본고에서는 1912년 타이타닉호의 침몰사고 이후 도입된 구획 및 손상복원성규칙의 개정현황, 1987년 herald of Free Enterprise 호와 1994년 Estonia 호의 Ro-Ro Space 해수유입으로 인한 침몰사고 이후 도입된 잔존 복원력 요건 및 Ro-Ro Passenger Ship의 강화 규정을 요약하였다. 또한 IMO 혐약 내의 모든 손상복원성 류칙을 확률론적인 방법으로 통합하기 위하여 IMO SLF (복원성, 만재홀수선 및 어선안전 소위원회)에서 진행중인 HArmonization 작업과 이에 중대한 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 EU(유럽연합) Consortium Project 인 "Harmonization of Rules and Design Rationale(HARDER)" 에 대한 현재까지 의 동향을 요약하였다. 그리고, 부록으로서 방화 및 구명 설비에 대한 협약개정동향을 수록하였다.동향을 수록하였다.

The fact that the gigantic and luxurious cruise, Titanic, sank into the cold winter sea causing 1,490 casualties in 1912 resulted in discussing safety of life at sea international and Korea has adopted and operated the GMDSS to keep up with those international endeavors to decrease the number of tragic accidents at sea, However, all GMDSS equipment is making a monotonous beep sound when receiving a distress, emergency, safety and even general message so that it might contribute to lowering ship operators' cognitive abilities as well as being dull of safety precautions. So, I'd like to render great services for saving even one person by considering developing an automatic audio alarm device which allows people to respond in a prompt manner as soon as they hear an audion alarm such as a shipwreck.

This study is to design costumes of each characters, seen in the film of 'TITANIC' directed by James Cameron in 1997, by analyzing various costumes for each roles in the film. The 'TITANIC' has got the 'Oscar Award' in 1998 in 11 sectors for its' high box office record and the finest of the work, based on successful visualization of the costumes for the contemporary characters by historical research. The social background of 'TITANIC' would be presumed in the year of 1912, of which era was also called by 'La Belle Epoque', to say, 'good period'. This study, therefore, traced the representative art trend for the 1910's, together with political, economical and social backgrounds as 1st step. The 2nd step is the consideration of fashion trends of costume affected by the contemporary trends such as Art Nouveau and Art Deco in the period. The 3rd step is the analysis of costumes in the film of 'TITANIC'. Finally, this work has designed the virtual costumes of the characters, in imaginary scenes, which could denote the nature of the personality. Hopefully, this study could help designers show sustainable development in creating cinema costumes and other related projects, based on the understandings of this work.

1912 April 14th tietanik is in favor disaster at marine accident to do and the world-wide various nations, to be to a marine, after providing the treaty for an immediacy with international agreement there are by all vessels and the radio communication equipment for immediacy navigation they establish. Also by a vessel immediacy law 4th favor regulation even from our country in order to establish a radio communication equipment. But it is a GMDSS and it follows in introduction of new communication system and the region change is brought about in vessel communication system and the many problem point occurs. Against the problem point of the our country marine communication which it follows hereupon it researches and it does to sleep.
