1994년 채택된 무역관련 지식재산권협정은 후발개도국도 발명자의 권리 보호에 중점을 두는 특허제도를 채택하도록 해 기술료가 급격히 인상했으며 특허 침해관련 소송도 급증하고 있다. 이 가운데 1998년에 우리 나라 사진기, 복사기 분야의 출원을 살펴보면 외국인 출원비중이 41$\%$로 전 분야 외국인 출원비중의 2배 수준이다. 외국기술 의존도가 높은 데다 특허권에 대한 인식이 저조한 것은 심각하게 우려해야 할 상황이다.

In knowledge-based society, various forms of visible and invisible works are produced and published. As production and distribution of those works are increased, importance and value of copyright are gradually emerged. In the light of importance, students must learn and understand the concept and the right use of copyright as early as possible. Scales that students experience in the introduction stage of the class take the role of Advance Organizer. Through these scales, students can combine concept of copyright into their existing recognition structure and are interested in study contents. According to test results, it is concluded that the proposed system is very useful to enhance copyright consciousness for students.

As of this moment, we are tracing people who are closed contact with Covid-19 patients and trying to block the spread of Covid-19 through diagnostic tests. However, the incubation period of the confirmed case is two weeks, and it takes a lot of human resources, time, and money to trace the routes of the confirmed case. In particular, as the number of confirmed cases have been increasing, the cost for finding closed contacts and blocking them in advance exponentially have almost reached the limitation of the budget. In finding closed contacts, all citizens must record an electronic access list every time they visit an amenities such as a store or a restaurant. This is likely the invasion of the privacy of personal location information. In this study, we designed a system that keeps one's location in real time, it will download the movement information of the confirmed case which is collected by KDCA, and it will notify the user when there is an overlap. Moreover, then guide for diagnostic test in advance will be used. The proposed method can solve the difficulty of recording in an electronic access list when visiting a store, and it can block infringement of privacy without providing personal information from KDCA.

This study will examine the awareness of students in radiology who have applied the reorganization of the safety management system of frequent visitors according to the amendment of the Nuclear Safety Act. A survey was conducted on 175 students from the Department of Radiology at K University. 98.1% of the students in the second grade, 90.3% in the third grade, and 97.7% in the fourth grade were recognized as need to be classified as person with frequent access by the Nuclear Safety Act. Limiting the operation of radiation equipment in radiography practice is a regulation that violates students' right to learn, and it is necessary to enact an exception rule for learning so that the right to study is not violated.

탤런트 이윤미, 현재 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 운영 중인데 sbs 예능프로그램에서 상표권 침해로 경찰서, 검찰을 오간 적이 있는 사실을 고백하며 브랜드 관리의 어려움을 토로했다. 이뿐만 아니라, 예전의 티켓몬스터도 사이트 오픈 불과 이틀 후에 바로 제3자가 '티켓몬스터'를 출원하여 상표권을 확보하지 못할 뻔 했으며 네이버 지식iN과 현재 상표 업무 중에도 소셜커머스업 또는 인터넷쇼핑몰을 운영하는 분 중에 이와 같이 제3자의 너무 빠른 선출원으로 인해 피해를 보는 사례가 급증하고 있다.

오늘날 사이버보안침해 위협의 증가에 따른 기업 내의 중요자료 유출을 방지할 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비인가자의 네트워크 접속을 차단하는 네트워크 통제(NAC) 시스템과 개인 PC의 저장매체관리 시스템을 연계하여 정보보안의 핵심요소인 기밀성을 강화할 수 있는 모델을 제안하였다. 필수 SW(저장매체제어)를 설치하지 않을 경우 네트워크를 차단함으로서, 비인가자의 네트워크 차단과 동시에 중요자료 유출을 미연에 방지하여 보안을 강화할 수 있다.

함수암호(functional encryption)는 프라이버시를 보호하면서 암호화된 데이터에 대한 연산을 수행할 수 있는 진화된 형태의 암호 기술이다. 비밀키를 가진 수신자에게 평문을 전부 제공하는 기존의 암호와 달리, 함수암호는 특정 연산에 대응하는 비밀키를 가진 수신자에게 평문에 대한 연산 결과만을 제공하기 때문에 데이터에 대한 유연한(fine-grained) 접근 제어가 가능하다. 인공지능과 같은 4차 산업혁명 시대의 대표 기술들은 데이터의 활용을 기반으로 하지만 이 과정에서 데이터 노출로 인한 사용자 프라이버시 침해 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 함수암호는 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 기술로써, 프라이버시 보호와 데이터 경제 활성화를 위한 기반 기술로 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 함수암호 기술에 대한 개념을 설명하고 관련 연구 동향을 소개한다.

With controlling Drones, although it was discussed in the previous study which showed a possibility. Which is personality and property rights of third parties could be violated while operating the drone with a video camera. But It's hard to find out precedents related to drones in Korea. In case of that someone try to control the drone which is equipped with a camera in a yard of neighborhood, the German District Court (Potsdam) considered an operator of drone has little bit of careless to do his duty and admit nonfeasance claim in the owner of the one's property for prevention to repetition of similar situation according to a nonfeasance claim for prevention to Section 1004 (1) sentence 2 of the German Civil Code(BGB). The drone which is equipped with a camera have possibilities to disrupt property and personal rights of the owner. Because a danger in repetition is getting larger regarding the violation of law. Moreover, there is a case that someone shot down the drone which is equipped with a camer. Because it has a risk to interrupt private life and cause some dangerous in our life. The German district court(Riesa) recently have considered that controlling the drone with a camera in private spaces is illegal as a violation of personal life. In addtion to, the action of property owner shot down drone is a legal according to § 228 of the German Civil Code(BGB) which is caleed "Necessity". Although it is difficult to apply to foreign cases directly to Korea, similar cases are likely to be occurred in Korea. The decision of the German District Court showed implications to Korea. As demand for the camera-equipped drone increases in Korea, it is time to discuss specific measures for drone violations.

Operating systems and application programs have security vulnerabilities derived from the software development process. Recently, incident cases related with the abuses of these vulnerabilities are increasing and the damages caused by them are becoming very important security issues all over the nations. Patch management is one of the most important processes to fix vulnerabilities of softwares and to ensure a security of systems. Since an institute or a company has distributed hierarchical and heterogeneous systems, it is not easy to update patches promptly. In this paper, we propose patch management framework to safely distribute and install the patches on Windows, Linux, and Solaris client systems. Besides, we considered extensibility and hierarchical structure for our patch management framework to support large scaled network environment.

Most of IT small businesses in Korea are companies which usually take parts from the technically advanced companies and assemble the parts into a complete whole for big companies. Intellectual property-related issue of IT small businesses in Korea is not the direct action or claim but the matter of contract concerning the 3rd party intellectual property infringement or the matter of each of the applicable law on the implied liability issues. Because bargaining power of the IT small businesses is not as big as the technically advanced companies, they can not receive explicit guarantees. Therefore, government-affiliated organization should concern about this matter of contract.
