최근 기후변화의 위기를 녹색 기술과 청정에너지를 활용한 신(新)성장동력의 기회로 활용하면서 건설 산업에도 온실가스 저감, 환경오염 저감, 에너지 효율화를 위한 기술적인 활동을 활발히 진행 중에 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력이 구체적인 성과를 얻기 위해서는 건설 사업 초기단계에서부터 녹색건설에 대한 단계별 목표 수립과 구체적이고 체계적인 성과평가 시스템을 수립하여야 하지만, 성과평가에 대한 이해와 평가방법이 불명확한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 녹색 건설 성과분야를 경제적요인(Economic), 사회적요인 (Social), 환경적요인(Environmental)으로 구분하여 합리적이고 비교 가능한 녹색 건설의 세부 성과지표를 제시하기 위한 녹색 건설 성과지표 국내 외 사례를 조사 비교 분석 하였다.

사료첨가제는 배합사료에 첨가되어 소화력 향상, 병원균 저감, 지방 대사 개선, 항산화 효과, 독성 물질 제거 등의 효과를 나타내며, 종류에는 보존제, 아미노산제, 비타민제, 생균제, 효소제 등이 있다. 국내외 시장성장률을 보면 각각 5.1%, 3.5%를 나타내며, 국내시장은 해외시장의 약 2%를 차지한다. 사료첨가제는 소득 수준과, 육류 소비량, 애완 동물 수요 증가에 영향을 받는 산업이며, 해외 주요 업체들은 합병과 통합을 통해 관련 사업을 수직/수평 계열화하고 있다. 기술적인 흐름을 살펴보면, 천연 추출물에 의한 제품 개발, 저가 제품, 복합 기능성 맞춤형 첨가제 등의 니즈에 따라 관련 제품의 기술 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다.

인터넷 포털 대전쟁이 시작됐다. 한국 통신시장을 사실상 양분하고 있는 KT와 SK텔레콤이 인터넷 포털 사업에 포문을 열고 시장재편을 위한 움직임을 본격화하면서다. KTH의‘파란’이 최근 공식 오픈하면서 포털 시장에 파란을 예고하고 있고, 미니홈피로 돌풍을 일으킨 싸이월드를 합병한 SK커뮤니케이션즈의 네이트닷컴은 업계 선두를 넘보고 있다. 여기에 최근 한발 물러서긴 했으나 영화.음악.게임 콘텐츠에서 막강한 지배력을 갖춘 CJ까지 가세해 벤처 텃밭이었던 포털 시장에 대기업을 등에 업은 공룡 등장을 알렸다. 하지만 터줏대감인 NHN.다음.야후코리아 등 전문 포털업체들도 쉽게 물러서지 않을 태세다. 이들 업체들은 검색, 커뮤니티, 메일 등 다양한 신규 서비스를 경쟁적으로 선보이며 전면전을 준비하고 있다. 이에 따라 하반기 포털 시장은 기존 인터넷 전문 포털들과 시장지배력을 갖춘 대기업 포털간의 피할 수 없는 진검승부가 예고되고 있다. 하반기 혈전이 예고되는 공룡기업과 벤처의 싸움이‘골리앗과 다윗’싸움이 될지,‘ 고래싸움에 새우등 터지는’격이 될지 주목된다.

Recently, the movement to globalization, internationalization, and industralization caused rapid increase of foreigners staying in our country. Therefore the crimes related with them are definitely increasing too. In this paper, real figures of foreigner related crime problems and actual conditions of foreign affair police division were presented to articulate countermeasures for healing these problems.

It is almost impossible to keep the exact documentations of veterans' works due to the fastidious and convoluted nature of this particular field. The histrorical recordings of Korean Theater in general has been improved due to growing educations of staffs and actors through theatre associated universities But the need of preserving the recordings of veteran actors has not been recognized enough, therefore their precious assets has been lost, which is such a regretful truth. However, with the necessity in mind, the following study is focused on Gil-ho Kim, an actor, playwright, director, and his works on 'Namdo-Mokpo-Plays'. Comparisons will be made, focusing on these plays, between his life as an actor and the meaning of documenting a veteran actor's assets.

The research of occupational injury for safety and health is a comparatively recent occurrence. As labor activities took place regarding to employee concerns in industrial uprising, human resources health was tried to enhanced as a labor safety subject. Noticing that traditional statistics approach has limitations in learning future forecasting and major factors causing occupational injuries in each industry, Korean Government initiated a quantitative systematic simulation model project to analyze how the annual injury rate has been dropped and stays in a level for recent years. From this motivation and the project, system dynamics models have been developed to explain the mechanisms for reducing annual injury rate, and the mechanisms quantitatively. The main cause effects for the reduction of annual injury rate were due to the government driven investment on safety facilities. In overall viewpoint the gain achievable from these efforts has been reached a saturated level. However, it could reduce the annual injury rate if you chose the industry and size carefully. The model for forecasting, major injury factors, safety budget and allocation are introduced and analyzed, and Analyzing occupational injury related factors can also reduce employee injury and disease related costs, including medical care, quit, and disability assistance costs.

고령화는 국가사회적 최상위 현안문제 (National Agenda)의 하나로, 최근 출산률 저하와 수명 연장에 따라 점차 심화되고 있다. 이는 이미 퇴행성 척추 질환 및 관련 수술이 큰 폭으로 증가되는 현상으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 고령화 사회를 대비하고 노령 인구의 삶의 질 향상을 위해, 노령 척추 질환에 대한 적절한 진단과 치료, 재활에 도움을 줄 수 있는 가상 척추의 개발이 절실히 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 국가문제해경형 연구사업(NAP)의 일환으로 가상 척추의 기반이 될 인체 척추 정보 데이터베이스를 구축하고 관리하는 시스템을 소개한다.

Technologies related to sealed-type ultrasonic sensors and driving circuit modules for them are the key elements for intelligent robot industry. Those technologies are believed to yield a drastic enhancement of the performance measuring distances in the intelligent robot systems. Modulization technologies of ultrasonic sensors are expected to develop ASIC and MEMS technologies in the future. The size of domestic market for sealed-type ultrasonic sensor modules is expected to grow to 1 billion and 5.72 billion Won by 2008 and 2012, respectively. Recent interest to service robots and government-driven programs are promoting the rapid growth of the market for the service robots. Successful application of the sealed-type ultrasonic modules to the service robots is expected to replace the conventional photo-sensors in a near future.

South Korea had a hard time creating its own image of a nation that formed its identity due to 6.25, Japanese-style rule, division of South and North Korea, and military dictatorship. Recently, Korea has been searching and spreading its identity by creating a Korean wave such as various events and K-POPs. However, since there are still no images and cultural products representing Korea's identity, it is necessary to develop design contents related to native culture and professional cultural product design. Design powers such as France and Japan focus on design projects that can add value to their national design policy projects. Traditional Korean contents also need to be specialized and continuous in image design and research. In this study, five lucky-SubokGangnYeon(long life, happiness and peace), a representative of Korean culture, studied with the most interest in the old and the modern, namely, "Living healthy long." Through the development of cultural product design and the use of design content, I would look forward to presenting the diversity and direction in producing Korea's own design products and images that fit the trend of modern 'age of 100.' Based on images based on special exhibitions related to longevity of the National Folk Museum of Korea, the museum discovers key used features and meanings, studies patterns and patterns, and analyzes design cases applied to modern cultural product design. We also want to look at the direction available through design content, which is a symbol of llong life happiness and peace. First, cultural products have limitations that lack the development of design products, lack of public relations and sales outlets, and lack of awareness of traditional culture, which should precede policy support and awareness reform at the national level. Second, we need to streamline prices that meet the needs of the market. Third, cultural product design and contents related to tradition can be settled and disseminated more easily when traditional design is utilized and distributed mainly on practical stationery and household goods. Fourth, it is necessary to develop contents of various Korean images based on research on Korean cultural history and aesthetic consciousness. Research on the Korean culture of designers should be conducted, not just in the form of figurative images. Fifth, traditional manufacturing methods and materials should be respected by modern times, but modern production products should be developed with economy and durability.

National R&D programs are managed and operated by institutes under different ministries. The R&D information created through these programs are designed and constructed heterogeneously both semantically and structurally. Therefore, integrated collection, analysis and application of the information through the interoperability of information at the national level becomes nearly impossible, and redundant production and operation of R&D information becomes a general problem. The Office of Science and Technology Innovation has started the construction of the National Science and Technology Information System(NTIS), which is based on the interoperability and sharing of R&D information, to resolve these issues. In this paper, we propose a method to construct a system for sharing national R&D information held by different ministries while minimizing the effect on the autonomy of the institutes involved.
