Analyses of the Causes that Film Production Staffs Leave Film Sites and Proposals for the Improvement (영화 Production 스태프의 탈 현장 원인 분석과 개선을 위한 제언)

  • The Korean film market has revved up against American movies and the movie industry has continued to grow even though Korea is a small country. However, most production staffs who are responsible for practical business of film production get wages that fall short of the inflation rate and minimum wages as temporary employees. And there's the atmosphere that they try to leave film sites on the first opportunity. This study finds that the cause to leave film sites is attributed to perception gaps about the hardworking character and labor which occur in the process that production staffs enter the movie industry and participate in film production as well as poor surroundings. And it should establish staffs' hardworking character and recognition as workers to them by reorganizing the current curriculums which approach movies from the only artistic viewpoint in the departments related to movies and images that hold a large majority in their majors, establishing the concept of work according to participation in film production to potential production staffs, and changing their recognition to improve the elements that they leave the sites.

  • 우리나라 주요 수자원인 댐 저수지는 여름철 성층현상으로 인해 많은 수질문제가 발생하여 산기식 수중폭기장치를 설치하고 있다. 그러나 산기식 수중폭기장치의 설계인자들은 대부분 lab-scale의 실험연구를 통해 검토되고 설계에 반영되고 있어 실제 댐 저수지에 적용하기 위해서는 현장적용성을 고려하여 개선될 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 실제 댐 저수지의 현장조건을 고려하여 CFD 모의실험을 통해 산기식 수중폭기장치의 설계인자인 무차원변수 DN (Destratification Number)과 탈성층 영향반경 및 효율을 검토하였다. 그 결과 현장조건에서의 DN값은 lab-scale 실험조건보다 더 넓은 범위를 가지며, 단위수심당 탈성층 영향반경은 DN값이 증가할수록 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 탈성층 효율은 DN값이 증가할수록 선형적으로 증가하다가 증가율이 감소하면서 일정해지는 것으로 분석되었다.

Proposal of PC Core System for Modular Housing (모듈러주택 적용을 위한 PC코어 시스템 제안)

  • Modular construction is popular as a smart building system because it can shorten the construction period. This study proposed a precast concrete (PC) core system that can further shorten modular construction time. The system was developed and its structural performance was verified through computational analysis. The proposed PC core system is a complete PC construction method using dry bonding. The results of the study indicated that the proposed PC core system has structural stability and performance suitable for modular housing.

  • 도심 재생은 다른 지역에 비해 상대적으로 낙후되어 있는 지역을 발전시키겠다는 의미보다 과거에 비해 쇠퇴한 지역을 재활성화시키겠다는 의도가 강하다. 과거 산업 혁명 이래 각종 제조업을 선도하며 영화를 누렸던 영국의 많은 도시들이 탈 산업화로 인해 쇠퇴를 거듭하면서 폐기됐던 공장 지대 등을 재활용하는 등 도심 재생이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다.

In this paper, I study the causes of crises in our discipline and libmies. I suggest some methods to cure the illnesses.

  • The 1960s is a decade that is marked by new concepts of art making and art appreciation. Starting from Fluxus, the new art in the 1960s such as Happenings and performance art pursued the process of art making as an integral part of artistic experience. The traditional concept of art works that only appeal to vision soon became a site of contentious experiments and innovations in which the experience of seeing is accompanied by other sensual encounters of sound, smell, touch, and taste. These attempts can be seen as a revolutionary move to restore the sense of corporeality to the act of seeing that has been disembodied by the way in which western art has built the unifying, homeogenous field of vision. This paper delves into the works of Fluxus artists - Daniel Spoerri, Ben Vautier, Alison Knowles, Ay-O, and Takako Saito - who were central figures in taking art into the new age of post-ocularcentrism. Exploring the sense of smell, touch, and taste, these artists led the viewer to participate in their art making with the incorporated vision.

Evaluation of Color Coating Method for Color Maintenance of Color Asphalt Pavement (칼라 아스팔트 포장의 색채 표면보수를 위한 칼라코팅 공법 성능평가)

  • The evaluation of various color coating methods for color maintenance of color asphalt pavement is conducted using the laboratory and field tests on the bus lane. The surface of color asphalt constructed on the bus lane is deteriorated such as changing color and decoloration and abrasion due to the passing of the traffic and time. The total of 9 coating methods were evaluated in this study. The laboratory tests included Ultra violet test, adhesion test and Taber abrasion test and the field tests were british pendulum test and visual survey. The results of tests showed that the different methods showed the their own engineering characteristics and it is dependant upon the main material used. The rubber epoxy material for the main material showed the satisfactory result among the methods tested. However, the performance of the coating methods after 100days are not satisfactory, decoloration, abrasion and peeling up are investigated and need to be studied for the further application in the field.

  • 정경택 교육과학기술부 국제과학비즈니스벨트기획단장은 '해결사'로 불린다. 지난해 교과부 과학기술정책실 정책조정기획관으로 부임해 국가 연구개발 컨트롤타워인 '국가과학기술위원회'를 성공적으로 출범시켰다. 다음 해결 주제는 '말도 많고 탈도 많던' 국제과학비즈니스벨트(과학벨트) 사업이었다. 그는 민간 전문가들로 구성된 '국제과학비즈니스벨트위원회'를 구성해 2년여를 끌어온 과학벨트 입지 선정을 지난 5월 마무리했다. 과학벨트 사업은 여전히 국내외 과학자들의 관심 대상 0순위다. 올 연말 기초과학연구원이 설립되고 내년엔 기초과학연구원 산하 연구단 25개가 선정된다. 과학자들에게 새로운 연구 기회가 생기는 셈이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to derive the limitations of the existing management system by analyzing the characteristics of the PC process to improve the PC construction project management system process. To overcome the limitations derived, we present a process of managing integrated information from the design-production-construction stage using QR codes and clouds. This is expected to help develop a PC construction project management system.
