In this paper, we propose BCON, a service that allows individuals to store personal contents safely, and reliably guarantee their ownership of contents, certifying their identities with DIDs(Decentralized identifiers). DID technology, which supports decentralized identification service based on a blockchain that cannot forgery or alter data, allows users to selectively provide their information, controlling personal information and reinforcing their sovereignty over their identity. BCON stores information about the content specified by a user on the blockchain and Authenticates the user's identity based on DID technology. It also provides functions for the user to safely upload and download the user's content to a distributed database. BCON consists of the content service verifier, the content storage service, the content management contract, and the user application, administrating rhe DID registry for Authority management.

(주)문화방송(MBC)은 콘텐츠 제작 및 유통 워크플로우에 인공지능(Artificial Intelligence, AI) 기술을 적용한 미디어AI 서비스를 운영하고 있다. 영상아카이브에 보관되어 있는 수십만 개의 아날로그와 SD급 콘텐츠를 대상으로 HD급 수준의 영상화질로 품질을 향상시키기 위해서 AI영상화질개선시스템을 2020년에 개발 구축해서 여러 목적에 활용하고 있으며, HD급 콘텐츠를 대상으로 4K 초고화질급으로 변환하는 기술로 고도화해서 실서비스 적용을 눈앞에 두고 있다. 그리고 2년의 STT(Speech-To-Text, 음성문자변환) 베타서비스를 통해 얻어진 사용성 검증과 운영 경험을 바탕으로 STT HUB 서비스를 개발 구축해서 2022년부터 보도와 시사교양 프로그램의 제작 워크플로우에 적용하고 있다. 이들 서비스의 주요 기능들과 기술적 요소들의 구현, 미디어AI 서비스 운영의 경험을 나누고자 한다.

스마트폰 기술이 발달함에 따라 사용자는 언제, 어디서나 원하는 정보를 서비스 받고 있다. 그러나 스마트폰 사용자가 많아지면서 서버에서 제공하는 서비스 속도가 떨어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 사용자가 빅데이터 서비스를 요청할 경우 서비스 속성 및 특징에 따라 해당 서비스를 제공하는 분배 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 서비스 목적, 데이터 속성, 시간과 접속 횟수 등의 정보를 이용하여 서비스를 분할하여 서비스 제공을 자제하도록 함으로써 사용자의 서비스 질을 향상시키는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 또한, 스마트폰 사용자가 서비스를 제공받고 있는 경우 서비스 정보를 서버에 보관하여 추후 사용자가 스마트폰으로 서비스를 요청할 경우 서버에 저장된 정보를 이용하여 사용자에게 제공하려는 서비스의 질과 정확성을 향상시킨다.

네트워크 기술의 발전으로 모바일 기기 콘텐츠 서비스의 일종인 N-Screen이 활발해 지고 있다. 이러한 N-Screen 서비스는 TV, PC 그리고 모바일 기기(스마트폰, 태블릿)등의 다양한 스크린에 소비되는 콘텐츠를 제공하는 것이다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 서비스들은 콘텐츠를 소비하는 기기에 맞게 인코딩 된 다수의 콘텐츠를 보유하고 있어야 한다. 하지만 현존하는 다양한 디스플레이 규격과 코덱에 적합하도록 콘텐츠를 변환하여 보관하는 것은 불가능한 상황이다. 따라서 현재 대부분의 서비스들은 대표적인 일부의 장비에 대한 콘텐츠만을 제공하고 있다. 또한 다양한 규격의 기기에 맞게 콘텐츠를 변환하여 제공하기 위해서는 고도의 컴퓨팅 파워가 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문은 스마트 TV에 그리드 컴퓨팅 기술을 적용하여 다양한 규격의 기기에 N-Screen 서비스를 제공하는 기술을 제안하고 설명한다.

Medical data sampled through medical sensor nodes can provide services properly only when the data are not lost even during the fault of a home health gateway. The loss of medical data can be minimized if a sensor node, in which it is expected that there are the most saving spaces, is selected after medical sensor nodes tentatively conduct local save or communicate with each other during a fault when data cannot received. Furthermore, efficient saving techniques are necessary since the cycle for sampling information is different according to the type of medical data and a space for distributed saving is different for each apparatus. So, this research suggests an efficient distributed archiving protocol (DAP) for medical data sensor nodes, each of which has a diverse sampling cycle. In order to confirm the usefulness of DAP, DAP between sensor node and gateway was designed and materialized. An experiment was conducted using the materialized program and earned a high level of recovery rate (99.3%) and of accuracy rate, which confirms that sensor nodes can play their role during a temporary fault.

방송 제작 환경은 고품질의 콘텐츠를 빠르고 효율적으로 서비스하기 위하여 IT 기반 시스템으로의 전환을 진행하여 완성 단계에 이르렀으며, 대부분의 방송 콘텐츠는 파일 기반으로 제작 및 보관되고 있다. 과거 테이프 기반에서 파일 기반 콘텐츠로 전환되면서 신호 레벨로 진행되던 전통적인 품질 관리에 대한 새로운 방안이 요구되었으며, 이를 위하여 파일 기반 콘텐츠에 최적화된 콘텐츠 품질검사 시스템 개발이 진행되어 왔다. 이미지 처리에 기반하는 오류 검출 알고리듬의 복잡성으로 인하여 실시간 검사를 지원하지 못하여 HD 실시간 시스템에의 적용에 어려움이 있었으며, 대용량의 아카이브 시스템에서는 품질검사 시간에 대한 단축이 지속적으로 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 방송 환경에서 발생하는 블록 오류 등 다양한 A/V 오류를 고속으로 검출하기 위하여 최근에 급부상하고 있는 GPU 기반의 병렬처리를 이용하는 품질검사 실시간 고속화 시스템의 구현에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

Instant messaging(IM) service is one of the useful communication means in the Intemet for exchanging simple messages between users. Usually, IM service is coupled with Presence service which provides status information of users. In this case, instant messages are sent and received directly between on-line users. Therefore, messages could not be exchanged when users are in off-line state. In this paper, We have implemented SIP based Instant Messaging System which includes message server that can store and manage instant messages. With this message server, messages could be exchanged legalness of user states. Furthermore, our system includes message waiting indication event package which provides useful informations about messages in the message server. And this system also includes the Caller Preference capabilities.

This study aims to present a direction for local libraries on how to collect folk culture content and provide services in cooperation with public libraries across the country, with a focus on public libraries, in implementing the government policy to collect, classify, store, research, and utilize folk culture content. Results of the study drawn from literature review, surveys, case-studies are as follows: First, based on the advantage of higher accessibility than other institutions in charge of folk culture content provision, libraries should take a role to collect, store, and utilize folk culture content for public purpose of improving knowledge and interests of residents and storing local history. Second, folk culture content collection, enhanced content-creating, and user-oriented services reflecting various demands should be expanded, seeking ways to improve management conditions of folk culture content based on collaboration network between libraries, along with drawing interests and support from the local government and the central government. Thirdly, libraries should provide expanded services of collection, creation, use of folk culture content with a focus on local culture through regular and systematic study and building of folk culture content.

In existing public parcel locker, if there is not an empty storage box, it is not used. In existing private parcel locker, because it is a lock-based locker, there is strong weak point in security. To prevent these drawbacks, the proposed private parcel locker has a menu-driven remote control application which is operated on smartphone. The lock release and the security number change by the security number which is stored in the Electrically erasable read-only memory, are possible. As a result, the proposed method has better advantages than the existing methods in terms of unnecessariness of empty storage box check and security by the security number accumulation function and the automatic SMS transmission representing parcel locker operation result.
