In this paper ERP-4 viterbi decoder for magnetic disk read channel is designed. The viterbi decoder consists of ACS circuit, path memory circuit, minimum detection circuit, and output selection circuit. In the viterbi decoder the number of state is reduced from 8 to 6 using (1,7) RLL codes and modulo comparison based on 2's complement arithmetic is applied to handle overflow problem of ACS module. Also to determine the correct symbol values in nonconvergent condition of path memory, pipelined minimum detector which determines path with minimum state metric is used. The EPR-4 viterbi decoder is designed using 0.35${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ CMOS technology and consists of about 15,300 transistors and has 250 Mbps data rates under 3.3 volts.

This study aims to suggest practical ways to interact effectively with consumers based on current situation of 'media creative' and media use patterns. Cases of digital signage are reviewed in the perspective of cross media, and the strategic meanings of cross media are explored according to interactivity. Results are collected through 'Naver' search engine service, and can be possibly assorted into five media combined types: SNS-combined, QR codes or Augmented Reality(AR)-combined, Brand App(application)-combined, Online to Offline-combined, and Behavioral factors-combined ones. Some strategic suggestions on media creative are given for effective interaction with consumers.

Performance of software development is measured by two major criteria - roductivity and quality. Although the criteria is empirically tested in software engineering research, they often present with a limited way under consideration of a few factors or contexts for developers to focus on the either productivity facets or quality facets. Analyzing data on software development performance collected over a 13-year period from 20 countries, we investigated how major software development factors - development type, development platform, development technique, language type, DBMS, methodology, methodology acquisition, CASE,, summary of work effort, resource level, max team size, affect the performance of software development. The results suggest that productivity and quality of software development are affected by different factors and context: function points, line of code, extreme defects, major defects, or minor defects. This research provides the empirical evidence that the two performance criteria require for software developer to have careful attention to find the optimal balance between the two performance criteria.

To protect financial services against danger of financial accidents and customer information leakage caused by malware, injection attack and so on, Financial Services Commission announced "Financial Networks Security Enhancement Comprehensive Plan", which suggests the guideline of protecting customer information and providing secure financial services by separating network topology and then makes the financial company use network partitioning system. In consequence of this policy, financial companies respectively chose between the physical partitioning mechanism or the logical partitioning mechanism according to their IT environment. This paper suggests an efficient infrastructure configuration plan for making the logical network partition, by comparison of a construction of traditional general equipment and an integrated HCI(Hyper Converged Infrastructure) through 'Hyper Converged' which is one of virualization techniques for developing currently, and the case study of the integrated HCI method.

It is very important to minimize the maintenance cost on easy accessibility in the production information system, change of production process line, and system expansion for globalization of logistics and production in the steel and manufacturing. In this paper, we design applying design patterns of object-oriented as well as implement web-based integrated manufacturing management system using JSP for easy accessibility of users and reduction of maintenance cost on business expansion and system integration. In addition, The proposed MES system supports various functionality such as equipment master code management, equipment management, inspection management, repair management, failure management, and statistic management in detail.

Recently, the importance of pre-shipment quality inspection has been emphasized due to the increase of STB supply. In this paper, we propose a method to support automation of quality inspection through simultaneous multi-channel input of STB video signal. The proposed method extracts a fingerprint using the center scan line of the image after stable video shot boundary detection using CeLDP combining color information and LDP code and performs synchronization between input video channels. The proposed method shows stronger shot boundary detection performance than the conventional shot detection method. Through the experiments applied to the real environment, it is possible to secure reliability and real-time quality check for synchronization between multi-channel inputs required for STB quality inspection. Also, based on the proposed method, we intend to study a large-scale quality inspection method in the future and propose a more effective quality inspection system.

Gas target chamber has been developed for producing $^{123}I$ which is radiopharmaceuticals for diagnosis of thyroid cancer, and modeled how to occur nuclear reaction between chamber and $^{124}Xe$ with energy 30MeV inside the gas target chamber by using the MCNPX. The beam energy was lost as the beam spread when beam hit inside the gas target chamber. The cooling water was used not to change the gas target chamber as loss of energy transfer to the thermal energy. Spiral cooling line was designed for cooling the target chamber efficiently. By using the c30 cyclotron, $^{124}Xe(p,2n)$, $^{124}Xe(p,n)$, $^{124}Xe(p,pn)$ nuclear reactions were studied. In this study, we predict the production yield.

This paper is the UX-based technology strategy research which is a solution to how conversational AI can be ethically evolved in the Metaverse environment. Since conversational AI influences people's on-offline decision-making factors through interaction with people, the Metaverse AI ethics must be reflected. In the machine learning process of conversational AI, cultural codes along with user's personal experience data must be included and considered to reduce the error value of user experience. Through this, the super-personalized Metaverse service can evolve ethically with social values. With above hypothesis as a result of the study, a conceptual model of a forward-looking perspective was developed and proposed by adding user experience data to the machine learning (ML) process for context-based interactive AI in the Metaverse service environment.

최근 이메일 해킹사고의 유형을 살펴보면 사회공학적인 기법을 활용한 피싱메일 공격이 대다수를 차지하고 있는 상황이다. 그중 사용자의 패스워드를 빼내기 위한 공격메일이 기존 첨부파일에 악성코드를 삽입해서 보내지는 방식보다 월등히 높아졌다고 할 수 있다. 이는 공격자가 이메일 내용에 관심이 높아진 것으로 이메일은 사용자의 성향, 직업, 라이프스타일 파악뿐만 아니라 해커가 원하는 중요자료가 저장되어 있을 가능성이 매우 높으며 또 다른 공격대상자를 선정할 수 있는 좋은 창구가 될 수 있을 것이기 때문이다. 만일 피싱메일에 노출되어 패스워드가 해커의 손에 넘어 갔다면 많은 보안대책이 무용지물이 된다. 많은 보안 전문가들은 패스워드를 8자리 이상으로 하되 영문대·소문자와 숫자 그리고 특수문자를 포함하고, 사이트별 규칙성이 없이 모두 다르게 설정해야 하며, 정기적으로 바꿔야 한다고 조언한다. 이러한 조언은 패스워드를 크랙할 경우 안전할 수 있지만 요즘처럼 한 개인이 100여개 이상의 사이트에 대한 패스워드를 관리해야 한다면 현실적으로 불가능한 조언이 되고 말 것이다. 이러한 상황에 2017년 6월 미국 국립표준기술연구소(NIST)에서 '특별 간행 800-63-3: 디지털 인증 가이드라인'을 발표하게 된다. 내용은 그동안 보안전문가들이 권고했던 내용과는 많은 차이가 있다. 오히려 자주 바꾸는 것이 문제가 될 수 있다는 내용이다. 자세한 내용은 본 논문에서 살펴보도록 한다. 우리는 스마트폰 등을 사용함으로써 2-Factor인증에 활용하고 있다. 스마트폰 인증의 대표적인 방법은 지문·얼굴인식 등 생체인증 방식을 사용한다. 패스워드 없이도 편리하고 안전하게 인증을 할 수 있다는 점이 장점이다. 이러한 상황에 FIDO라는 인증 프레임워크가 인기를 얻고 있다. FIDO(Fast IDentity Online)는 비밀번호의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 목적으로 FIDO 얼라이언스에 의해 제안된 사용자 인증 프레임워크다. 향후 FIDO로의 대체가 패스워드 문제의 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다. 이제는 패스워드 대신 생체인증 체계로 대체할 수 있는 시대가 되었다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 패스워드의 문제점을 살펴보고 이를 대체할 수 있는 FIDO기반의 인증체계가 대안이 될 수 있는 근거를 제시하고자 한다.

This study explores the process of the actual content production and distribution, by creating a YouTube channel to promote the popular music contents produced by the researcher, which thus reflects the reality where the production of video contents rapidly increases. A YouTube channel titled "Alida Music", of which the focus was to promote indie musicians, was created on February 2019. The contents of 10 indie musicians were produced in one-take live format. The information of the indie musicians was displayed in the form of a screen business card, with their e-mail address and SNS account at the top. Therefore, this promotional design was named "Card Live". Promotional video contents marked with the QR code in the lower right on the screen were produced, along with the promotional phrase "Communicate directly with the artist through the QR code", which allows viewers to watch other contents of the indie musician when they scan the QR code. This research conducted a study on how to improve and promote "Card Live" contents of "Alida Music", which were produced through this process. A group interview targeting five indie musicians, among whom one participant deemed significant was selected to conduct a one-to-one in-depth interview. As a result of the study, the following three conclusions were drawn. First, YouTube was found to be the medium with the greatest influence and highest efficiency at the lowest cost. Second, the evaluation of the participants on "Card Live" were divided into the three categories: need for one-take live, the design elements of "Card Live", and scanning issues of the QR code. Third, there is a need for promotional methods that can effectively utilize the media aspects of YouTube: the channel management issues such as raising public awareness as well as the number of subscribers of "Alida Music" should be resolved and measures to effectively use various media including other SNS should be developed. In terms of its content, it is imperative to recruit diverse performers to make various contents, as well as to come up with ways to link "Card Live" contents with offline. Based on these results, "Card Live" contents should be further revised and complemented in order to provide interesting contents to consumers, which will further develop "Alida Music" as a platform where various musicians and companies meet, thereby inducing contracts with popular music agencies and generating advertising revenues. However, since this study was carried out only with the limited number of participants, future studies should include more participants to bring forth a variety of promotional plans and improvement measures. Also, in the era of consuming contents through smart devices, the fact that some features of "Card Live" were available only on PC, did not fully reflect the characteristics of the times. In the future research, various contents that smartphone users can access and view freely without PC should be produced.
