  • 최근 우리나라는 일반인들의 레저에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있고, 선진국형 해양레저에 대한 관심과 수요가 크게 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 특히, 해양레저의 꽃이라 할 수 있는 세일링요트 및 관련 장비 경우에는 대부분 전량 수입에 의존하고 있어 국산화 개발이 시급히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 세일링요트 중에서 넓은 갑판면적 및 안정된 운항성능을 가지는 카타마란형 세일링요트의 선형설계와 형상에 따른 성능/특성 검증 위한 선형시험 등을 수행하여 국내에 적합한 카타마란형 세일링요트의 기초 자료를 정립하여 중소형조선소의 레저선박 관련 기술경쟁력 확보와 해양레저 활성화에 도움을 주고자 한다.

  • An Attitude Control System for a high speed catamaran with contorl fins in waves is designed and investigated by the experimental methods. An optimal control theory is applied to design the automatic attitude control system of the high speed catamaran for its good seaworthiness. The experimental results performed in KRISO model basin for the displacements and accelerations for the model ship are measured in regular hear waves. Form the epxerimental results the effect of control planes is thought to be incroeasing with speed.

  • The ship's seakeeping performance in the pitching and roll motion was felt tired. These gives structural loads to loaded with cargo and hull facilities. Be to improve, small catamaran power yacht designed a data for ship research and ship's hull form to be decided. In this study, based on domestic release for coastal marine environment in the interpretation criteria were chosen based on the exercise performance. The seakeeping performance of marine leisure catamaran was based on voyage speed. The seakeeping performance estimates based on the encounter angle, the wave of the encounter frequency response amplitude ratio for exercise was assessed in the high performance area.

  • A very good seakeeping vessel is able to operate effectively even in high sea states and also the passengers and the cargos are ensured in good conditions. The motions of a high speed boats are highly influenced by speed and dynamic forces even in encounter frequencies so that the assessment of seakeeping ability of the design craft in an early stage needs to be calculated for all three motions and for all ralative wave headings. In this paper, it concludes that RAO and RMS values of the catamaran's 3 motion are calculated according as the variation of Beafort scales and ship's speed. The ship motion response of the catamaran based on the RAO and RMS by encounter angles and speed was calculated.
