2006년 축산물가공처리법이 개정되면서 축산농가(가축사육단계) 위해요소중점관리 기준이 도입된 이후 HACCP인증에 대한 농가의 관심이 증가하고 있다. 산란계농장 213개소, 육계농장 168개소로 총 381개소 양계농장이 HACCP(20101.11.8일 기준)을 인증 받았고, 앞으로도 친환경사육에 대한 농가 참여율이 높아질 것으로 예상된다. 30년 전부터 양계 경영에 남다른 애착을 갖고 시작해 친환경사육 방식으로 지난 3월 HACCP를 인증 받은 농장이 있다. 경기도 용인시 처인구 소재에 위치한 소현농장으로 부친의 가업을 이어받아 건강한 계란 생산을 위해 노력하고 있다.

올해부터 쌀 품종 혼입률을 다르게 표시하면 처벌하고, 음식점 식육원산지표시제가 실시된다. 또 사고농가 영농도우미와 고령 취약농가 가사도우미 사업이 전국으로 확대된다. 특히 현행 4종류인 친환경농산물 인증 종류가 3종류로 간소화 된다. 새해 달라지는 주요 농정제도와 시책을 알아본다.

Presently, various building certification systems are being enforced in Korea. However, people are in confusion and have an aptitude to waste time and money because these certification systems for buildings have very similar criteria. After investigating the foreign certification systems and domestic certification systems for the building, it is required that some of similar building certification systems are integrated.

This study aims to suggest ways to improve sustainability on housing complexes. This study sampled eight housing projects in Seoul and GyeongGi-Do in Korea, which were completed in June 2007 and June 2008. Then, are retention and maintenance on "constructed greens for ecological environment" including "green structures substitutes retaining walls", "green roofs", and "green walls." Study methods are field investigations of the sampled sites, and Post Occupancy Analysis. Major findings were; 1) "constructed greens" are not well retained in more sites and and this implies the GBCS(Green Building Certification System) does not meet its objectives well, 2) User showed lower user satisfaction to "constructed greens". User satisfaction concerning "green structures substitute retaining walls" was higher than the satisfaction on the other constructed green type. Satisfaction Assessment Criteria lower 1han average were "level of quality", "meet the design objectives", "vegetation management status", "vegetation maintenance". 3) User satisfaction was strongly correlated on the level of quality factor of "constructed green". In addition, tue other factors are the significant correlations between the satisfactions. The present GBCS has inadequate assessment standards for maintenance, which lead to lower the entire satisfaction. Therefore, periodic recertification system, education and information providing for the managing personals, and incentives for good maintenance or disincentive for poor maintenance of the "constructed greens" are suggested to improve the GBCS.

This thesis is surveying the notions and the countermeasures of the farmers, who produce environmental-friendly crops, on a market and buyers. It ultimately tries to find out ways to increase the sale and the consumption of environmental-friendly crops from the side of the farmers. In chapter 2, analyzing the reality of consuming environmental-friendly crops and consumers inclinations. Also, on the basis of this, in chapter 3, I demonstrate how environmental-friendly producers countermeasures for the consumers are. I try to analyze the trust of the consumer buying environmental-friendly crops, which have been pointed out as a decisive factor for environmental-friendly crops by a lot of researchers, and analyze producers methods dealing with consumers approach to consume environmental-friendly crops. Regarding ways of the reconsideration about the trust, I have shown the problems about the quality authentication, forming consumers trust, and the ways of the consumer management. For the channel and method of the sale I have scrutinized not only a farmers notion about an internet homepage and his or her use but also producers principal sales route, cognition, and correspondence about it. Finally, I have examined the counter plans of the producer to increase sale and to facilitate consumption.

This study was undertaken to survey the pesticides used under the greenhouse cultivation of 9 vegetable crops including cucumber, tomato, strawberry, eggplant, hot pepper, paprika, lettuce, perilla leaves and green onion in the Southern area during the period of 2003-2004. The total number of farmers investigated was 202 which consisted of 124 conventional growers and 78 environment-friendly growers. The farmers were requested to record with respect to the crop's name, cultivation acreage, growing practices (conventional/environment-friendly), use purpose, pesticide kinds, usage quantity and application time of pesticides. The average usage quantity of pesticides for the 9 crops was 3.30 kg ai/ha in conventional growing and 0.47 kg ai/ha in environment-friendly growing. The average application time of pesticides was 11 times in conventional and 2 times in environment-friendly growing, with more than 90% cases as a foliar application. The number of active ingredients of pesticides was 34 in conventional and 10 in environment-friendly growing on the average per crop. The purpose of pesticide application was as a fungicide in 56% cases and as an insecticide in 43% cases.
