This paper proposes a handover scheme using uplink and downlink signals in IEEE 802.16e systems. Exploiting the channel reciprocity in TDD systems, the proposed scheme triggers handover initiation process using uplink signal. In addition, it exploits the uplink and downlink hysteresis to determine the handover direction. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm with joint hysteresis reduces the outage probability by about 10% compared with the mobile assisted handover in IEEE 802.16e.

본 논문은 일본의 시니어 극단 현황과 구체적인 사례를 조사하여 고령화 사회에 있어서 그 의미와 역할의 가능성을 고찰하는 데에 목적이 있다. 특히 최근 국내에서도 시니어 연극제가 개최되는 등, '노인 극단'이라는 이름 아래 고령자들이 직접 참여하는 연극 프로그램이 개발되고 있다는 점에서, 일본의 사례는 참고할만한 사례가 될 것으로 기대된다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 우선 일본의 시니어 극단들의 활동 상황, 그리고 이렇게 활성화된 배경에는 어떠한 요소가 있는지 고찰해보았다. 일본 연극계에 이미 오랜 기간 연극을 즐기는 시니어 관객층이 존재했고, 또 주요 극단들이 그들을 주요 타깃으로 한 전략개발과 서비스가 행해지고 있었다는 점은 국내 상황과 다른 부분이었다. 그러나 니나가와 유키오 연출가가 이끄는 '사이타마 골드시어터'의 창단과 그 성과는 커다란 영향을 미쳤을 것으로 보인다. 전위적인 희곡을 가지고, 일본뿐 아니라 유럽과 아시아에서 예술성을 인정받은 극단이기 때문이다. 작품 활동뿐 아니라 실질적인 운영 내용을 파악하기 위해, 제작자와 배우의 인터뷰를 실시한 결과, 사실상 젊은 극단들과 차이가 없다는 사실도 알 수 있었다. 이러한 사례는 시니어 극단이 가질 수 있는 가능성의 범위를 넓혔다는 점에서 매우 유의미하다. 국내의 시니어 연극계에 긍정적인 자극이 되기 바라며, 보다 더 많은 데이터를 수집하는 것을 금후 과제로 한다.

At FDTC'05 and CISC-W'10, the authors showed that if they decrease the number of rounds of AES and Triple-DES by using the fault injections, it is possible to recover the secret key of the target algorithms, respectively. In this paper, we propose a key recovery attack on HMAC by using the main idea of these attacks. This attack is applicable to HMAC based on MD-family hash functions and can recover the secret key with the negligible computational complexity. Particularly, the attack result on HMAC-SHA-2 is the first known key recovery attack result on this algorithm.

With the evolution of technology, cyber physical systems (CPSs) are being upgraded, and new types of cyber attacks are being discovered accordingly. There are many forms of cyber attack, and all cyber attacks are made to manipulate the target systems. A representative system among cyber physical systems is a cyber physical power system (CPPS), that is, a smart grid. Smart grid is a new type of power system that provides reliable, safe, and efficient energy transmission and distribution. In this paper, specific types of cyber attacks well known as false data injection attacks targeting state estimation and energy distribution of smart grid, and protection strategies for defense of these attacks and dynamic monitoring for detection are described.

The purpose of this study is to propose an effective PR plan for government policies in order to make the people aware of the importance of the fertility rate by seeking strategies to counter the low fertility rate. Focus group interviews were conducted with 6 experts with high expertise in government policy advertising and public relations among advertising and public relations academics and practitioners. It was found that low fertility PR strategy raised the problems of integrated public relations and budgeting. PR message strategy was lacked a creative approach suitable for the target, and the media strategy did not reflect the characteristics of the younger generation. Based on these research results, an improvement plan for government PR to counter the low fertility was proposed, and it is expected that it will be used for policy making in the future.

기존 블록체인 기술을 활용해 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 개발 및 투자하려는 기업들의 관심이 높아지고 있으나, 낮은 확장성으로 인해 기존 블록체인 기술만으로는 시장에서 활용되기 어렵다. 블록체인의 낮은 확장성을 해결하기 위해 검증된 참여자만 참여하는 프라이빗 블록체인과 프라이빗 블록체인 고속화를 위한 관련 연구가 같이 진행되고 있다. 삼성의 넥스레저는 하이퍼레저 패브릭의 다중 버전 동시성 제어(MVCC) 충돌로 인한 낮은 TPS 문제를 해결하기 위해 Accelerator를 추가하여 고속화를 진행하였다. 하지만 모든 트랜잭션을 수집하여 처리하는 방식인 Accelerator는 중앙화로 인해 악의적인 공격 타깃이 되어 단일 장애 지점 문제가 발생할 수 있으며, 공격으로 인해 위조되거나 분실된 데이터는 검증 없이 블록체인 블록에 반영되고, 한번 반영된 데이터는 수정이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 프라이빗 블록체인 고속화 상황에서 발생할 수 있는 단일 장애 지점 문제를 해결하기 위해 CMT와 사기증명 기반의 고속화 하이퍼레저 패브릭 시스템을 제안했으며, 제안한 시스템을 구축하고 성능 테스트를 통해 CMT 하이퍼레저 패브릭 시스템 성능이 99.58% 유지됨과 사기증명이 가능함을 확인하였다.

Archer's capability of attention and relaxation control during shooting process was evaluated using EEG technology. Attention and meditation algorithms were used to represent the levels of mental concentration and relaxation levels. Elite, mid-level, and novice archers were tested for short and long distance shootings in the archery field. Single channel EEG was recorded on the forehead (Fp1) during the shooting process, and attention and meditation levels were computed by real time. Four types of variations were defined based on the increasing and decreasing patterns of attention and meditation levels during shooting process. Elite archers showed increases in both attention and relaxation while mid-level archers showed increased attention but decreased relaxation. Elite archers also showed higher levels of attention at the release than mid-level and novice archers. Levels of attention and relaxation and their variation patterns were useful to categorize archers and to provide feedback in training.

The skin condition after dermatological surgery can be changed. As the laser light penetrates into the skin during the procedure it will activate biomolecules which are the cause of the related redness. In addition, it can parch sensitive skin and worsen itching and flaking. The original intention of 'BB cream' is for soothing sensory skin, but not for make-up. The commonly used 'BB cream' is suitable for all skin types and are targeted specially to those who have sensitive and acne-prone skin. It has the advantages of both skin-care and make-up as it improves the skin condition and evens out the skin tone while providing coverage for redness spots and other blemishes. Our study focuses to give the make-up function that naturally correct the brightness and contrast of redness skin, to realize the skin-care function that is effective against sensitive skin.

This research wanted to examine what narratives and discourse were being formed in web drama contents young generations were going crazy about. To understand the characteristics of such love epics and to know what narratives were being formed based on narrative structures and comments, this research specifically used the web drama produced up to the season 4 for the first time in Korean web drama history with a large number of accumulated views. It was found that the narratives of the drama composed the romantic relationships of four couples as independent episodes, and realistically highlighted separations and reunions of those couples, and suggested concrete methods to solve agonies and conflicts they would experience in such relationships. And, in user comments, there emerged relational narratives confusing friendship and love between partners of opposite sex, narratives regarding the third person as enemy, and narratives on typical sex roles in such romantic relations. And, the culture seeking subjective love style and sharing and sympathizing with the love histories also appeared.

Korean middle-aged women, who are securing economic stability of their own along with the national economic growth, have had much concern in their outward appearance. Especially, middle-aged women's concern of appearance triggered by their various social/leisure activities and appreciation of aesthetic sense leads to the interest in their outward appearance, thus naturally stimulating their purchasing sentiments. This paper attempts to identify the level of middle-aged women's concern of appearance and analyze how this level of concern affects their behavior in purchasing cosmetic products. Our analytical findings include: 1. From the t-test and distributional analysis of points of each factor on the group, the high-interest type 1 (108 persons) and low-interest type 2 (91 person) in terms of 'concern of appearance' turned out to exist. 2. Five factors of cosmetics-purchasing behavior were derived that are fashion-leading type, compulsive buying type, brand-dependent type, pondering type, planned buying type and loyal-to-brand type. 3. Cosmetics-purchasing behavior varied according to the subjects' level of concern of appearance.
