  • Decryption of encrypted malicious scripts is essential in order to analyze the scripts and to determine whether they are malicious. An effective decryption technique is one that is designed to consider the characteristics of the script languages rather than the specific encryption patterns. However, currently X-raying and emulation are not the proper techniques for the script because they were designed to decrypt binary malicious codes. In addition to that, heuristic techniques are unable to decrypt unknown script codes that use unknown encryption techniques. In this paper, we propose a new technique that will be able to decrypt malicious scripts based on analytical approach. we describe its implementation.

  • A stepped specimen which is subjected to step loading is modeled to study the initiation and growth of adiabatic shear band using explicit time integration finite element code. The material model for specimen includes effects of thermal softening, strain hardening and strain rate hardening. Various mesh sizes are tested to check whether they are small enough to model highly localized discontinuous phenomena reasonably well. It is shown that the number of adiabatic shear band depends on impact velocity and it is also shown that the initiation and growth of adiabatic shear band inversely depends on prescribed velocity at the top of specimen.

  • This paper deals with the computational work to characterize the formation and pinching of a plasma in an X-pinch configuration. A resistive magnetohydrodynamic model of a single fluid and two temperature is adopted assuming a hollow conical structure in the (r,z) domain. The model includes the thermodynamic parameter of tungsten from the corrected Thomas-Fermi EOS(equation of state), determining the average ionization charge, pressure, and internal energy. The transport coefficients, resistivity and thermal conductivity, are obtained by the corrected Lee & More model and a simple radiation loss rate by recombination process is considered in the simulation. The simulation demonstrated the formation of a core-corona plasma and intense compression process near the central region which agrees with the experimental observation in the X-pinch device at Seoul National University. In addition, it confirmed the increase in radiation loss rate with the density and temperature of the core plasma.

  • In this study, the potential of a newly developed simulation toolkit, GATE for the simulation of electronic portal imaging devices (EPID) in radiation therapy was evaluated by characterizing the performance of the metal plate/phosphor screen detector for EPID. We compared the performances of the GATE simulator against MCNP4B code and experimental data obtained with the EPID system in order to validate its use for radiation therapy.

  • We have developed a computer simulator fur cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) based on the commercial Monte Carlo code, MCNP. All the functions to generate input files, run MCNP, convert output files to image data, reconstruct tomographs were realized in graphical user-interface form. The performance of the simulator was demonstrated by comparing with the experimental data. Although some discrepancies were observed due to the ignorance of the detailed physics in the simulation, such as scattered X-rays and noise in image sensors, the overall tendency was well agreed between the measured and simulated data. The developed simulator will be very useful for understanding the operation and the better design of CT systems.

  • XBRL is an XML-based language, actively used for diverse business reporting applications including financial reporting. It can be flexibly applied to each application by defining concepts and their relationships existing within the application. In these business reporting processes, it is very important for senders and receivers to validate the consistency and completeness of reporting contents in the syntatic and semantic levels. The basic method is to directly represent and validate the semantic constraints using application program codes. However, the method makes it difficult to represent, change, share semantic constraints. While XML constraint languages for XML documents such as XSLT and Schemantron support explicit representation and sharing of semantic constraints, they are limited in the efficiency and effectiveness of representing XBRL semantic constraints. This paper reviews XBRL formula, actively being discussed recently for standardization, and discusses the representation capability and limitations through a case analysis, which applies XBRL formula to business documents in the area of financial reporting.

  • Using a cloud-based vertex AI platform that can develop an artificial intelligence learning model without coding, this study easily developed an artificial intelligence learning model by the non-professional general public and confirmed its clinical applicability. Nine dental diseases and 2,999 root disease X-ray images released on the Kaggle site were used for the learning data, and learning, verification, and test data images were randomly classified. Image classification and multi-label learning were performed through hyper-parameter tuning work using a learning pipeline in vertex AI's basic learning model workflow. As a result of performing AutoML(Automated Machine Learning), AUC(Area Under Curve) was found to be 0.967, precision was 95.6%, and reproduction rate was 95.2%. It was confirmed that the learned artificial intelligence model was sufficient for clinical diagnosis.

  • A great variety of nuclear gamma rays emitted from fission and activation products of spent nuclear fuel contains much information that can be elicited without affecting the integrity of the fuel elements. But the extraction of such information from the complex spectrum is difficult and requires computer codes. In the present work, a versatile code 'CAERI' was developed which locates peaks and calculates their areas for X-rays as well as gamma rays using elegant features of some widely used programs for gamma-ray peak fitting. 'CAERI' coded in FORTRAN used infinite series approximation more accurate than other workers various, simple, piecewise series approximations for evaluations of the Voigt function which represents the X-ray peak with non-negligible natural line width. 'CAERI' can handle even a complex multiplet consisting of peaks from X-rays and gamma rays in arbitrary mixture, which one often encounters in the isotopic analysis of heavy elements such as U and Pu. The results of the fitting performed on the test spectra of $^{177m}\;Lu\;{\gamma}-ray\;and\;^{235}U\;K_{\alpha}$X-ray show good agreement with those by previous workers.

  • Klaus Schwab's discussion on the Fourth Industrial Revolution provides a framework for predicting the direction of legal technology development. Technological convergence, which has emerged as the core concept of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has a significant effect on legal technology. In particular, various new technologies, such as legal chatbots and platforms, are being introduced to enhance efficiency and accessibility in the legal field. However, legal technology is still in its early stage, with institutional improvement needed to vitalize the industry. In this paper, we first specify the concept and classification of legal technology in Chapter 2, followed by trends and limitations in Chapter 3 and ways of vitalizing legal technology in the future in Chapter 4. To invigorate legal technology development, it is necessary to put in place legal regulatory measures that stipulate the active disclosure of legal data, such as precedents, and make free use of such measures. In the law, many issues, such as the safety of artificial intelligence, personal information protection, and ethical standards, will be discussed in the future. Therefore, via this paper, we hope to promote the formation of social consensus and prepare countermeasures, such as legislative measures.
