과거에는 생각지 못했던 치료방법이 속속 등장하고 환자들이 좀더 양질의 치료를 요구함에 따라 의과에서뿐만 아니라 치과에서도 다양한 특수클리닉이 개설돼 있다. 치과에서의 특수클리닉은 구취 클리닉, 임프란트 클리닉, 장애자 클리닉, 레이저 클리닉, 구순구개열클리닉 등이 있으며 이러한 특수클리닉은 의료의 질 향상과 환자의 편의를 도모하면서 점차 확대양상을 보이고 있다. 11개 치대병원을 중심으로 하여 특수클리닉의 현황과 장단점, 앞으로의 전망에 대해 살펴본다.

본 연구는 미국 텍사스 주의 소도시에 있는 스캇 앤 화이트 클리닉의 외부공간을 대상으로 하여 외래환자와 방문객들이 직면하는 길찾기의 문제점을 분석한다. 연구의 공간적 범위는 클리닉의 외부공간으로 한정하여 진입도로에서 진입하여 주차한 후 출입구에 도달하는 경로에서 관찰되는 행태적 특성을 분석한다. 분석의 초점은 진입도로에서 이루어지는 경로선택의 결정과 그것이 클리닉에 진입하기 위한 출입구 결정에 미치는 영향관계에 둔다. 분석은 외부공간에서의 길찾기에 관한 기존 연구문헌을 참고하여 작성한 연구모형에 의해 이루어진다. 구체적으로 보면, 이용자들이 보이는 날씨, 성별, 그리고 나이에 따른 길찾기 행태의 차이를 클리닉의 남동측 출입구와 남서측 출입구에서 발생하는 이용자들의 하차 빈도를 측정하였다. 또한 하차의 위치를 행태 지도에 기록하여 연구모델에 나타나는 상관성을 분석하였다. 길찾기 행태분석 결과를 통해 파악된 외부주차장에 주차한 후 클리닉에 접근하는 이용자들의 경로선택의 문제점과 클리닉의 입구 공간에서 하차한 이용자들의 입구선택에서 나타나는 문제점을 토대로 하여 외부공간에서 발생하는 길찾기 행위의 효율성을 증진시키기 위한 디자인 추천 사항을 다음과 같이 제시한다: (1) 시각적 단서를 제공하기 위해 남서쪽 출입구의 형태와 색채 차별화; (2) 도로에서 클리닉 진입공간에 위치한 안내판의 글자 크기 확대; (3) 학습된 길찾기 행태를 보조하기 위해 동쪽에 랜드마크 시설물 설치 및 목적 지점의 최종경관 개선; (4) 과도한 클리닉의 정보에 의해 감소되는 가독성을 고려하여 안내판의 정보 간략화; (5) 색채의 대조를 고려(출입구 벽에 설치된 클리닉의 이름이 갈색에 푸른색으로 설치되어 있어 색채의 대비가 낮아 가독성 떨어짐); (6) 클리닉 중앙 출입구의 하차 공간 상부에 설치된 캐노피 기둥의 과도한 크기에 의해 발생하는 가시공간의 감소에 의해 발생하는 하차 공간 사용의 혼잡 문제를 제거하기 위해 기둥규모 축소; (7) 하차점 6까지 캐노피를 확장하여 우천시에 발생하는 공간 사용의 문제점 제거; 그리고 (8) 올바른 하차공간 사용을 위해 진입 접근도로에 차선 설치.

This study examines how a Burmese migrant clinic in a Thai border town cares for migrant patients and activates cross-border health care mobility. Established in 1989, the clinic has developed its capacity and serves as a prominent healthcare institution across the border. Despite its illegality, Thai authorities recognize its importance and collaborate with the clinic. The study reveals that collaborations with various partners play important roles in the constitution of the clinic. Unlike existing literature on the health of migrants, which concerns structural constraints, the study emphasizes migrants' agency in creating their own health care institution through collective partnerships, shedding light on the cross-border health care mobility of underprivileged patients. The legitimate presence of the migrant clinic in the border town mediates and strengthens their transnational mobility across the border. Partnerships with various individuals and organizations have empowered the clinic to undertake a unique role in the border society.

In a V2X convergence service environment, the principal service among infotainment services and driver management services must be supported centering on critical information of the driver, maintenance manager, customer, and anonymous user. Many software applications have considered solutions to be satisfied the specific requirements of driving care programs, and plans. This paper describes data flow diagram of a secure clinic system for driving car diagnosis, which is included in clinic configuration, clinic, clinic page, membership, clinic request processing, driver profile data, clinic membership data, and clinic authentication in the V2X convergence service environment. It is reviewed focusing on security threat issue of ITS diagnostic system such as spoofing, tampering, repudiation, disclosure, denial of service, and privilege out of STRIDE model.

Recently, 'students who gave up mathematics' became social problems. The need for systematic support for spreading and seating mathematics clinics was recognized. The mathematics clinic emphasizes the change of the affective aspects by constantly meeting the students and listening to the worries of the students. It is also a program that guides students in the future to see mathematics in a positive way. However, at school, mathematics clinics are operated in various forms at the discretion of teachers. Therefore, it is difficult to confirm whether the purpose of the mathematics clinic is being achieved properly. It is necessary to prepare a plan that can act as a guideline to check the necessary basic items for the runs of the math clinic and to check the necessary parts in the course of runs The purpose of this study is to develop a model for evaluating mathematics clinic programs which can be a guideline for the operation of mathematics clinic programs in a systematic way and to reduce the confusion of operation of mathematics clinics at the schools. We expect that this evaluation model could provide a direction for the operation of a math clinic.

There are various efforts to alleviate problems about the learning disabilities each year, however, the number of the learning disabilities has been increasing. Therefore, we need to consider and develop practical methods to help them. In this aspect, we review and examine previous research regarding the learning disabilities which are known to be general and comprehensive. Then we suggest math clinic as one of the methods to alleviate the problem. There are purposes of the math clinic. The first is to make a comprehensive diagnosis for basic (emotional, environmental, psychological) reasons as well as the learning anxiety; not only the lower achievement in learning. The second is to provide them suitable corrective programs which would help them to gain a better understanding about mathematics and a positive learning attitude. The third is to provide them applicabilities in their learning and potentialities so that we have given them foundation in mathematics. In this article, we operate math clinic for the learning disabilities, and then make an analysis of the student's error occurred in learning, and finally we suggest a demonstrative operating program of math clinic for learning disabilities.

낸드 플래시 메모리를 저장매체로 사용하기 위해서는 제자리 덮어쓰기가 불가능하고 블록의 지움 횟수가 제한된다는 문제점을 해결해야 한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 지움 횟수 평준화를 지원하는 다양한 가비지 컬렉션 정책들이 연구되고 있다. 하지만 기존 정책들은 지움 횟수 평준화를 지원하기 위해 가비지 컬렉션이 수행될 때마다 전체 블록에 대해 지움 대상 블록을 선정하기 위한 클리닉 지표를 구하는 연산을 수행하여야 하고 이 연산들은 시스템의 성능을 저하시킨다. 본 논문은 블록당 지움 횟수의 분산과 블록들의 최대 지움 횟수에 따라 변경되는 임계값을 이용하여 전체 블록에 대한 클리닉지표를 구하는 연산을 수행하지 않으면서 지움 횟수 평준화를 제공한다. 가비지 컬렉션 시 분산이 임계값 보다 작을 때에는 Greedy 정책을 이용하여 지움 비용을 최소화하고, 분산이 임계값 보다 클때에는 최대 지움 횟수를 가진 블록을 지움 대상에서 제외하여 지움 횟수를 평준화시킨다. 제안된 방법은 전체 블록에 대한 클리닉 지표를 연산하는 과정을 제거하여 가비지 컬렉션 속도를 향상시킨다.

지난 5월 11일 한국국제보건의료재단(KOFIH)이 개최한 제1회 해외보건의료 우수사례 공모전에서 가톨릭대학교 성의교정 해외의료지원단이 대상의 수상을 차지했다. 가톨릭대 해외의료지원단은 2004년 3월부터 몽골 울란바토르에 설립한 상설 무료진료소 '성 메리 클리닉(St. Mary's Clinic)'을 운영하고 있는데 이는 해외의료봉사의 롤모델로 평가받고 있다. 가톨릭대 해외의료 지원단과 성 메리 클리닉을 만나본다.

The object of this research provides the empirical case about the clinic as meaning the supplement learning and mentions the necessity in the university mathematics. The mathematics clinic is comprised of the tutoring and the problem solving. The purpose of the tutoring, it does with the main value the interaction learning among members to exceed the individual-centered learning form, is increase the academic achievement. In the case of the problem solving, the goal is to give the motivation that they can solved by oneself. The effects that mathematics clinic reaches to the academic achievement were tested from the operation case of H university. In the results, two-programs were meaningfully improved the academic achievement and particularly this effect was excellent in the students participating two programs altogether. In addition, the problem solving reached the immediate effect on the academic achievement more than the tutoring program.
