Recently, large-scale projects are required in the water resources sector considering safety and publicitythe due to uncertainty of securing water resources and changes in the ecological environment by climate change. Among these large-scale projects, the projects that fall under the preliminary feasibility study are determined by comprehensive analysis based on economic analysis, policy analysis, and balanced regional development analysis. However, most of the results of the preliminary feasibility study showed a tendency to depend heavily on economic analysis. For this reason, projects in non-metropolitan areas sometimes fail in the preliminary feasibility study. To supplement this point, the Korea Development Institute revised the standard guidelines for preliminary feasibility studies for water resources sector projects that place a high weight on policy feasibility analysis. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the cases of the preliminary feasibility study conducted previously and to suggest the direction of policy analysis in the preliminary feasibility study for water resources sector projects. For this, we analyze preliminary feasibility studies conducted for 18 years from 2002 to 2019, and suggest direction of policy analysis method using the benefit items not included in the economic analysis.

The smart city public and private partnership project is a project to build and operate a sustainable city by investing land and capital in public-private partnership to build urban infrastructure and providing various urban services. It highly depends on the precise feasibility study and the projection of the various factors affecting the project during the planning stage to get the project successful. However, it is very difficult to predict the possibility of the project success in advance due to various physical and social factors. It is necessary to derive factors affecting the project at the planning stage and respond with appropriate analysis in order to solve these problems and to carry out a successful project. Therefore, this study derived preliminary components for feasibility study through previous studies and order status analysis and presented feasibility study components such as five-step processes, 10 process items, 19 analysis items, and 54 detailed analysis items through the Delphi method. It can be expected that this research is to contribute corresponding to diversified possible risks and facilitate the projects during the promotion.

Usually feasibility analysis in a narrow sense is a economic analysis of project. Feasibility analysis focused in this study is confined to the matter of finance. Many studies have been executed in qualitative element which include decision-making process or prediction of housing market. But it is difficult to find economic analysis related to characteristics of planning. In this study, floor area ratio, selling area ratio and term of works are adopted as the Characteristics of Planning. So, the purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of the characteristics of planning on the cost of apartment by means of multiple regression analysis and what-if method.

The purpose of this basic study is to examine the economic feasibility analysis of Busan Central Library, which was included the construction feasibility analysis conducted as one part of the Busan Central Library Construction Master Plan. To achieve the purpose of this study, it was accomplished to do Benefit-Cost analysis, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return. CVM(Contingent Valuation Method) was used for calculating the benefit; we investigated two CVMs for Busan Central Library, which are for central construction site and for outer construction site. The results show that the construction of Busan Central Library in the central site would be feasible from the economic point of view. On the contrary, the construction in the outer site would not be feasible economically.

부산국제영화제가 해를 거듭하며 아시아의 대표적인 영화제로 자리매김해 가고 있지만 향후 개선해야 할 부분들이 남아 있으며, 행사 장소에 대한 문제점도 그 중 하나다. 부산국제영화제는 남포동과 해운대로 이원화하여 진행하였으며, 이원화의 운영은 점차 해운대 중심의 영화제로 바뀌고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부산국제영화제 중심지 이동의 타당성 분석을 위하여 계층분석적의사결정과정(AHP)를 통하여, 타당성 분석을 위한 평가기준과 각각의 가중치를 산출하고, GIS분석을 통해 남포동과 해운대 일대를 정량적인 수치로 평가하여 타당성 분석을 실시하였다.

본 연구는 정보보안 수준을 효과적이고 효율적으로 측정할 수 있는 간편한 지표를 개발하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 기존 관련연구 및 지표를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 개선 방향을 설정한 후, 관련전문가들에게 예비조사를 실시하여 후보지표 항목을 선정하였다. 선정된 후보지표 항목에 대한 타당성 검증을 위해 보안 전문가 집단에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 요소로서의 타당성, 상대적 중요성, 항목 결여시 보안사고 발생확률, 사고의 심각성 등 4가지 기준에 의한 설문조사 결과를 분석하여 각 후보 지표 항목에 대한 요소로서의 타당성을 도출하였다. 대부분의 후보 항목이 바람직한 항목인 것으로 나타났다. 향후 요인 분석과 상관 분석 등을 추가로 수행하고, 보안 수준을 계량화하는 연구로 발전시킬 필요가 있다.

본 논문은 공공부문에서 정보화사업의 타당성 검토 방법론을 비교분석하고 문제점을 도출하여 문제점 극복방안을 제시한다. 기존의 방법론이 재무적 성과에 중점을 두고 있는 반면에 가치 중심의 평가를 제안하고 특히 EA 기반의 타당성 검토방법이 더욱 합리적이고 포괄적인 방법임을 제시한다.

시뮬레이션(simulation)은 실 시스템(real system)의 효과적이고 효율적인 운영을 도모하기 위하여 실 시스템의 동작을 이해하고 분석, 예측, 평가하는 과학적인 문제해결 접근방법이다. 시뮬레이션 수행단계는 실 시스템의 행위를 정확히 반영하도록 타당한 모델을 구축하는 모델링 단계와 모델에 의도하는 명령어들을 컴퓨터 프로그램으로 작성하는 구현단계로 나누어진다. 시뮬레이션 모델은 시간, 상태, 확률변수, 상호규칙 등의 여러 관점에 따라 다양하게 존재하는데, DEVS(Descrete EVent system Specification) 모델은 연속적인 시간상에서 이산적으로 발생하는 사건에 따라 시스템의 상태를 분석할 수 있고 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 방법론의 형식화를 위한 견고한 이론적 기반을 제공하고 있다. 또한, DEVS 모델은 모듈적, 계층적 특성을 제공하고 집합론에 근거한 수학적 형식구조를 제공하여 실 시스템에 대한 체계적인 분석과정을 수행하게 되어 보다 현실적인 모델링을 가능하게 한다. 그러나 타당하지 못한 DEVS 모델이 구축되면 시뮬레이션을 통한 분석결과의 신뢰성이 떨어져 아무런 효과가 없고 경제적인 손실만이 따른다. DEVS 모델에 대한 기존의 타당성 검사가 많은 시간과 노력이 요구되고, 반복적인 DEVS 모델링 과정으로 인한 전문적이고 경험적인 지식을 요구한다. 또한, 모델설계자에 의해 설정된 실험 프레임하에서 DEVS 모델의 구성요소에 속하는 상태전이함수, 시간진행함수 및 출력함수에 대하여 commutative 성질의 보전성 검사가 어렵다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, DEVS 모델에 대한 타당성 검사를 SPN(Stochastic Petri Net) 모델로 변환하여 SPN 모델을 이용하는 간단하고 효과적인 타당성 검사 방법을 제안한다. 먼저, DEVs 모델에 대한 개념과 기존의 DEVS 모델에 대한 타당성 검사 방법을 고찰하고 그 문제점에 대하여 자세히 설명한다. DEVS 모델의 타당성 검사에 이용하는 SPN 모델에 대한 개념과 DEVS 모델과 행위적으로 동등한 SNP 모델로 변환을 위한 관점을 제조명하다. 동일한 관점에서 두 모델의 상태표현이 같도록 DEVS 모델이 SPN 모델로 표현됨을 보이는 변환이론을 제시하고 변환이론을 바탕으로 모델 변환과정을 제시한다. 모델 변환이론과 변환고정을 기본으로 타당성 검사를 위한 새로운 동질함수(homogeneous function)를 정의하고 이와 함께 SPN 모델의 특성을 이용하여 DEVS 모델에 대한 타당성 검사 방법을 새롭게 제안한다.

According to the preceding research outcomes, feasibility studies on public construction projects were incorrect and subjective. To resolve the problems, Korean government initiated Preliminary Feasibility Study (PFS) system prior to undertaking the main feasibility study. The PSF can be categorized into four areas such as road, railroad, harbor, airport, and Culture & Tourism (C&T). Especially when it comes to complex due to the introduction of five-weekday working system and local $government^{\circ}{\phi}s$ self administrative system. As a result, the standardization and legislation of the PSF can not be operated effectively. Accordingly this paper seeks to 1) identify actual condition of conducted PSF in C&T; 2) set up analytical model considering cost factor of economical efficiency and seek obstacles of PSF system; 3) suggest improvement plan for construction PSF projects.

There are lots of analysis to determine the relation between dependent variable and explanatory variables. Often the regression analysis is used to do this, and we can analyze the how much the explanatory variable can be related with dependent variable and how much the regression model can explain the data. But the validation check of regression model is usually determined by coefficient of determination. We should check the validation of regression coefficient with different methods. This paper introduces the method for validation check the regression coefficient using the jackknife regression and bootstrap regression in clinical data.
