The Effect of NCS based Education Service Quality on Student's Loyalty to College and Self-confidence in Getting Job (NCS 기반 교육서비스품질이 대학생들의 학교충성도와 취업자신감에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out constitutions of education service quality in NCS based education and to investigate the effects on vocational key competence, loyalty to college and self-confidence in getting job of college students as important performance variables. The results of this study are as follows. In the NCS based education, five dimensions of education service quality were teaching-learning-lecture, reputation, education program, administrative service and facilities. It is analyzed that the teaching-learning-lecture and administrative service have a great influence on vocational key competence of students. In addition, education service quality and vocational key competence were analyzed as important factors for student's loyalty to college and self-confidence in getting job and proved to be important performance variables.

  • 2009년 말, 시작된 '아이폰 쇼크'는 아직도 진행중이다. 아이폰은 기존 무선단말기에서는 상상할 수 없을 정도의 다양한 콘텐츠와 소프트웨어를 손안의 휴대폰에서 사용 가능하다. 전 세계로 창이 열린 앱스토어에는 사용자들을 현혹시킬 만한 게임, 멀티미디어 동영상, 프로그램들이 날마다 넘쳐난다. 이메일, Wi-Fi 등 업무효율을 극대화 할 수 있는 솔루션도 모두 지원된다. 아이폰이 제공하는 혁신적인 기능과 앱스토어 앞에 그동안 초고속인터넷 강국이란 명성과 폐쇄적인 무선망 정책을 구사해왔던 통신서비스 업계는 모두 큰 충격에 빠져 있는 듯 하다. 본 고에서는 늦었지만 이제부터라도 이동환경에서의 앱스토어의 기술 전반을 살펴보고, 우리 고유의 무선인터넷 생태계 복원을 위해 개방형 모바일 앱스토어를 위한 서비스 프레임워크를 제안하고자 한다.

Strategy of Disney Animation Using Hero's Narrative (영웅서사를 활용한 디즈니 애니메이션의 전략)

  • Despite the fact that culture and the industrial market is growing rapidly and becoming competitive, Disney animation studio has kept its reputation. They have their own know-how accumulated for a long time to stimulate the audience's sensibilities beyond time and space. This study is looking for the strategy of Disney animation using effects and forms of Hero's narrative. As a result, the original works have been adapted by 3 spaces of hero's narrative and songs was prepared according to the journey. Characters was constructed by combining original and it made an antithetical Antagonist and the triangle of helpmates. These strategies satisfy contemporary needs, as well as Disney's ideology using transformational resilience. Research will be needed to utilize the elements of culture through the analysis of the common strategy for success in spite of the time change.

Prosumer Marketing for the Open Source Software(OSS) utilizing the Social Media Platform (소셜 미디어 플랫폼을 활용한 오픈소스 SW의 프로슈머 마케팅 연구)

  • The interest on the Open Source Software(OSS) has been increasing as the Microsoft's latest Windows XP support ended. In this light trend, this study can contribute to the OSS marketing area. Specifically, it examined that the activation of online brand community about the OSS can affect to prosumer marketing of the OSS utilizing social media platform. In addition, the OSS social media platform users' loyalty for the OSS was investigated. The findings show that content, consumer support, UI, and reward among the activate factors of online brand community significantly affected to the activation of OSS social media platform. The brand reputation, however, was found insignificant to the activation of OSS social media platform. In addition, the activation of OSS social media platform can positively affect to their loyalty for the OSS. It means that participation to the social media activities about OSS and interaction with others in the network can help to form positive attitude for the OSS. In conclusion, the prosumer marketing utilizing social platform can be an important strategy as a new solution of the OSS business in the rapidly changing ICT ecosystem environment.

The Effect of Brand Reputation on Stock Price: Focused on Game Firms (브랜드 평판이 주가에 미치는 영향: 게임 기업을 중심으로)

  • Recently, the importance of not only financial factors from financial statements but also non-financial factors such as consumers' evaluation and loyalty to game content is more emphasized when assessing the value of game companies. In this study, we suggest the brand reputation index as an appropriate measure of a game company's valuation and examine the effect of the brand reputation on game companies' stock price using the observations of Korean major 30 game companies. From the empirical results, we find that there is a significantly positive association between the brand reputation index and the game companies' stock price. This explains that the brand reputation of game companies can directly affect their firm value. The findings are expected to contribute to capital markets and academia as they have presented empirical evidence of the importance of brand reputation as a non-financial measure for the valuation of game companies.

An Examination of Factors Influencing Continuous Participation Intention of Online Childrearing Community : Focusing on Moderating Effect of Self-Monitoring (온라인 육아 커뮤니티의 지속적 참여 의향에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석: 자기감시성의 조절 효과를 중심으로)

  • This study looked at what factors lead to continuous participatory intention of online childrearing community. Trust, reciprocity and perceived security from the perspectives of community attributes and reputation motivation, information motivation, enjoyment motivation and self-monitoring from the users' perspectives were conceived as determinants that might have influences on continuous participatory intention of online childrearing community. It were also empirically tested whether they affect continuous participatory intention of online childrearing community. The moderating effect of self-monitoring was examined, too. In order to collect data, online questionnaires were conducted to women whose ages were 20-49 years old and joined online childrearing community. Their responses were analyzed with a regression analysis. The findings showed that trust, reciprocity and information motivation have influences on continuous participatory intention of online childrearing community. The moderating effect of self-monitoring between reciprocity and continuous participatory intention was also found.

  • This study explored the relationship between Police Officer's Job Motivation and Organizational Commitment. The Police officers' Job Motivation has been measured, and then how their Job Motivation affects Organizational Commitment has been examined. So, the ultimate purpose of this study is to suggest the ways for the human resource management plan and then to raise the organizational Commitment. The methodology used in this study is based largely on the motivation model. A Police Officer's Job Motivation Perception questionnaire comprises 4 categories; 'Responsibility and Service', 'Job Security', 'The reputation of police', and 'Aspiration for police work'. And Organizational Commitment. In the conclusion, policy implications for developing an effective recruitment strategy and Necessity of training program are discussed.

Empirical Verification of the Korean Occupational Stress Scale in Physical Therapist (한국인 직무스트레스 측정도구에 관한 실증적 연구: 물리치료사를 대상으로)

  • Occupational Stress is defined the stress which occurs in the workplace or organization. In Korean workers, the rate of occupational stress was 87.8% which was the highest level among OECD countries(average 80.0%). The purpose of this study was to examine the empirical verification of the Korean Occupational Stress Scale(KOSS) in physical therapists. For this purpose, the subject of this study was set up physical therapists who were working at Gyeonggi province and collected from 388 persons by using purposive sampling. The collected data was conducted explanatory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis in order to ascertain factor structure and practical verification of KOSS. Major results were as following: first, the reliability of KOSS was 0.83, and it means that a measure of internal consistency is high. Second, the KOSS result of physical therapists was composed 7 subscales(job demand, insufficient job control, job insecurity, interpersonal conflict, occupational system and lack of reward, organizational climate) and that is more appropriate measurement scale than the original one by using explanatory/confirmatory factor analysis. This study could be contributed as a tool for evaluation and outcome of the basic information of related occupational stress in physical therapists.

Internet Shopping Value, Store Image, Customer Satisfaction, and Re-Visit Intention - A Comparison by Product Types - (인터넷 쇼핑가치, 점포이미지와 고객만족 및 재방문의도 - 구매제품유형별 비교 -)

  • This study aims to prove the connection between satisfaction and re-visit intention of customers by examining shopping value and store image depending on product types purchased at Internet shopping malls. The finding of this study revealed that shopping value could be classified into hedonic and utilitarian value, while store image could be extracted into six dimensions such as reputation, product and information service, customer service after purchase, atmosphere, convenience, and safety. Both search goods and experience goods among store image factors were found to have stronger effect on utilitarian shopping value than hedonic shopping one. In addition, it was found that store image and shopping value had an effect on customer satisfaction and re-visit intention depending on product types, with a significant difference. These findings are expected to provide marketing complications for the understanding of differentiated market segments in the Internet shopping mall market, which is facing ever-growing market.

A Study on the Image Positioning of Internet Shopping Mall (인터넷 쇼핑몰 이미지 포지셔닝 연구)

  • This study intends to figure out the image evaluation properties of internet shopping malls and suggest a strategic direction for positioning through establishing a perceptual map on how the actual customers remember them and which image expression would make the most effective marketing. According to the result of analysis, the images of internet shopping malls were drawn as elements such as product information service, customer service after purchase, atmosphere, convenience, safety, and fame. And according to the result of making a perceptual map, it showed that there was a meaningful difference in the customers' perception on competitive shopping malls. The most discriminative property among the images of shopping malls was product information service, and the least discriminative property was convenience. In addition, there showed a meaningful difference in the customers' preference and ideal point on internet shopping malls between the subdivided groups of customers. It was verified that in this internet shopping mall market where competition is getting severe, the result of this study can be a useful foundational data in establishing a marketing strategy of market segmentation.
