Development of a model for an equation for estimating construction costs based on the resource-based cost estimating system for TBM (TBM 공법의 자원기반 적산 방식에 의한 개산 공사비 예측 식 모델 개발)

  • This study attempted to estimate construction costs in accordance with the resource-based cost estimation (unit cost price) system by diameter for TBM method, and analyzed the direct cost and the total cost. Based on such figures, this study performed a regression analysis and proposed a model for an equation for estimating construction costs. model for the resource-based cost estimation (unit cost price) system classified by diameter for TBM method proposed by this study can be effectively applied to business planning, preliminary investigation, feasibility study, construction cost estimations in the early design stages.

  • 도메인에 대한 전문 지식 획득(Acquisition of expert knowlegde)은 지식 제공자인 인간 전문가에 의존한다. 도메인이 복잡해 질수록 인간 전문가로부터 관련된 모든 지식을 획득하기란 어렵다. 이런 지식 획득의 어려움을 부분 흑은 완전 자동화된 지식 획득 시스템을 통해 해결하려는 많은 연구가 있어 왔다. 그러나 지식 획득을 위한 여러 시도들은 지식 제공자의 촛점이 도메인이 아닌 표현 구조나 도구- representation environment -에 보다 치우치게 하여, 잘못된 지식을 획득하게 하거나 주요지식이 생략되는 경우를 보이기도 한다. 또한 정적인 관계(relationship)에 의해서만 지식(Static Knowledge)을 생성하므로 시간흐름에 따라변화하는 지식을 나타내기는 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션을 통한 자동 지식 획득(Simulation Based automatic Knowledge Acquisition) 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법은 1) 도메인에 관한 초기 인과관계 정보를 입력 받고, 2) 입력된 정보를 일정한 프레임에 따라 구조화 시켜 경험 베이스를 구성하고 이를 탐색하여 도메인과 관련된 확장된 정보를 얻은 후, 3) 위의1),2)를 통해 얻어진 정보를 분석하여 주어지는 입력에 대해 다양한 출력을 낼 수 있는 시뮬레이션 모델을 생성한다. 이 모델은 다음 단계의 지식 생성을 위한 수단(resource)이 되며, 구간값과 같은 불확실한 정보를 포함할 수 있는 구조이다. 마지막으로 4) 생성된 모델을 시뮬레이션하여 결과로 생성된 지식을 획득한다. 위의 과정에서, 지식획득을 위한 수단인 시뮬레이션 모델이 지식 제공자의 개입 없이 자동 생성됨에 따라, 지식 제공자는 도메인 관련 지식 그 자체에 집중할 수 있으며, 생성된 모델을 시뮬레이션한 결과에 의해 지식을 생성함으로써 동적인 지식이 얻어질 수 있다. DEVS 모델에 대한 타당성 검사 방법을 고찰하고 그 문제점에 대하여 자세히 설명한다. DEVS 모델의 타당성 검사에 이용하는 SPN 모델에 대한 개념과 DEVS 모델과 행위적으로 동등한 SNP 모델로 변환을 위한 관점을 제조명하다. 동일한 관점에서 두 모델의 상태표현이 같도록 DEVS 모델이 SPN 모델로 표현됨을 보이는 변환이론을 제시하고 변환이론을 바탕으로 모델 변환과정을 제시한다. 모델 변환이론과 변환고정을 기본으로 타당성 검사를 위한 새로운 동질함수(homogeneous function)를 정의하고 이와 함께 SPN 모델의 특성을 이용하여 DEVS 모델에 대한 타당성 검사 방법을 새롭게 제안한다. 에탄올투여로 증가된 유리기 해독계 효소인 GSH-Px활성을 큰 폭으로 감소시키고 에탄올투여로 감소된 비효소적 항산화작용을 나타내는 GSH함량을 다량 증가시킴으로서 지질과산화물에 대한 방어력이 증가되어 나타난 결과로 여겨지며, 또한 혈청중의 ALT, ALP 및 LDH활성을 유의성있게 감소시키므로서 감잎 phenolic compounds가 에탄올에 의한 간세포 손상에 대한 해독 및 보호작용이 있는 것으로 사료된다.반적으로 홍삼 제조시 내공의 발생은 제조공정에서 나타나는 경우가 많으며, 내백의 경우는 홍삼으로 가공되면서 발생하는 경우가 있고, 인삼이 성장될 때 부분적인 영양상태의 불충분이나 기후 등에 따른 영향을 받을 수 있기 때문에 앞으로 이에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어져야할 것으로 판단된다.태에도 불구하고 [-wh]의미의 겹의문사는 병렬적 관계의 합성어가 아니라 내부구조를 지니지 않은 단순한 단어(minimal $X^{0}$ elements)로 가정한다. 즉, [+wh] 의미의 겹의문사는 동일한 구성요 소를 지닌 병렬적 합성어([$[W1]_{XO-}$ $[W1]_{XO}$ ]$

  • In order to increase extensibility and reusability of business components, the variable things need to be analyzed from the analysis phase and identified as components. In this paper, we propose a rule-based analysis pattern, which can effectively extract object-based main concepts from a variable business process in the analysis phase and identify a variable business component by applying the pattern to the UML Components development process. It can make analysis artifacts consistent and readable for analysts with different level of knowledge and experience to apply the pattern to analysis of rule-based variable business processes. And also, variable business components can be easily identified by applying the pattern to the UML Components development process. In order to prove the feasibility of the pattern, we have applied the pattern the deposit and import/export subsystem of the banking domain. According to our experience, we can make the same business conceptual models between the deposit and import/export subsystem due to the main concepts suggested by the pattern and effectively identify a variable business components in the UML Components development process.

Decision Support Model for Determining Public or Private Highway Investment Projects (고속도로 건설사업의 재정/민자 발주선택 의사결정 지원모델)

  • Korean government is investing 1.8 billion won on infrastructure and investment on PPP projects constitutes 16.3%. This phenomenon is to promote private investment as well as lessening government burdens of public budgeting. However, the only criterion to be considered is government financial status in selecting public or private highway investment projects. So systematic decision support model is required in choosing public or private highway investment projects. So, this paper suggests a systematic decision support model for deciding public or private highway investment at the early stage of project planning. Furthermore, this paper identifies key decision variables with respect to economic, politic, project management criterions based on the related literatures and feedbacks from experts. This paper analyzed 30 cases of government investment and PPP projects and got the survey result from highway specialists. As a result, this paper presents an interval with respect to economic criteria using mean and standard deviation and a logistic regression equation which can predict the possibility of PPP project. Through this study, decision maker of central or local government can decide public or PPP highway project more systematically and reasonably.

Middle School Students' Evaluation of Scientific Information: From the Perspective of Hypothetico-deductive Reasoning (가설-연역적 추론 관점에서 본 중학생의 과학적 정보 평가 양상)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out how middle school students evaluate scientific information in terms of hypothetico-deductive reasoning. A total of 66 middle school students completed a paper-and-pencil test on scientific information evaluation and 14 of them were individually interviewed for triangulation. The test includes six topics related to scientific or pseudoscientific information, and questions about each topic were sequenced based on a hypothetico-deductive reasoning. The hypothetico-deductive process consists of three steps: identifying predictions made by explanations in the information, identifying data actually obtained, and determining the fit between predictions and data to judge the validity of the explanations. Data analyses have focused on students' response types at each step, whether students used hypoethetico-deductive reasoning, and students' preference to evidence types in making decisions. The middle school students in this study answered the questions in various ways based on how they used the information given or personal knowledge and beliefs. A small portion of students evaluated information based on hypothetico-deductive reasoning. These students tended to give priority to scientific data in determining the validity of the information. On the other hand, students who did not use hypoethetico-deductive reasoning tended to prefer first-hand experience in the decision. The results provide implications for science lessons and the curriculum for scientific literacy. Further research should include student evaluation of the validity of data and other types of reasoning.

Seismic Risk Assessment of Bridges Using Fragility Analysis (지진취약도분석을 통한 교량의 지진위험도 평가)

  • Seismic risk assessment of bridge is presented using fragility curves which represent the probability of damage of a structure virsus the peak ground acceleration. In theseismic fragility analysis, the structural damage is defined using the rotational ductility at the base of the bridge pier, which is obtained through nonlinear dynamic analysis for various input earthquakes. For the assessment of seismic risk of bridge, peak ground accelerations are obatined for various return periods from the seismic hazard map of Korea, which enables to calculate the probability density function of peak ground acceleration. Combining the probability density function of peak ground acceleration and the seismic fragility analysis, seismic risk assessment is performed. In this study, seismic fragility analysis is developed as a function of not the surface motion which the bridge actually suffers, but the rock outcrop motion which the aseismic design code is defined on, so that further analysis for the seismic hazard assessment may become available. Besides, the effects of the friction pot bearings and the friction pendulum bearings on the seismic fragility and risk analysis are examined. Lastly, three regions in Korea are considered and compared in the seismic risk assessment.

A Evaluation of Strategic Informed Trader Model with Broker (브로커가 존재하는 전략적 정보거래모형의 평가)

  • Many security companies in Korea play the same role as the broker who can do dual trading in the American securities market. It seems that the proper model for the Korean market microstructure should contain the existence of broker. But the broker occupied little attention in U.S. until the early 1990. The purpose of this paper is to review and evaluate the strategic trader models of market microstructure theory which contain the broker as player. Three major models, Sarkar(1995), Chakravarty(1994), Chun, Oh, and Weller(1996) were compared and evaluated critically in the context of the Korean security market microstructure. The model of Sarkar(1995) was evaluated to be more appropriate for the Korean securities market context. Finally, limitations of this paper were indicated and some directions for the further research were suggested.

경남 항공우주산업 클러스터 구축의 타당성분석과 발전전략

  • 항공우주산업은 생산유발효과가 높고 고용창출도 높을 뿐만 아니라 부가가치산업이나, 대규모적 투자에 따른 투자 위험과 기술적 위험이 높아 정부차원에서의 개입이 불가피한 산업으로 인식된다. 최근 항공우주산업에 대한 정부의 지원 형태는 클러스터 조성, 지방세 감면, 토지 임대를 통한 기업지원 등 과거에 비해 더욱 다양한 형태로 발전되고 있다. 이와 같은 정부지원 형태의 다양성은 기존의 전통적 방식에 의한 지원으로는 글로벌 경쟁이 치열해지는 국제경쟁에서 경쟁력 우위를 유지하기 어렵다는 것을 반증하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 특히 기존의 산업 중심의 정부지원 전략에서 기업중심의 정부지원 전략으로의 선회 경향은 산업의 주체는 기업이기 때문에 기업의 전체적 역량에 의한 경쟁우위가 글로벌 경쟁에서 보다 중요하다는 점을 시사하고 있다. 경남의 항공우주산업 클러스터 조성 여건은 인프라 구축면에서 여타 지역에 비해 매우 우수한 하부 기반을 구축하고 있어 클러스터 구축에 따른 효율성과 국제경쟁력 확보 가능성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 먼저, 클러스터 구축의 핵심이 되는 핵심선도기업인 KAI가 15년 전부터 대상지역에서 생산활동 중이며, 교육 및 훈련 기능도 비교적 풍부할 뿐만 아니라 공항도 인접해 있어 신속한 물류 및 정보공유, 해외시장과의 접근성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 결론적으로 볼 때, 경남지역의 항공우주산업 클러스터 구축의 타당성은 높다고 할 수 있다. 특히 현재의 항공우주산업 발전 단계상으로 볼 때, 부품산업의 발전이 긴요한 과제이므로 동 클러스터는 항공우주 부품 수출중심의 핵심 거점 클러스터로의 조성할 필요성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 클러스터 조성에 따른 경남 항공우주 클러스터의 운영체계는 “항공우주산업 혁신 클러스터 추진단”을 중심으로 입주 업체, 항공우주 수출 지원단, 관련 R&D 기관 및 교육기관 등이 긴밀하게 연계 되어 운영되어야 할 것이다. 이외에도 중앙정부와의 협의 및 관련 단체들과의 연계를 통해 클러스터의 효율성과 경쟁력 제고를 위한 활동을 적극 추진해야 할 것이다.

Development of Interpersonal Caring Theory Education Program Using Films (영화를 활용한 사람돌봄이론 교육프로그램 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an ICT education program using films to understand and expand of the Interpersonal Caring Theory (ICT). The study was conducted from February 2020 to October 2020. The films were selected by analyzing 10 elements of ICT and the program was developed according to Kolb's Experience Learning Model. 11 experienced nurses participated in the pilot operation of the program and evaluated the validity of the films as experts. The films selected for the ICT education program included The Blind Side (Noticing), Babette's Feast (Participation), Good Will Hunting (Sharing), The King's Speech (Active-listening), The Cure (Companioning), Mr. Holland's Opus (Complimenting), Patch Adams (Comforting), The Shawshank Redemption (Hoping), Mission (Forgiving), The Throne (Accepting). The program consisted of a total of 12 sessions, and each session included discussion questions for the steps of the Experimental Learning Model. After the program was piloted, it was found that the selected films were considered appropriate (I-CVI=0.98) as a result of evaluating the feasibility of films selection according to ICT elements. The developed ICT education program using films can be used to enhance caring competencies of nurses and nursing college students.

Development of Process-centered Performance Task For Curriculum·Instruction·Assessment Alignment based on 2015 Revised Home Economics Curriculum (교육과정, 수업, 평가의 일체화를 위한 가정과 과정 중심 수행과제 개발)

  • The purpose of the study was to show the development process of the total instructional alignment based on the 2015 revised technology home economics curriculum, and to present the detailed aspects of this task. The results of this study were as follows: First, the clarity phase of the performance established the annual evaluation plan to ensure the consistency of the achievement standard, the learning objectives and the assessment objectives through an analysis of the curriculum. Second, the development phase of the performance tasks and the grading criteria analyzed the contents area and determined the performance assessment task. The performance assessment consisted of a portfolio and project activity types, and also comprised of knowledge markets, as well as e-NIE tasks, including individual tasks and collective tasks. Third, the performance assessment and the results phase were conducted after planning the class operation according to the instructors' directions and arrangement of the schedule into block classes. Afterwards, the performance assessment tasks were revised by the teaching-learning community and class reflection on practical application. As these results demonstrate, developing performance tasks that are centered on the learner's development processes can contribute to teachers' expertise and improvement of instruction.
