오늘날 IT의 급속한 진보는 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 단순한 자원이나 노동력보다는 첨단과학기술을 이용하여 얼마나 의미 있는 정보를 찾아내고 활용하는가에 따라 개인의 경쟁력이 좌우된다. 즉, 개개인의 창의적인 아이디어와 지식, 정보의 생산과 활용이 앞으로의 국가경쟁력을 좌우하게 된다. 이에 따라 교육계에서도 창의적인 능력을 발휘할 수 있는 인간상을 추구하고 있다. 전국의 초 중등학교가 정보인프라 구축으로 컴퓨터를 활용하는 교육이 가능하게 되었다. 비로소 미래사회를 대비하여 정보우수인력을 길러낼 수 있는 여건이 조성된 것이다. 그러나 현재까지 개발된 초등 컴퓨터 교재는 소프트웨어의 활용법을 소개하는 데 그치고 있다. 컴퓨터 교육이 활용교육으로 치우치다 보니 창의력 제한, 자기 주도적 학습 능력 부족 등 여러 가지 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 컴퓨터 활용법에만 두었던 기존의 교육방법을 탈피하여 체계적이고 쉬운 초등 컴퓨터 창의성 교재 개발 연구 방안을 제시하고자 하는데, 특히 컴퓨터 구조, 운영체제, 네트워크 등의 동작 원리를 기반으로 한다.

In this study, a survey was carried out to investigate status of children's computer use and their ability by gender and age. The objects of the survey were kids at a day care center in Gimpo where students of the early childhood education department of K university had practical training for a month. 378 questionnaire were collected excepting those with insincere or inconsistent responses, and among them, According to the results of this study, girls use computers more often than boys for educational purposes such as learning how to read and write Korean language and numbers and foreign languages, and also learning music and arts. On the other hand, boys use computers more often than girls for entertainment like cartoon movies and games. In terms of computer using ability such as understanding instructions, manipulation of functions, drawing pictures, chatting and e-mail, internet shopping, homepage making, girls have higher ability than boys while boys are significantly superior to girls in the ability to play computer games. The analytical results show that application programs of the childhood education is desirable for boys to use for the sake of arousing the interest and for the game and for girls to use at the part of music and arts. According to ages, for 1-2 years children, they needs the AP with a delicate person having the computer knowledge, for 3-4 years children, they need AP with some little help, for 6-7 years, they need the AP to do themselves according to sex and age.

현대 교육은 단순한 암기 위주가 아닌 첨단 컴퓨터를 이용한 실험 실습 위주의 직접 보고 듣고 느끼는 방향으로 진보하고 있다. 실험 실습에 의한 과학교육은 사용자의 탐구능력 향상과 과학적 태도 향상에 중요한 역할을 하게 될 것이며 기존의 암기위주나 단순한 수치에 의한 개념 학습을 탈피하여 Data collection 기술과 분석의 활용을 통해 사용자가 과학을 좀 더 이해하고 사용할 수 있도록 하는 능력을 증진하게 한다. 이를 위한 과학교육의 한 방법으로 MBL(Microcomputer Based Laboratory)은 실험자가 실험실이나 야외에서 각종 기구를 사용해 데이터를 습득할 수 있도록 도와주는 컴퓨터 기반 과학 실험 시스템으로서 미국, 영국 등 과학 교육 분야에서 추구하고 있는 세계적인 추세라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 MBL 시스템의 구성은 센서를 통해 얻어지는 자료를 컴퓨터에 전달하는 매개체인 인터페이스, 과학 실험에서 발생하는 데이터를 직접 전기적 신호로 변환하여 인터페이스에 전달하는 센서, 인터페이스에서 전달되는 전기적 신호를 컴퓨터 화면에 나타내어 주는 컴퓨터용 전용 프로그램으로 구성된다. 이러한 MBL을 과학교육에 활용한다면 학생들이 스스로 과학적으로 탐구하고 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력을 배양하는 데 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

The ability to utilize information of learner can do self-directed learning that increases creativity of learner. But in the middle and high schools, if 2009 revision curriculum has to be enforce, the education of information knowledge and literacy is expected to leave the education undone at schools. Therefore the ability of leaners must develop through teaching in all subjects, and so the ability of teachers in the class is very important. We examined the actual conditions about the ability of pre-service and in-service teachers, and analyzed the gap of the ability between in-service and pre-service teachers. The indexes of total ability of in-service and pre-service teachers are shown to be 74.4 points and 50.5 points out of 100. The ability of pre-service teachers is on the level about 68-percent as compared with the ability of in-service teachers. Therefor the education offices of cities and provinces and the teacher training institutes must establish for improvement of the ability of pre-service teachers.

정보화 수준을 검정하는 다양한 영역 중 실기시험은 채점 강의 문제로 많은 비용과 시간이 소요되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터활용능력을 검정하는 Excel 실기시험을 자동으로 채점하는 웹 기반 채점엔진을 개발하고자 한다. 출제자의 출제의도를 반영한 채점항목 및 채점기준을 유연하게 등록할 수 있게 하고, 틀리거나 감점된 문항에 대해 오답의 이유를 정확하게 제공하는 데에 개발의 초점을 맞추었다. 엑셀 자동채점 엔진을 활용하면 Excel 실기시험의 출제방향에 크게 위배되지 않으면서 사람이 채점타는 경우보다 객관성, 정확성 비용 소요시간의 면에서 기대효과를 꾀할 수 있다.

To cope actively in the knowledge based society, we deepen a specialty territory and magnify this by applying Information Communications Technology(ICT) effectively. It needs the ability that it will be able to solve the problem from daily life effectively. Accordingly Ministry of Education & Resource Development of Korea make an effort for ICT application education. In spite of this effort, digital divide problem is serious socially and the computer subject is not adopted with formal subject from school. In this study, we analyzed the computer application ability gap and recognized the importance of computer education by analyzing the difference in computer application ability between the students who take a computer class and who do not take a class. Also by comparing the difference of computer application ability between the city and rural student, we tried to find a solution to reduce the regional disparity.

In order to study on improvement of a composition of the computer education curriculum for the universities of education, we analyzed the operating situation of the computer education curriculums of the 10 universities across the country by dividing the curriculums into 3 types, such as a general education course, specialization course and advanced course. In addition, we did a survey on the information utilization abilities of the first year students of Jeonju National University of Education. The suggestions for designing effective computer education in the curriculum of the universities of education were proposed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of number representation activities using computer software on young children's ability in mathematics. The effect of the number representation activities using computer software will be shown differently according to the age. The effect of the number representation activities using computer software will be shown differently according to the genders. The result of this study has shown that it gives a positive influence to the young children's mathematical ability.

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이러한 관계에서 노인의 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 갖는 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 실시한 디지털정보격차 실태조사 자료를 활용하여 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램으로 개인의 인구사회학적특성, 정보화기기 중 PC, 모바일 기기 활용능력, 디지털기기 이용 효능감을 독립변수로 하고 노인의 사회자본을 종속변수로 하여 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 또한, 디지털기기 이용 효능감을 매개변수로 설정하여 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향에 매개효과가 있는지 검증하였다. 그 결과, 노인의 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향 요인은 남성보다 여성의 사회자본 수준이 높았고, 나이가 많은 사람, 월평균 소득이 높은 사람, 다른 가족과 함께 거주하는 노인의 사회자본 수준이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 독립변수인 PC활용능력은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 없었고, 모바일기기 활용 능력과 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 높을수록 사회자본이 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이후 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본에 미치는 영향을 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 매개하는지 분석하기 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 모형으로 분석한 결과, pc활용능력 → 디지털기기 이용 효능감 → 사회자본에 이르는 경로와 모바일기기 활용능력 → 디지털기기 이용 효능감 → 사회자본에 이르는 매개효과 경로는 통계적으로 유의미한 결과로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인의 정보화기기의 접근성 향상을 위한 교육기관의 노력과 단순한 컨텐츠 위주의 교육에서 보다 실용적이고 즉시적인 교육 콘텐츠 전환 등 실천적 노력에 대해 제언하였다.
