This study aimed to examine the influence of physical environment, microclimate, and comfort on sustaining outdoor activities. This study has identified the main factors that influence sustaining outdoor activities as physical environment, comfort in the physical environment, microclimate and microclimate comfort. For analysis, the study conducted the investigation on pedestrian walkability during spring, summer and winter of the year 2017. The microclimate levels were also recorded at the same time. The method of logit regression analysis was used to analyze these outcomes. The result showed that the comfort and safety of the physical environment as well as the ideal climatic conditions, in terms of temperature, wind level, and solar insolation, were related to sustaining outdoor activities. Also, walking and shopping in the physical and climatic environment were the factors that were found to be more influenced than the act of remaining in a place and forming conversations.

The study was conducted in Erhe Park, a neighborhood park in Dali City, China, to derive the influence of environmental factors in the park on the elderly's satisfaction and to analyze the satisfaction in order to provide improvement recommendations. First, the evaluation indicators were selected, by referencing previous research into the elderly's evaluation of external spatial environments and the influence of various factors was determined from the questionnaire and factor analysis. Second, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was conducted to understand the satisfaction of the elderly, and then an Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) analysis was conducted to develop improvement recommendations. Results of the factor analysis showed that park's environmental factors were grouped into four categories: facility suitability and comfort, safety and convenience of use, natural environment comfort, and parkway convenience. Based on this, the overall satisfaction rating for the environmental factors in Erhe Park was between satisfactory and average. The natural environment comfort was rated satisfactory, the facility suitability and comfort, and convenience and safety were rated average, and parkway convenience was rated near to satisfaction. The IPA analysis revealed that the suitability of rest facilities, suitability of convenience facilities, facility management status, safety of entrances and exits, and nighttime lighting facilities were items of high importance but low satisfaction that needed to be improved. The results of this study can be utilized as a guide for future building or readjustment of senior-friendly parks, and they are critical for increasing senior-friendly park satisfaction.

최근에 들어서 지하전철의 건설 확대와 도시 지하차도 및 지하구조물의 건설 수요증가 등 대규모 지하생활 공간의 개발이 추진되고 도시 기능의 집중화로, 공간의 유효 이용의 관점에서 적극적으로 지하공간을 활용하고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같이, 기존 건물의 심층화와 지하 주차장 및 지하가, 지하철역 등의 활용성이 증가하면서 더욱 이들 지하 다중이용 시설의 심도화와 대규모화가 이루어지고 있는 것이다. 그러나, 이들 지하시설의 경우, 안전성과 쾌적성을 부여하기 위한 자연채광, 방재, 환기 기술분야의 설계와 시공 기술 등이 선진국의 경우에 비하여 아직 취약한 실정이어서, 이들 시설 공간에서의 환경악화 현상이 클 뿐만 아니라, 특히 방재상의 문제점으로 화재가 발생시, 인명의 피난과 소화 활동의 곤란성 등이 지적되고 있는 것이다.(중략)

철도가 경쟁성 있는 교통수단으로서 우위를 점하기 위해서는 고속화와 동시에 안전성, 편리성, 쾌적성 및 환경보전성이 조화된 기술개발이 필요하다. 현재 우리나라에서도 고속전철시스템의 도입이 손꼽히는 당면과제로 대두되고 있어 소위 "한국형 고속전철 시스템" 의 방향설정에 대한 연구가 시급하다고 판단된다. 본 글에서는 고속전철이 갖는 속도의 기술적 한계와 그에 도달하기 위한 기술개발 과제를 분야별로 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 과제는 정부차원의 주도하에 장기적인 계획을 수립하여 관련 산업계, 연구소, 학계의 적극적인 참여하에 이루어 져야 할 것이다. 져야 할 것이다.

현재 우리나라에서는 도로망의 급속한 확충에 따라 터널의 수가 급속히 증가하고 있다. 터널은 운전자들이 주야간으로 안전하고 쾌적하게 주행할 수 있도록 설계되어야 한다. 이런 관점에서 터널의 조명설계는 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있으며, 터널의 안전성, 쾌적성, 경제성을 확보하기 위한 여러 가지 복합적인 요소들을 고려한 분석이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 터널조명에 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 저압나트륨등에 대하여 대안으로 대두되고 있는 형광등에 대한 경제성 측면에서의 비교 방법론 연구를 수행한다. 각각의 등에 대하여 동일 한 터널 노면기준조도를 구현하기 위한 필요 등의 수를 시뮬레이션을 통하여 결정하고, 이를 기반으로 각 터널 조명에 소요되는 Life Cycle Cost를 기본 Model을 통하여 산정하고 비교하는 방법을 제시한다. 이러한 분석은 터널개발 사업의 정책적 결정에 있어 기초 방법과 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

아파트의 주거환경은 집단주거지로 편리성 및 안전성, 쾌적한 환경 등의 주거목적을 추구하고 있다. 사용자 위주의 편리성을 추구하는 시공이 되어야 하며, 시공업무에 종사하는 사람 모두가 본연의 임무를 소중하게 여기고 사용자의 편안함과 쾌적함을 고려하는 정성이 모아진 시공이어야 한다. 아파트 시공은 여러 가지 자재와 여러 공종이 시기적절하게 투입되므로 종합관리가 필요한 복잡한 공정들의 만남이다. 본 시공지침서는 현장에서 시공할 때 도움을 주고자 설비시공의 기본골격을 언급하였으며, 시간의 흐름에 따라 변할 수도 있음을 감안하여 참고해야 할 것이다. 본지 지난해 6월호부터 연재되어오던 $\ulcorner$아파트 설비시공지침$\lrcorner$이 지난 1월호엔 지면관계로 게재하지 못했다.

A residential space where a person lives in may change following the flow of time and it has evolved in various shapes through the development process of a city. In particular, after the 1900s when the modern urban planning was first applied in full-scale, the urban environment and residential environment have formed cities through systematic planning. Under the assumption that the level of satisfactory life for urban residents residing in such an urban environment would be influenced mutually with the residential environment and urban environment to carry out this study, and as for the methodology of this study, the questionnaire was implemented with the subject of residents in Seoul City and analysis was implemented for regression analysis through SPSS 20.0 program. The results of the study are shown as follows. First, the relationship of the residential environment and urban environment is classified for convenience, safety and pleasance to have the important implication, and the level of satisfaction for the residential environment is analyzed to show implications with influence on the level of satisfaction for settlement consciousness. Second, the relationship of influence of residential environment on the settlement consciousness with the characteristics of urban environment is statistically noticeable and the stability and pleasance would have the statistically noticeable influence on satisfactory residential environment and the convenience would not render noticeable influence. And, third, under the characteristics of urban environment, convenience does not have direct influence on the settlement consciousness and it is confirmed to influence on the settlement consciousness indirectly only through the satisfaction of variation in the residential environment.

포장도로는 신설된 후 계속적인 차량의 통행과 기후 조건의 변화등으로 시 간이 경과함에 따라서 그 상태가 저하된다. 따라서 포장도로는 일정기간이 지난 후에는 쾌적한 차량의 통행을 보장하기 위하여 유지보수를 실시하여야 한다. 이러한 유지보수를 효율적이고 과학적으로 수행하는 것은 대단히 중요 하다. 미국과 같은 선진국의 경우 도로 신설의 투자비 보다 유지보수에 사용 되는 예산이 더 많아지고 있는데 효율적인 유지관리 시스템의 개발로 투자 비를 적정화하고자 하는 노력이 크게 증가되고 있다. 도로 포장 구조체가 도 로 이용자에게 어느 정도의 안전성, 쾌적성 및 신속성을 제공하고 있는가를 평가하는 것은 포장관리의 중요한 고려사항이며 그 결과는 포장의 공용성 개념으로 표현된다. 포장상태 조사시 포함되는 항목들은 포장유지관리 시스 템을 운용하는 기관마다 약간씩 차이는 있으나 대체로 노면조도, 노면장애, 구조적 능력, 미끄럼저항등이다. 이중 진동계측장비가 많이 사용되는 항목은 노면조도와 구조적 능력평가 부분으로서 이 두 항목에 포함되는 진동 계측 장비와 그 이용방법에 관해서 논하고자 한다.

건강과 환경에 대한 관심이 고조되면서 이에 따른 생활의 양상도 다양하게 변화되고 있다. 보다 쾌적한 생활 환경을 추구하려는 노력으로 최근 쾌적 섬유의 제조 및 가공에 대한 많은 연구결과가 발표되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나, 합성 항균제를 사용한 항균 가공 직물의 경우 안전성 및 환경친화성에 대한 소비자의 기피현상이 나타나고 있으며, 천연물에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 최근에는 키토산을 비롯하여 양파, 쑥, 계피정유, 및 기타 한약재의 추출물을 사용하여 항균성을 확보하고자하는 연구가 계속되고 있다. (중략)
