Through the improvement of the Labor Relations Act, the Social Insurance Act, and the Artists Welfare Act for occupational status and rights of artists, the character of workers, joining exception in the Employment Insurance Act, and applying exception in the National Health Insurance Act and the National Pensions Act should be recognized. For this, the scope of workers should be expanded through the interpretation of the court and legislation of the Labor Relations Act, and supporting range of social insurance should be expanded by applying exception in the National Health Insurance Act and joining exception in the Employment Insurance Act for artists who are currently excluded. Artists' compensation insurance that is an optional entry system and paid entirely by artists need to have effectiveness of the system through insurance support. The Artists Welfare Act also needs to be revised to strengthen legal protection for artists and it is important to secure finances for artists' welfare projects. The standard contract should be mandatory and a career certification system for artists should be established so that artists who need welfare benefits can not be omitted.

This research analyzed domestic newspapers' agenda setting trend and meaning construction process on the issue of marine environment by year. The research conducted a language network analysis and used R program and Netminer program to analyze four major daily newspapers' news coverages (Dong-A, Joongang, Hanhyoreh, and Kyunghyang) for the last ten years (2005-2014). The results show that the issue of marine environment in Korean media reports are signified in the economic context. For the last ten years, news reports are mainly focused on the 'development' issue of marine environment, without distinction of year. The core key words of the networks are "development", "plan", and "project." However, diverse strategies for 'preservation' are not covered in media reports as a major issue. The importance of effective preservation and reasonable development should be considered in a balanced way. Korean media coverages mainly concentrate on the development issue, and it has a strong influence on considering the marine environment area as an object of development. Future direction and implication of the press reports related to marine environment are discussed.

The construction industry is a labor-oriented and quality, cost, and schedule performance is effected by technicians. However, the construction industry have faced a labor shortage problem. Therefore, technician graying and no new workers inflow cause labor shortage and decline of worker's skill level. The utilization of foreign technicians instead of domestic technicians has been increased in the construction industry. This paper performed questionnaire survey for 43 managers on 14 project fields to determine the current status and problems of construction technicians and to propose a improvement plan. As a result, most foreign technicians are carpenters and iron workers, but the skill levels are generally lower than domestics. The major problems for foreign technicians are communication and non-skilled. Then, labor productivity and accident rates of foreign technicians are higher than domestics. This paper proposes that skill training programs, language lessons, and multi-cultural programs are effective to improve foreign workers' problems.

Recently, Our average life span of korean people is extended and fast-growing an elderly population caused by Being Improved our living conditions and medical science level. Our another problems which being faced by an aging population are that marked psychological and social changes of the aged. The psychological changes of the aged is related to how they make their living and it strong influences on their successful aging process. For health of the aged, there is an urgent need of recreation which can be social activities to void decline their own process of thinking and the executive ability to adapt for controlling health. Therefore, thepurpose of this recreation Courseware program is to help the alienated minorities to achieve the optimal health and best quality of life based on the knowledge of the social-activities and to understand the korean traditional culture plays. Finally, This study could contribute it as a baseline model for the empirical study and to develop further recreation program for the elderly social activities and sufficient for needs of understanding our traditional culture plays.

This study aims to examine the effect of the physical environment of exhibition/convention centers on customers' satisfaction, worth of mouth and revisit intention. Some useful strategic materials derived from this study could be considerably useful to the managers of exhibition/convention centers. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the key elements which can decide the quality of the physical environment of exhibition/convention centers are accessibility, cleanness and convenience. Second, the perceived physical environment makes a positive influence on customers' satisfaction. Third, the more satisfaction the customers can perceive, the higher rises the worth of mouth. Fourth, the more satisfaction the customers can perceive, the higher rises the revisit intention.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the distribution of the building area and find the characteristics of development density where the areas to perform special functions as residential, commercial, and business area in Seoul. As a result of classification of the regions with the component ratio of building area ratio by types, the greater part of Seoul is residential areas and only a small part of Seoul have business function. Contrary to the Kang-Nam business districts, the central business districts have few or no houses. It is concerned that the redevelopment projects, such as New-Town, make Seoul more high- density. The industrial area lost the attractiveness as a resident in spite of businesses or infrastructures. So the industrial area will be the best place for reduce journey-to-work distance if improve housing conditions. As well as management of density, management of use is also required for effective landuse and green-growth city.

This study is intended to arrange the situation of Chuncheon Animation Industry which is applied as a keyword for Regional balanced development system and Regional specialized Industry promotion policy and estimate the appropriateness as Regional specialized industry and possibility of comparative superiority over other regions. This study is intended to look the trial and error of Chuncheon Animation Industry which has been promoted for 10 years and suggest the method to establish new regional industry promotion strategy based on 'innovation' and apply it effectively. Therefore, I intend that in order to establish a new paradigm of animation industry, the industrial appropriateness of animation in changed New Knowledge Based Society is inspected and then the strategy is made. Moreover, in the point of leading position of regional animation, the basis and function of New Knowledge Based Society of Gangwon-province and Chuncheon are thought. In conclusion, the problems and solution of Chuncheon Animation Industry are explored.

Since more than 30 different information systems are collecting and providing construction related information, it is difficult for information users to figure out where and how to acquire the required information. Even if the user find the information, it is hard to meet users demand. Because the current systems accumulate the data just as administrative data and can do not connect the information from the different phases of the lifecycle for the specific facility. The information collected and managed in different information systems should be integrated in terms of lifecycle of the facility to improve money for value of public investment, the quality of life by improving quality of the facility and to provide the foundation for big data utilization in the construction industry. This paper suggested strategic planning for the development of the (assumed name) "The Lifecycle Integrated Construction Information Portal" as a foundation to use the data in construction industry, by investigating prerequisites and suggesting conceptual framework of the system.

The purpose of this research is to verify the sellers' preference of online shopping platform and simple payment service among the Korean domestic online shopping platforms and analyze which factors they consider depending upon their preferred platform and service. The result of this study shows that the reputation, ease of payment, and ease to navigate of online shopping platform should be considered seriously in choosing the online shopping platform. Also, the usability, ease of payment and service fee of simple payment service are influencing factors to select simple payment service for sellers. Meanwhile, the result confirms that the degree of reputation, ease to navigate, service fee, and ease of payment differs on each selected online shopping platform. Also, the degree of usability and security in simple payment service is different between each chosen simple payment services.

Today, artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a key driver of national competitiveness, but it is also causing unexpected side effects in society. This study intends to examine major social issues by collecting papers on AI targeting KCI journals in the field of social science. Therefore, we conducted keyword analysis of papers from 2016 to 2020. As a result of the analysis, the keywords for 'robot' and 'education' appeared the most, and the top six clusters (issues) were derived through the keyword network. The main issues are as follows: the background and/or basic concept of AI, AI education, side effects of AI, legal issues of AI-based creations, intention to use AI products/services, and AI ethics. The results of this study can be used to expand the discussion on the social aspects of AI and to find policy directions at the national level.
