구술채록은 특정 주제의 연구사 기록화 작업에 있어 후대에 생생한 역사체험을 전승할 수 있는 최적의 연구사업이다. 특히 국내 천문우주과학 분야의 원로들이 대부분 연로하다는 점에서 한국천문학 발전사에 대한 구술채록은 시급성이 더욱 요구되고 있다. 이에 한국천문연구원 고천문연구센터는 그간 기관에서 자체적으로 수행해 온 사료분류체계 수립작업과 단발적인 구술채록 경험을 기반으로 본격적인 구술채록 연구사업을 수행할 계획이다. 이 연구는 한국천문학 발전사 구술채록 사업의 절차적 방법에 대한 기획론이다. 크게 (1)구술채록 로드맵 수립, (2) 구술기록 생산 프로세스, (3) 산출물 관리 및 활용으로 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 구술채록 로드맵 수립에 있어서는 현대 한국천문학 발전의 태동기 1950년대 중반을 기점으로 역사연구 및 주제분류를 중심으로 천문학 구술기록 특성화를 기한다. 이를 기반으로 구술대상자를 선정하고 큰 맥락의 역사와 개인 생애사를 교차하는 분석 틀을 중심으로 인터뷰 질문지를 추출한다. 이 과정에서 구술대상자의 소장 사료를 도출하여 미리 잠재적 사료 수집을 도모하도록 한다. 둘째, 본격적 구술기록 생산 프로세스에서는 전 단계에서 이행한 수집정보를 바탕으로 구술 산출물을 제작한다. 면담일지, 상세녹취록, 요약본, 이용동의서 등 기타 필요한 구술 제반 서식을 바탕으로 구술 동영상을 산출하고 라벨링한다. 이 산출물에 대한 사실관계 검증 후 최종 산출물 완성 및 기타 행정 처리로 제작은 종료된다. 마지막으로 산출물 관리 및 활용에 있어서는 사료 수집 전략의 기반 자료와 다양한 지식정보콘텐츠의 활용체계를 수립한다. 더 나아가 향후 이 연구사업은 구술DB화와 서비스 체계화를 위하여 구술아카이브 시스템을 설계하는 데 성과물을 활용한다. 이 연구기획론은 한국천문학이라는 특정 주제에 대한 것이므로 큰 틀에서의 방법은 기록학적 전개방식을 차용하지만, 역사연구와 기록의 특성화에 있어서는 한국천문학 연구사에 대한 깊은 이해가 동반되어야 한다. 따라서 광범위한 한국천문학 네트워크에 해당하는 다양한 학회, 교육기관, 연구기관 및 각종 사단법인 등의 역사와도 긴밀히 연결되어야 성과물은 비로소 가치 있고 풍부할 것이다. 이 연구를 시발점으로 향후 한국천문학 발전사 구술채록 사업에 대한 다양한 관학연구의 인식 공감대가 마련되기를 기대한다.

The article concerns the public policy for the development of the arts educator in the field of the comic and animation education. The comic and animation education programs are focused on the promotion of the creativity and communication skills of the student in terms of the arts education. The article seeks to examine the case on the support program for the comic and animation educators, which has been managed by Korea Arts & Culture Education Service(KACES) since 2005. The forty two educators were surveyed. As a result, the support program of the KACES has an effect on the educator's recognition of the comic and animation education in the positive way. The most of the educators suggest that the support program should try to develop the comic and animation educator job as a special work with the full time job. In this repect, the article recommend the policy alternatives such as the promotion of the education program R & D, the knowledge and information system, training system and the establishment of the governance system.

This paper was to examine the existing foundation of cultural contents industry through analyzing the development process, the location pattern, and the value chain system and the management of cultural contents industry in Daegu. Most cultural contents industry in Daegu had less than ten employees: so, it was classified into the early stage of commercialization. The firms that dealt with on-line distribution were recently founded. The high portion of the finns was located in the center of city such as Jung-Gu and Nam-Gu in which the Center for Digital Industry Promotion of Daegu (DIP) is located. The value main system consisted of four nodes such as creation node, production node, marketing node and distribution node. The production node was played the most important role. Based on value chain system, the cultural contents industry firms in Daegu could be divided into four types: Type I is a contents production firm with a single value chain in the cultural contents industry. Type II is a contents production firm with two or three value chains. Type III is a contents production firm with comprehensive value chain. Type IV is a non contents production firm with multiple value chains.

In 2001, IT Small and medium size manufacture occupied 3.8% of Gross Domestic Product. IT industry R&D Program and Excellent Information Technology R&D Program support rate $54{\sim}60%$ of computer, software and contents for Information Technology R&D, when the Technology of R&D input to market need to development for about 3 years. Most of the Small and medium IT Enterprise strategy priority find out from computer, software and contents.

An information system in a construction project has been typically used for drawing, document management, and administration process. And it has limitations to support real-time communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. The objective of this research is to improve communication, information share, and task management by developing a collaboration platform among project stakeholders supporting various communication methods and contents. The platform developed in this research, named as CCP, aims to support communication and collaboration related activities beyond the scope of legacy systems at construction sites. CCP was validated through pilot test and user survey, and it was found to be very helpful for sharing and distributing information, tracking and recording, and improving a user's work capability.

Many start-ups have many realistic hardships in getting management diagnosis about whether their business model are properly going. For this reason, there is the need for an easy and simple method that makes it possible to conduct a strategic management through the analysis and management diagnosis of the business model. The Business Model Canvas(BMC) has been popularized as a tool to help entrepreneurs describe, design, challenge, invent and pivot their business model. This model gives a framework to describe the most important building blocks(9 blocks) of existing business. Entrepreneurs can make their own business analyses and craft their own solutions through using this model. In this study, we conducted consulting by using the BMC on the NARUATO which is a small start-up in the healthy food industry. This case study can use as a learning material for entrepreneurship education.

Publicly funded project centered urban regeneration projects have limitations in the implementation to fit the urban regeneration plan system under the 'Special Act on Promotion of and Support for Urban Regeneration.' Since urban regeneration projects have been promoted with publicly funded project centered uniform plans and non-planned systems as such, many problems have arisen such as increases in the time to establish plans such as many strategic plans and activation plans and resultant increases in social costs. Therefore, in this study, with a view to finding methodologies for the establishment and flexibilization of urban regeneration plan systems, the actual state of operation of the urban regeneration plan system was analyzed to find problems and present improvement plans for reestablishment of the South Korean urban regeneration plan system.

최근 인터넷 기술의 발전과 폭발적인 인기를 누리고 있는 스마트폰 등의 인프라요소의 발전으로 인해 방송 및 통신 서비스의 융합된 형태인 IPTV, 스마트 TV 등의 새로운 형태의 서비스가 도입되어 시장을 형성하고 있다. 이러한 새로운 형태의 서비스는 기존 몇몇의 콘텐츠 제공자가 제공하는 서비스 뿐만아니라, 자신들이 만들 콘텐츠를 이용하고자하는 프로슈머들의 욕구 또한 충족시켜주어야 한다. 이러한 서비스 시장의 변화는 기존 폐쇄적인 서비스 운영형태를 가지고 있던 사업자들의 개방화 정책을 유도하고 있다. 우리나라의 서비스 사업자들오 이러한 서비스변화에 말맞추어 개방화 전략을 앞다투어 발표하고, 새로운 형태의 서비스를 통한 시장 점유율 향상을 위해 노력하고 있다. 하지만, 개방화된 서비스 형태는 자칫 새로운 보안문제를 야기할 수 있고, 이로 인해 새로운 서비스 조기정착과 서비스 시장확대라는 목적을 저해시킬 수 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 방송융합서비스의 개방화 정책에 따른 새로운 서비스 형태를 알아보고, 신규서비스에 내재되어 있는 보안위협을 도출, 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 대응방안은 신규 융합서비스 안정적 도입 및 확산을 위한 기반이 될 수 있을 것이다.

전국에 1인 전문가 체제의 박물관이 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 1인의 전문가가 박물관의 다양한 구성요소들을 콘텐츠화하여 운영하기 위해서는 시간과 자원이 부족하다. 본 논문은 1인 전문가 체제의 박물관이 운영되고 활성화되는 모델을 '공유'에서 찾고자 한다. '공유'는 박물관이 위치한 지역공동체의 요구를 수용하고 인적, 물적 자원을 확장하여 활용하는 방법이다. 기존의 박물관 협력망 사업은 재원 지원이 가능한 대규모 박물관이 주최가 되어 1인 체제 박물관을 지원해주는 방식으로 진행되었다. 기존의 체제가 박물관 지식의 전문성을 강조한 경쟁 원리를 기반으로 한다면, 지역과 박물관의 공유 방식은 소통을 기반으로 융 복합의 패러다임을 제시한다. 재원과 인력을 지역사회에서 충당하는 1인 체제 박물관은 자생(自生)이 가능하다.
