  • We studied the dyeability and functionality of silks dyed singly with Caesalpinia sappan, Dactylopius coccus, combination-dyed with Caesalpinia sappan and Phellodendron Amurense Rupr., and with Dactylopius coccus and Phellodendron Amurense Rupr.. The color of silk dyed singly with Caesalpinia sappan was Red with Hue of 2.2 R, the color of silk dyed singly with Dactylopius coccus was Reddish Purple with Hue of 3.0 RP, The color of silk combination-dyed with Caesalpinia sappan and Phellodendron Amurense Rupr. was 2.7YR being in the Orange family, and the color of silk combination-dyed with Dactylopius coccus and Phellodendron Amurense Rupr. was Red with Hue of 4.3R. In the case of antimicrobial activity, except for silk dyed only with Dactylopius coccus, the other three types of dyed silk showed excellent antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus achieving higher than 91.1% of bacteria reduction rate. Against Klebsiella pneumoniae, silk combination-dyed with Dactylopius coccus and Phellodendron Amurense Rupr., and with Caesalpinia sappan and Phellodendron Amurense Rupr. presented very excellent antimicrobial property achieving bacteria reduction rate of 99.9%.

  • The purpose of this study was to prove a development and initial validation of the korean version of coach-athlete relationship maintenance scale that originated from the work of Rhind & Jowett(2012) in pro baseball. The items were then administered to 132 Participants(29 coaches and 103 athletes) completed the questionnaires of the coach-athlete relationship maintenance in First preliminary investigation. Maximum likelihood estimate was used to identify the latent underlying structure. In order to verify the validity of Korean version of coach-athlete relationship maintenance was administered to an independent sample of 273 coaches and athletes. Pro baseball coach-athlete relationship maintenance is consisted of six factors(25 items) with conflict management, motivational, preventative, openness/assurance, support, and social network. SPSS18.0 and AMOS16.0 were used to analyze the exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factory analysis and internal consistency, test-retest with bootstrapping using of the data in this study. The results of the pro baseball coach-athlete relationship maintenance scale had six factors with 25 items, and each six factor was positively correlated. Overall, this study verified pro baseball coach-athlete relationship maintenance questionnaire. Thus, suggest that path of comparing the differences between the first division and farm team by using the test of the structural model invariance across the groups.

  • Medical communication has the effect of increasing the patient's medical treatment satisfaction and medical facility revisit rate through better understanding of the patient, and decreasing the medical law suit rate. One of the methods to enhance medical communication is through doctor coaching. Doctor coaching is a series of coaching procedure that helps the doctors have a better understanding with the patients by enhancing the communication skills of the doctors. The current study analyzed the effect 'coach and coatee's relationship', 'coaching per se', and 'coaching activity' have on coaching satisfaction. As the result, 'coaching activity' related to the coaching program showed the most influence on the coaching satisfaction On the other hand, 'coach and coatee's relationship' and 'coaching per se' did not show any significant influence while 'coach and coatees relationship' even showed negative correlations. Such result gained agreement amongst the doctors about the medical communication enhancement and necessity of doctor coaching and it also implies that intensifying the coaching qualifications and professionalism is necessary for the doctor coaching model. The coach should not only have knowledge regarding the doctor(medical??) communication, but also should endeavor to obtain understanding and knowledge about coaching strategies.

  • The effect of neonicochid type wood preservatives on adhesive properties of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin for laminated wood manufacture was examined. By the previous studies, it was verified that the neonicochid type preservative has a high termite-proofing and anti-mold effectiveness. Commercial ACQ (ammoniacal copper quaternary compounds) and CUAZ (copper azol compounds) were used as comparison preservatives of effects on adhesive properties. The wood specimens used japanese red pine (Pinus densifrora) after application with preservatives and then bonded with resorcinol-formaldehyde resin. Adhesive properties were evaluated by shearing strength of adhesive bond and wood failure to dry condition or after accelerated aging test. Of all laminated woods, the wood specimens spread with ACQ or CUAZ showed the lowest shearing strength of adhesive bond. We estimated that the decrease of shearing strength was caused by copper in the ACQ or CUAZ preservatives. On the application of the neonicochid type preservatives, the wood specimens showed the highest shearing strength even after accelerated aging test. From these results, it is concluded that the copper-free neonicochid type preservative not affected the curing of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin.

Data were collected through a survey targeting 313 college students purposively sampled at a university in Guangdong, China. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2. The statistical methods applied were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and dual mediation effect analysis. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, grit, coach leadership behavior, group cohesion, and training satisfaction all showed significant positive correlations. Second, the coach's leadership behavior and group cohesion double-mediated in the relationship between grit and training satisfaction. Based on these results, this study proposed a plan to utilize not only grit but also coach leadership behavior and group cohesion to improve college students' training satisfaction.

To achieve the goal of this study, a total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 250 copies were collected back. Out of those returned questionnaires, insincerely replied or double-replied questionnaires were excluded and finally 226 questionnaires were analyzed for this study. For analysis of the data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equating modeling were conducted using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Main findings were as follows: First coach support had a positive effect on achievement goal orientations. Second, achievement goal orientations had a positive effect on continuous participation intention. Third, coach support had a positive effect on continuous participation intention. Fourth, achievement goal orientations mediated the relationship between golf participant coach support and continuous participation intention. If golf participants improve their physical and psychological health effects through golf and achievement goal orientations increase from gaining a sense of accomplishment such as acquiring or improving golf skills, they will be able to lead a better quality of life.
