The video image design IS therefore being more classified and systematized than ever to maxImize its effectivity and facilitate its creativity. This paper is thus aimed to suggest the basic curriculum and project class schedule on the video image design which can be utilized in class activities.

사진의 발명 초기, 가장 널리 촬영되었던 것이 풍경사진이다. 풍경사진의 역사는 사진술의 발명가인 조세프 니세포르 니에프스의 세계 최초 풍경사진 <르 그라의 집 창에서 내다 본 조망, 1827년>부터 정치적인 목적으로 촬영된 비송형제의 알프스에서 찍은 풍경사진, 미국의 근대 사진을 이끌었던 알프레드 스티글리츠의 구름을 주제로한 <이퀴벌런트 Equivalent) 시리즈, 리얼리티에 입각한 'f64' 그룹, 현대의 풍경을 표현했던 '뉴토포그래픽스' 작가에 이르기까지 다양하며 광범위하다. 이렇듯 풍경사진은 자연이나 인공적인 풍경을 담아내는 일차적인 표현 방법을 넘어서 그 시대와 목적에 따라 달리 표현되며 작가 자신의 내면적 세계를 담아내는 행위이다. 글로벌한 1인 미디어가 대거 등장하면서 사진은 더욱 친숙하고 밀접하게 다가온다. 그 중 대표적인 것으로 여행에서의 풍경사진을 꼽을 수 있다. 우리는 개인이 직접 접해보지 못했던 대자연의 장엄함과 시골의 소박한 자연풍경을 사무실과 거실의 모니터 앞에서 쉽게 감상할 수 있다. 그러나 이 아름다운 풍경을 촬영자의 내면 그대로 담아내는 일은 좀처럼 쉽지 않다. 우리의 눈과 마음으로 바라보는 3차원 또는 4차원의 풍경을 사진이라는 2차원적 평면으로 표현할 수 있는 기본적인 촬영방법을 알아보자.

미국 NSA는 미 국방부 산하 비밀정보기관으로 그중 하나인 국방정보국(DIA)와 함께 미국의 (대외)전자정보 첩보활동 기능을 하고 있다.워싱턴과 볼티모어 중간의 메릴랜드주 포트 미드에 본부를 두고 있으며 3만 8천명의 인원과 1년 예산 41조원으로 운영되고, 6000평의 지하에 설치된 수퍼컴퓨터들을 작동하고 있는 것으로 알려졌다.FBI나 CIA와는 별개의 조직이며 미 육군 안전국 및 해군과 공국의 통신정보기구에 대해서도 광범위한 감독권을 갖는다. 에셜론에 대한 관리 및 그 존재에 대한 의구심은 에셜론이 네트워크를 통하여 자국민은 물론 다른 나라의 국가 기업 기밀을 포착하고 있으리라는 추측을 불러 일으키고 있음에도 불구하고 미국과 영국은 에셜론의 실체 및 에셜론을 통한 정보탐지 여부를 철저하게 부인해 왔으나 호주 및 뉴질랜드 정부가 이사실을 인정하기 시작하였고 영국 BBC방송사는 1999년 11월 2일 오스트레일리아 정보보안부 감찰관 빌 블릭이 NSA를 중심으로 하는 세계적인 통신감청망 에셜론이 존재하며 자신이 일했던 호주 방위통신대도 이 감청망의 일부라고 확인했다고 보도했다.
