기존 택시 어플리케이션의 방식은 승객이 택시를 이용할 때 승객 근처의 택시들이 승객을 선착순으로 선택하는 방식이다. 이는 승객이 택시의 정보를 알 수 없으며 승객을 선택한 택시를 탑승해야 된다. 또 택시 관련 범죄가 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며 사회적으로 심각한 문제로 떠오르고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위하여 승객이 주변 택시들을 검색하여 선택할 수 있으며 택시의 정보를 제공 받을 수 있다. 그리고 택시 범죄를 예방하기 위해 승객이 여러 경로 중에서 원하는 경로를 선택하면 택시 기사에게 전송하여 이탈 시 감지할 수 있다.

At present, Busan City has proposed various taxi industry development measures, but fundamentally there is a problem that the taxi supply is excessive compared to the demand. Therefore, this study tried to explore ways to activate the taxi reduction. We first identified problems with the taxi reduction program in Busan, and analyze thoughts of taxi operators and workers. As a result, difficulties in securing funding and lack of consent from a large number of stakeholders were identified as the first problem for current taxi reduction program. Second, both groups recognize the need for the taxi reduction, and taxi drivers are more willing to participate in the program. Third, the most important factor in determining to take the taxi reduction program was the amount of compensation. And to activate taxi reduction program, it is helpful for executives to improve their management conditions and for drivers to place reemployment.

서비스화(servitization)와 공유경제 패러다임이 확산되면서 서비스 산업에서도 IT기술을 융합시킨 다양한 형태의 새로운 비즈니스가 성공적으로 정착되고 있다. 특히 대중교통 서비스 산업에서 우버(Uber) 택시는 IT기술과 공유경제 개념을 절묘하게 접목시킨 새로운 차원의 성공적인 공유택시 비즈니스 모델로 자리매김하였고, IT기술을 적용한 교통예약 소프트웨어는 공유택시의 차별적 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 중요한 수단이 되고 있다. 공유택시 예약 프로그램은 택시이용자에게 신속하고 편리함을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 에너지 절약, 교통체증으로 인한 스트레스 완화 등의 많은 사회적 혜택과 이익을 제공하고 있기 때문에, 여러 분야에서 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 최근 중국에서는 보다 진보된 공유택시 예약 프로그램이 공유택시에 접목되면서 공유택시 이용객이 급히 증가하고 있으며, 이와 함께 공유택시 차별화에 핵심적인 역할을 하는 소프트웨어 시장의 경쟁도 가속화 되고 있다. 그러나, 이용객을 대상으로 강력범죄 발생빈도 증가와 이로 인한 부정적인 여론의 급속한 확산은 공유택시 산업발전에 심각한 방해요인이 되고 있지만, 근본적인 해결방법에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공유택시 예약 프로그램에 이용객의 안전을 위한 컨텐츠 개발과 적용을 통해 공유택시 이용객의 불안해소와 공유택시 산업 발전에 기여할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 중국현지의 공유택시 이용객을 대상으로 실증연구를 진행할 계획이며, 고객여정맵(CJM)과 Kano 분석을 통해 결과와 시사점을 도출할 계획이다.

Mobile application is growing explosively with the advent of a new technology: smartphones. Mobile application is a new marketing channel and performs as a start-up platform. This study examines the effect of mobile application on the off-line market. Despite the continuous declining demand for taxi service, paradoxically, the supply of taxi service has increased. The taxi industry can be categorized into general taxi and call taxi. General taxi is accidental and inefficient because it has to search for its own passenger. As call taxi takes the request of a passenger, it is more efficient than general taxi. However, the current defective passenger-taxi driver matching system and insufficient taxi driver management hinder the development of the call taxi market. Differences in differences (DID) is an econometrical methodology that examines whether or not an event has meaningful influence. This research uses DID to investigate the effect of the Kakao taxi application on the call taxi industry. Furthermore, it examines the effect of major companies' reckless diversification, which is considered unethical behavior. The passengers of call taxi data from August 2014 to July 2015 and those of designated driving service data of the same period were collected as the control group.

인천시 택시사고율이 전국에서 가장 높기 때문에 인천택시사고의 특성분석과 대책을 마련하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 택시사업체, 택시기사, 도로현황, 보험제도 등을 설문조사, 현장조사, 방문조사방법을 통하여 분석하였다. 설문조사결과 상용근로자의 요인이 안전에 좋은 영향을 가져올 것으로 기대되는 등의 13개 시사점을 발견하였고, 도로의 구조적 문제점을 세부적으로 지적하였으며, 주행거리 종량제와 같은 보험제도 개선안을 제시하였다. 그리고 버스전용차로의 택시이용에 관한 정부의 배려가 현재 악화되어 있는 택시의 운영실태를 개선할 것으로 보며, 결국 택시사고의 감소로 이어질 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문은 제주 택시 텔레매틱스 사업의 운영 결과 축적된 히스토리 정보를 기반으로 택시들의 운행기록을 분석하여 승객들이 택시를 찾는 지점을 분석하는 기법을 제시하고 이를 바탕으로 시간별 지역별 링크별 승차 패턴을 분석한다. 이를 위하여 택시의 상태도 천이에서 승차지점을 추출하였으며 해당 데이터를 데이터베이스 테이블에 저장하였다. 이후 승차지점들을 그루핑하여 승차 패턴의 추이를 발견하고 이에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 이 분석 데이터는 택시들을 지역별 시간대별로 승객이 많이 찾는 위치로 이동시키고 택시의 공차 운행율을 감소시키는 배차 방식을 개발하여 택시의 영업 수익 증대와 승객의 택시 대기시간 감소를 기할 수 있다.

최근 택시를 이용한 범죄가 늘어남에 따라 대부분의 여성 탑승자들은 긴장과 불안감을 느끼면서 택시를 이용한다. 탑승자들의 불안감은 택시 영업을 하고 있는 사람에게도 불쾌한 일이며, 이로 인해 탑승자와 택시 영업을 하고 있는 사람 간에 마찰이 생긴다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 택시 기사와 택시에 대한 정보, 현재 위치에 대한 정보, 알람 기능을 이용한 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법으로 인해 탑승자의 안전은 회사로부터 실시간 보호받고 있으므로 탑승자는 이전보다 택시를 이용하는 것에 대해 안전함을 느끼면서 택시를 이용할 수 있다.

우리나라 택시의 경우, 이용측면에서나 수송분담률측면에서 볼 때 대중교통에 가까운 역할을 담당하고 있다고 할 수 있으나, 적정 택시대수를 산정하는 모형이 정립되지 않아 택시증차규모 결정시 이해관계자들의 마찰로 사회적 물의를 일으키며 이를 조정하는데 행정력이 낭비되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 택시 이용자와 업체 그리고 운전기사의 입장이 반영된 적정 실차율, 교통여건, 이용객수의 변화 들을 고려한 중소도시에서의 택시 증차대수 산정을 위한 합리적 기준이 제시되었으며 현재의 운행기록에 의한 거기기준실차율조사의 문제점을 개선한 새로운 택시 실차율 조사방법의 적용성이 검토되었다. 새로운 실차율 조사방법으로 부도심상의 주요 가로를 통과하는 택시에 대한 차량기준실차율을 조사하여 종래의 운전자의 운행기록표에 의한 거리기준 실차율과 비교하였다. 두 방법에 의한 실차율이 매우 근사한 값을 보였으며 통계적 검정에서도 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 차량기준방법에 의한 실차율조사로 조사비용을 줄이고 자료의 신뢰성을 높일수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The Purpose of this Paper is to compare and analyze the operational condition of corporation-owned and owner-driver taxies using tachometer output data. The empirical findings from this study are as follows : First, although corporation-owned taxies have long operating mileage and service driving mileage per vehicle. the service rate of owner-driver taxies were 3.5 percent higher than corporation-owned taxies. Secondly it is found that operation mileage, service driving mileage, and service Income except non-service driving mileage have statistically significant differences between corporation owned and owner-driver taxies. In addition. there was a weak correlation between the income and non-service driving mileage of owner-driver taxies. It is concluded that owner-driver taxies joined the call-taxi association and call-taxi services decreased non-service driving mileage.

Gyeongsangnam-do has been operating Bravo-taxi, a Gyeongnam-type DRT using taxi vehicles, since 2017 to guarantee the right of mobility for residents who live in areas lacking public transportation. This research investigated and analyzed changes in users' awareness over two years from beginning of Bravo-taxi operation in Gyeongsangnam-do, which started operating Bravo-taxis in 2017, targeting sites lacking public transportation. Through this study, the positive effects of taxi-type DRT were confirmed, such as improving the mobility of residents in areas underprivileged by public transportation, reducing required time for trips, and increasing preference for Bravo-taxis compared to existing buses. On the other hand, problems with the current Bravo-taxi system were also identified. In some areas, it was found that there were not enough coupons for Bravo-taxis, or in the case of Bravo-taxis operating at fixed times, the user's desired time and operating time did not match, resulting in lower satisfaction. The results of this research are expected to be utilized as basic data for service continuity of taxi-type DRT in operation by other local governments.
