  • In internet being a repository of massive information, we easily may not find our desired information, this issue also exists in e-commerce which gets rapid growth. In most of e-commerce sites, the methods furnishing information have been made use of statistical analysis or simple process by category-oriented, but these can't represent diverse correlation among products information and also hardly reflect users' purchasing patterns precisely. In this thesis, we propose more efficient web mining ways for discovering interesting information using effective clustering in e-commerce, which get achieved more suitable relationship among products information using both sequential patterns and association rules in category-independent, and experiments show the efficiency of our proposed methods. And we propose search using effective clustering rapidly.

  • Context-based information services are required in ubiquitous application. In the ubiquitous application, ubiquitous commerce addresses information service that recommends items to consumers with the use of the situated contexts. This paper proposes a multi-context based information service for ubiquitous commerce. This enables a consumer to get multi-context based information efficiently by using consumer's attention for each context. The method is described and an ubiquitous commerce application prototype based on multi-context is presented. Several experiments are performed and the results verify that the proposed method's performance is better than other existing method.

  • The purpose of the study is to find out how the quality attributes of door-to-door delivery service affects on the on-line shopping mall customers' satisfaction. For the study service quality and customer satisfaction theories were reviewed and the relation between service attributes and satisfaction was proposed. With empirical study the research found that customers' satisfaction of on-line shopping mall would be influenced by door-to-door delivery service quality attributes even though the door-to-door delivery firm is not the direct partner of the contract.

  • The purpose of this study is to design the On-line Insurance Sales Support System using Case-Based Reasoning(CBR). In on-line insurance subscription process, this system provides the personalized insurance payment cases and insurance statistics for customers to entice an insurance subscription. By measuring, specifically, similarities between the user profile and insurance payment cases, it suggests the best insurance payment case which has the highest similarity and reflects the latest in the insurance payment cases. In addition, it serves the insurance statistical information that matches with the attributes of the finally-selected case. These functions can be useful in on-line insurance sales.

  • This paper covers the manufacturing process to improve the quality of the puppet for stop-motion films, especially focuses on the mold making and casting process those are the key steps of the puppet making. Unlike the general mold for a duplication, the mold for puppets has special functions to fix an armature and inject casting materials stably inside, and it is repeatedly baked at high temperature. The practical information about puppet makings is provided including various predictable problems, expertise from many professionals, vender list, and so on.

  • 본 연구는 모바일 쇼핑의 급증과 더불어 성장하고 있는 O2O(Online-to-Offline) 시장에서 소비자가 추구하는 쇼핑가치(shopping values)를 충족시켜줄 수 있는 웹사이트를 구축하기 위한 요인들을 탐색함으로써 이들 쇼핑가치와 웹사이트 성공요인 간 관계가 향후 소비자의 재구매의도와 같은 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 고찰하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. O2O 시장에서는 온라인 웹사이트로 소비자를 유도하여 필요한 정보를 제공한 후 관련 제품과 서비스를 수령할 때에는 다시 오프라인으로 유도함으로써 잠재 고객을 확대하고 기존 소비자의 구매를 확대시키고자 한다. 따라서 소비자가 제품과 서비스를 접하는 첫 관문인 웹사이트 설계는 중요한 고려대상이다. 기존 B2C(Business-to-Consumer) 환경에서는 온라인과 오프라인이 각각 독립적인 채널로 운영된 데에 반해 O2O 환경에서는 온라인과 오프라인의 통합으로 시너지 효과를 추구하기 때문에 O2O 채널을 이용하는 소비자가 추구하는 쇼핑가치는 기존 B2C와 다르며 본 연구에서는 새로운 O2O 환경에서 이러한 소비자의 쇼핑가치를 충족시켜줄 수 있는 성공적인 웹사이트 요인을 탐색하고자 한다.

  • It is more important how to maintain and develop the company than starting any business. The matter of trust building in the early stage of start up company is a main cause to make or break business performance. This study analyzes the primary factor to the influence of matter of trust formation in the early stage of starting business at internet shopping mall. Also, We are here concerned with the strategies on the building brand to shopping mall of e-company and the increasing sales. To accomplish the aim of this paper is examined a concept of trust, consumer's purchase behavior and the factor of trust formation from the basis of preceding research, It was found from the result of an hypothesis testing for positive analyze that information quality, web design and shopping convenience influence factors to the initial trust.

  • With the introduction of internet applications to the hotel industry hotel customers are very willing to use the electronic communication tools in their both searching information and purchasing behaviors. It is generally agreed that the internet communication tools can be a strategic one for less competitive hotels in the traditional marketing environment. This study found that there are significant differences among several classifications of hotels in the use of internet communications as a marketing tool. The study also found that there are some possibilities for local hotels to overcome the current marketing handicaps with internet communications.

  • The corporate image in the modern competitive industry is one of the most important factors that invites customer's desire of purchase. The purpose of this study is to find out how the corporate image influences to the customer value and loyalty deciding customer's desire of repurchase and is to know the important factors of corporate image. The results of this study is that corporate image has an effect on customer value and satisfaction. Also customer value influences on customer satisfaction. Customer value and satisfaction have an effect on customer loyalty as the important factors. Through the results, customer's high recognition of the corporate has an influence on customer value.
