액체식 태양열 집열기의 열성능 평가시험 루우프 설계 (A Thermal Performance Test Loop Design for Liquid - Heating Solar Collectors)

  • ASHRAE 표준을 참고로 하여 한국과학기술원(KAIST)에서 수정한 집열기 시험 장치의 주요부품 의 설계도면 및 Specification 등을 제시하였다. 또한 ASHRAE 표준 시험 절차를 재분석하고 KAIST에서 수정한 Test Loop를 시험하기 위한 실험절차의 개요도 설명하였다. ASHRAE 표준 상의 가장 중요한 실험인 (1) 집열기 시간 상수 실험과 (2) 수직에 가까운 입사각에 대한 효율 실 험 및 (3) 입사각 수정 계수 실험 등을 실제 태양 아래에서 실험하여 그 결과도 그림으로 제시하 였다. 본 연구를 통해서 얻은 결과로부터 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 한국 과학 기술원 에서 설계한 집열기 시험 장치는 ASHRAE의 표준 절차에 따라 액체 가열식 집열기의 열효율을 측정하기 위한 실용적 장치임을 알 수 있다. 일반적으로 ASHRAE 표준 93-77은 합리적인 절차 라고 할 수 있다. 그러나, 최소일사량 규정(즉 630W/m$^{2}$ 미만이 되어서는 안된다고 하는 ASHRAE 규정) 같은 것은 일사량이 적은 기후 조건하에서는 다소 하향 조정하여도 정확한 효율 곡선을 얻을 수 있다고 하겠다.

하절기 내측 블라인드의 유형별 일사차폐성능 비교 실측연구 (An Experimental Study on Comparing Solar Heat Shading Performances in Accordance with the Type of Internal Blinds in the Summer)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare heat shading performance of various blind types in summer. 4 types of blinds were employed and the results are summarized as follows: 1) There were significant differences in indoor thermal environment and heat shading performance between different heat shading devices, and functional blinds demonstrated relatively superior heat shading performance. 2) Indoor long wave radiation influx measures were lowest for the coating roll blind (Blind B), followed by the coating venetian blind (Blind C), the venetian blind (Blind A), the roll blind, and not having any blinds at all. 3) Such examination results carry implications to reduce cooling load and enhance the indoor environment.

  • This study is to analyze and compare on the sky condition of cloud amount and measured solar horizontal irradiation in Seoul. Sky cover method is determination of sky condition used by cloud amount of the Meteorological Administration. And HCI method is determination of sky condition used by measured solar horizontal irradiation. The HCI methods of Erbs et al.(1982), Orgill and Hollands(1977) appear a lot of error because of the air pollution such as smog phenomenon or yellow sand phenomenon and so on. Therefore, The purpose of this study is to improve the method for determination of sky condition.

  • The major purpose of this paper is to develop an uncertainty estimate for the calibration of thermopile instruments used to measure solar radiation parameters. We briefly describe the solar radiation parameters most often measured, instrumentation, reference standards, and calibration techniques. The bulk of the paper describes elemental sources of error and their magnitude. We then apply a standard error analysis methodology to combine these elemental error estimates into a statement of total uncertainty for the instrument calibration factor. Our results allow one to evaluate the accuracy of a radiometric measurement using thermopile instrumentation in the light of the application, such as engineering test evaluation or for validation of theoretical models.

일사의 발광효율을 이용한 수직면 주광조도 예측에 관한 연구 (Predicting Daylight Illuminances on Vertical Surfaces Using Luminous Efficacy of SolarIr radiance)

  • Exterior vertical illuminance is an important factor for lighting control. But, there are not many researches about the exterior illuminance on a vertical surface. In this study, we predicted the exterior illuminance on a vertical surface using vertical luminous efficacy. First, we calculated the vertical luminous efficacy according to the sky clearness category. And we performed the statistical analysis of the measured and the calculated illuminance with luminous efficacy. The MBE and RMSE of the predicted exterior illuminance were-1.2% and 15.5%, respectively. Second, the annual illuminance on a vertical surface calculated with the luminous efficacy and the short-term measured solar irradiance was suggested in this study.

  • The solar radiation, inner temperature of the tilted box and the amount of condensed water were measured to find the most effective purified water production system. The inner temperature of the tilted box was related with solar radiation that was affected by sunshine and cloud. With analyzing those relationships of the solar radiation, inner box temperature, the angle of tilted boxes and amounts of water condensation optimal collecting system area could be calculated.

천공구분에 따른 서울지역 일사의 발광효율 측정 및 예측모델과의 비교 연구 (Comparison of Measurement and Calculation Model of Solar Luminous Efficacy for All Sky Conditions in Seoul)

  • For accurate dayligh tsimulation, accurate exterior illuminance is necessary. But, Korea Meteorological Agency provides only the solar irradiance data. Thus, there is a need for the research on luminous efficacy. In this study, global horizontal irradiance, diffuse horizontal irradiance, global horizontal illuminance, and diffuse horizontal illuminance were measured to calculate the luminous efficacy in SEOUL. And, we evaluated the applicability of the Perez's model by comparing the measured data and calculated data. As a result, measured global luminous efficacy is 126(110~129)lm/W and diffuse luminous efficacy is 127(115~133)lm/W in Seoul. Perez's model was relatively accurate with 5% difference in the diffuse luminous efficacy. But, it can be predicted about 15% lower in the global luminous efficacy.

  • This study was carried out to analyze solar radiation in plastic greenhouse which is covered with polyethylene or polyvinyl chrolide film. A computer model for solar radiation analysis in the plastic greenhouse was developed and solar gain factors for E-W and N-S oriented plastic greenhouse in the greenhouse farming area during winter were investigated. Solar gain factors for E-W plastic greenhouse were 60 to 75 percent which were 10 to 15 percent higher than those for N-S plastic greenhouse from November to January. However, the values were apparently decreased in February and reversed in March, showing 3 to 5 percent higher in E-W plastic greenhouse. About 67 to 72 percent of the total solar radiation was attributed to the south-directed wall and roof for the E-W plastic greenhouse and about 30 percent through walls and 60 percent through roofs for the N-S plastic greenhouse.

  • 태양광발전소를 설치하기 위한 경제적 타당성을 분석하는 경우 기상청에서 제공하는 해당지역의 날씨정보를 기반으로 하는 PV Cell의 연간 발전량 예측 및 분석이 중요한 변수가 된다. 또한 날씨 조건에 대한 PV 발전의 예측은 기 설치되어 운전중에 있는 태양광발전소의 고장진단 및 성능평가에도 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문은 다양한 날씨 조건 중 주변온도, 풍속, 일사량에 따른 PV Cell의 특성을 분석하고, 실시간으로 변화하는 날씨환경에 대하여 순시적으로 PV Cell의 출력특성을 정확히 예측할 수 있는 모델을 수립한다.

직달일사를 이용한 잠열축열식 바닥난방 시스템이 냉방부하에 미치는 영향에 대한 검토 (Effects of Phase Change Material Floor Heating Systems using Direct Solar Gain on Cooling Load)

  • In this research, the effect of a heating system, which is powered by direct solar energy accumulated in phase change material (PCM) as heat storage material installed on the floor surface, on the cooling load was studied. Cooling load of a test building designed for this research was measured with fan coil unit and factors affecting it were also estimated. Experiments were performed with and without PCM installed on the building floor to understand the effect of the PCM on the cooling load. Additionally, to confirm the experiments results, the prediction calculation formula by average outside temperature and integrated solar radiation was composed using multivariate regression model. The results suggested that the heating system with PCM on the floor surface has the potential to shift electric power peak by radiating heat, stored during the daytime in it, at night, not increasing the total cooling load much.
