UR협상에 따라 민간건설시장이 `95년에, 공공건설시장이 `97년에 개방되면 기술력이 강한 선진국이 국내시장에 진출함으로써 자본력과 기술력이 약한 국내업체가 도산하거나 이들이 하도급 업체로 전락할 우려가 있다. 그러나 건설업체가 기술개발에 주력하여 국제경쟁력을 갖추게 되면 국내건설시장보다 50배이상 큰 국제시장에 진출하여 건설산업이 70$\~$80년대와 같이 국가경제발전에 크게 기여할 수 있는 계기를 마련할 수도 있다. 기술개발의 주체가 민간기업이므로 향후 건설기술의 정책은 민간기업이 기술개발에 주력할 수 있는 여건을 조성하는데 초점이 맞추어질 것이다. 민간기업의 기술개발 촉진을 위하여는 신기술지정제도 등 기존의 여러 가지 인센티브제도를 보강하는 한편, 현재 가격중심인 입찰$\cdot$계약제도를 기술중심으로 전환하여 기술력이 우수한 업체를 우대할 것이다. 아울러 적산제도와 시방서 등의 제기준을 국제규범화하고 외국업체의 국내 진출시 예상되는 각종 클레임 문제에 대하여도 대응방안을 마련할 것이다.

As recent construction project has specialization and high-level of the engineering, Although, It has always uncertainty of agreement and contract enforcement, factors of difficult to predict etc. in each phase. In this process, Various interest groups involved are continuously generated dispute of interest each others. So this paper analyzed the dispute cases in construction projects from the Supreme Court and Korean Commercial Arbitration Board in Korea, and then identified the dispute types and causes that occur during all of the construction project phases with their influence analysis. At the result, It will be contributed to the basic data for pre-dispute prevention in the construction projects.

TV의 형식이 아날로그에서 디지털로 바뀌면서 TV 상에서 실질적인 정보교류가 가능하게 되었다. 이에 따라 TV에서의 사용자 인터페이스(UI) 요소가 증가하였고 사용자는 더욱 복잡하고 어려운 환경에서 기기를 조작해야 하는 불편함을 낳게 되었다. 그 결과 실제로 제품의 품질문제가 증가하여 품질비용이 늘어나는 문제를 야기시키고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자사의 품질관리 정보와 타사 및 자사 DTV의 리모컨 및 OSD에 대한 UI 리서치를 통하여 정립할 필요성이 있는 사용성 이슈(usability issues)를 도출하고 그에 따라 각 사용성 이슈에 대한 각 사 제품간 사용성 비교평가를 수행하여 나온 결과를 바탕으로 최적화된 DTV 리모컨 레이아웃 및 DTV 리모컨 UI Design Guideline 그리고 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 정보구조와 Workflow 표준안을 제작하였으며, 연구결과의 반영은 DTV 제품의 전반적인 사용성 향상 및 품질문제 저감에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

KINITI developed integrated client/server-based library automation system. This system is a part of project which is implementation of national industry & technology information distribution system. This paper describes history and characteristics of KINITI's library automation system. And It reviews briefly several functions and characteristics of sub-systems which consist of new integrated library automation system.

Since the diversification, complication of the construction industry, construction conflicts have been increased these days. Expansion of scale of construction has brought conflict treatment cost increase. Thus, needs of the study on construction conflict risk factors and its management is getting important. But the existing studies about construction conflicts and risk factors that need to be cared to decrease construction cost are almost focused on analysis of number of conflict proposed. It means those studies can be helpful when want to know how many conflict have been instituted, however, they do not contain a close examination between types of conflict and cost of conflict treatment. The purpose of this study, therefore, is an extraction of conflict causes based on the conflict treatment cost and the choice of significant risk factors to be managed to prevent conflict and its treatment cost, which enables reducing the conflict treatment colt on control the risk factors.

Cases of the time extension have continuously transpired in the public construction projects. The potential of economical loss and claims is increased because the concerned parties such as an owner or a contractor have not properly performed their own responsibility for the time extension. Therefore, this paper aimed to improvement of apportioning responsibility for the time extension in construction projects.

It is necessary to correspond to building users' claims rapidly as much as possible in order to satisfy user's need, because the final tarket of building maintenance service is user of building. This paper investigates the time taken for receiving users' claims and the time taken for the service organization to respond to the claims in the office building; types of claims and service responses are analysed, through which the response characteristics of the maintenance management organization are evaluated with respect to users' claims. Throughout extensive simulation analysis, important performance measures such as mean time to repair and utilization of maintenance personnels have been investigated.

The construction industry has more safety accidents than other industries. Although there have been more attempts to reduce safety hazards in the industry such as the enforcement of the "Serious Accidents Punishment Act (SAPA)", construction accident has not been reduced enough. In this study, analysis of safety risk factors has been made through Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA)-based topic modeling. Risk analysis in construction site would be improved with natural language processing and topic modeling.
