  • No matter how a great value the classwork through Internet may be, the value of Internet can be of negative value if teachers do not intend to make good use of it. Based on this assumption, this research is to show how to draw up a plan for utilizing a effective course of the classwork in high school through Internet, which is now being given attention to an educational environment as a innovative way supporting various educational possibilities compared with a traditional system of education. In addition, this study focuses on the investigation on the classwork through Internet by on-the-spot teachers as a part of all possible efforts for spreading the classwork with network.

  • Until now, the ICT have played an important role to overcome various limitations in education. The development of ICT has influenced for the changing methods of teaching and learning such as Computer-based education, Internet-based education, e-Learning. Lately, the expectation of educational evironment's changing is due to developing of the ubiquitous computing technology, it's vigorously going to be studying and implementing digital textbook including the ubiquitous features as mobility, intelligence, personality etc. the UDL is well-known as a strategy for teaching and learning using technology in the USA, first, to try understand the UDL, second, recommand the strategies in order to improve accessibility of korean digital textbook.

  • Recently, researches and projects of companies based on artificial intelligence have been actively carried out. Various services and systems are being grafted with artificial intelligence technology. They become more intelligent. Accordingly, interest in deep learning, one of the techniques of artificial intelligence, and people who want to learn it have increased. In order to learn deep learning, deep learning theory with a lot of knowledge such as computer programming and mathematics is required. That is a high barrier to entry to beginners. Therefore, in this study, we designed and implemented a web-based deep learning platform called DeepBlock, which enables beginners to implement basic models of deep learning such as DNN and CNN without considering programming and mathematics. The proposed DeepBlock can be used for the education of students or beginners interested in deep learning.

  • The effect of solving questions and learning via internet is getting more and more important these days. In this paper we propose an active learning method that makes a database for the information about certificates and practical examinations and accesses it easily. First of all, this method makes it possible to evaluate students individually, improves the motive of learning and gives students a sense of achievement by providing a user-specific question filtering technique using user profile information by weight. And, it elevates the acquisition rate of certificates by advising and managing for certificate-acquisition and it also draw more interest and understanding for future directions. The case using the method of this paper, the examination record of a certificate of qualification is elevated about 10 marks.

  • 정보 통신 및 인터넷 기술의 급속한 발달로 정보화와 지식기반사회가 도래됨에 따라 교육 분야에도 다양하고 빠른 변화를 보이고 있다. 이런 급속한 발전은 기존의 교육환경이 갖고 있는 시공간의 한계를 뛰어 넘어 언제, 어디서나 자신에게 필요한 학습 활동을 할 수 있다는 기대감이 만들어 졌기 때문이다. 이런 흐름 속에서 본 논문에서는 국제적인 표준으로 자리 잡아가고 있는 SCORM 기술 기반의 문제 출제 시스템을 제작하여 교수자에게는 시간과 장소에 구애됨이 없이 멀티미디어를 이용하여 시청각적 문제를 출제할 수 있게 하였으며, 학습자에게는 보다 효율적으로 학습한 내용을 평가받을 수 있도록 하는데 주안점을 두었다.

  • As the number and diversity of educational services increases rapidly on the Internet, we are faced with some service availability problems including persistent service monitoring and fault tolerancy. In this paper, we implemented a service monitoring & fault management system to enhance this availability and reduce administration cost of WBI system. In order to validate our system, we also illustrated an effective real-time monitoring and automatic fault announcement & recovery from our experiences in a real world WBI environment.

  • We call WBI the educational program of this new teaching method which uses the web system. The instruction in WBI settings can make students feel more excited and interested in learning activities because it combined various sorts of multimedia materials such as moving pictures, graphics, and sound.. The diverse learning contents of this program not only supplement student's needs but also stimulate their creativities and application abilities. Based on the internet web courseware, this paper attempts to suggest the new program. This design implements the text, image and sound by using Explorer 5.0 in HTML, Javascript, Photoshop 5.0, Flash 4.0, and finally Gif Construction.

  • This paper describes the development of on-line computer vision laboratories to teach the detailed image processing and pattern recognition techniques. The computer vision laboratories include distant image acquisition method, basic image processing and pattern recognition methods lens and light, and communication. This study introduces a case study that teaches computer vision in distance learning. environment. It shows a schematic of a distant teaming workstation and contents of laboratories with image processing examples. The study focus more on the contents of the vision Labs rather than internet application method. The study proposes the ways to improve the on-line computer vision laboratories and includes the further research perspectives.

  • E-learning is the application of e-business technology and services to teaching and learning. It use of new multimedia technologies and Internet to improved the qualify of learning by facilitating access to remote resources and services. In this paper, we show a computer-based test system, which is carefully designed and implemented. The system consists of a contents delivery mechanism, computer-adaptive test algorithm, and review engine. In this papepr, we describe what are points to be considered when design and implementing a computer-based test system. In addition, this paper shows how to control the bias value for computer-adaptive algorithm using real data.
