전자항법시대의 도래로, 항해사의 의사결정시 항해설비 의존도는 점차 증가하고 있으며, 국제협약에 의해 ECDIS(전자해도 정보시스템)의 강제화로 전자항해설비 사용을 위한 친숙화는 필수적이다. 국제사회에서도 항해사 및 도선사들이 항해설비의 친숙한 사용을 도모하기 위한 표준이 필요함을 인식하고, 2015년 6월 IMO MSC 95차에서 항해설비에 표준모드 적용을 위한 S-Mode 가이드라인 개발이 2019년까지의 e-Navigation 주요개발 과제로 승인되었다. S-Mode는 주요 사용자인 항해사, 선장 및 도선사에게 표준화된 화면, 기능 제공을 통해 친숙한 업무환경을 통해 상황인식에 기여함으로써 항해안전성을 향상시키고, 교육 훈련 측면에서의 선원의 부담을 경감시키기 위한 목적으로 개발 예정이다. S-Mode 가이드라인 개발을 위해서, HCD(인간중심적 설계)에 기반 하여, 항해설비에 대한 인적측면에서의 개선이 이루어질 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 ECDIS를 활용하여 S-Mode 가이드라인 개발을 위한 주요 방안 및 항해화면의 개선방안을 연구하였다.

우리나라는 2013년 5월 15일 "북극이사회"의 영구옵서버 자격을 취득하였으며, 2013년 후반기 국적선박을 북극해 항로에 투입 할 예정인 시점에서 한국해양수산연수원은 국내 Ice Navigator 교육시장 선점과 세계적 교육기관으로 도약을 하기 위하여 Ice Navigation Training교육과정을 개설준비 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 북극해 항해기술, 극지 안전훈련, 북극해 최신 동향, 러시아의 북극해 정책, 통과절차 및 외국선박의 운항사례분석 등을 통하고, Ice Navigation Training 교육과정(Familiarization(친숙화), Professional(상급), Practical(직무), Crew Management등)이 이미 개설되어 있는 Russia Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy측 교수진의 연수원 파견 및 한국적 선박의 북극해항로(North Sea Route, NSR) 통과시 승선실습이 가능할 수 있도록 협조를 요청 할 예정이며, 교육인증을 위한 협력(Makarov Academy측으로부터 교육과정에 대한 인증)도 추진 중이다. 이에 준비한 교육개발을 소개하고자 한다.

Rock mass classification methods such as RMR and Q system have different characteristics each other in parameters considered and applications, and so it is very important to prescribe the relationship between parameters for the analysis of correlativity of these methods. With the Held data of RMR and Q estimation in road construction sites, the acquaintance relations between RMR and Q of rock mass classifications are analyzed. The correlation equations between parameters of RMR and Q, matrix of correlation coefficients and the generalized form of acquaintance relation matrix are derived. This acquaintance relation matrix can be further extended to the form of generalized acquaintance relation network, and could be used to analyze the correlativity and to enhance the utility of common rock mass classification methods.

This study analyzed the mediator effect of fear and helping responses on relationship between familiarity and discrimination based on the contact theory. We presented typical vignettes of schizophrenia, depression and alcoholism to 922 adults randomly. All respondents were asked for direct and indirect contact experiences with mental illness, fear and helping responses and discrimination against persons with mental illness. Our findings suggest that contact theory was not supported in every types of mental disorders. In schizophrenia, fear and help were the full mediator between familiarity and discrimination. In depression, only helping response was the mediator between familiarity and discrimination. But in alcoholism, familiarity did not predict discrimination. Based on theses findings, we suggest various anti-stigma strategies depending on the types of mental disorders.

인체감전보호의 기본안전사항을 규정하는 IEC 60479, IEC 61140은 KS표준으로 이미 도입되었다. 특히 IEC 60364는 KS표준뿐만 아니라 전기설비기술기준의 판단기준에도 도입하여 적용하고 있다. IEC 60364에서 규정하고 있는 감전에 대한 보호원칙은 IEC 60479, IEC 61140에서 규정하는 기본개념을 기초로 한 것으로써, 이 표준들 간에 보호개념의 친숙화가 필요하다.

As Korean expanded the leisure time and improved the national incomes, the interest and demands of the marine leisure activities are increasing. However, it needs to considerate the infrastructure improvement for supporting these demands. This paper analyzed the problems based on the status of domestic marina port facilities including the absence of integrated management division and minimum standards for port facilities, governmental-centered administrative procedure, lack of professional manpower and linkage among educational institutes in aspect of navigators To improve these problems, this paper suggest that management system would be user-centered marina for marine leisure activities to make the integrated management division for marina port, the minimum standards for port facilities, realization of CIQ, familiarity for citizen and linkage among educational institutes.

The military is facing an era in which it must take advantage of technologies related with the 4th Industrial Revolution. The representative of the final application of the 4th Industrial Revolution technology is the unmanned system. Many unmanned systems have not yet been harnessed to the army, and it is assumed based on literature studies that improving familiarity with unmanned systems will have a positive effect on force strength in the future. To verify these assumptions, the structural equation model(SEM) was used for quantitative analysis. The results suggest that the increase in familiarity with unmanned systems induces the increase in availability of unmanned systems in each field, which eventually raises the expectation that overall ground force strength will increase. These results imply that the military should reinforce the curriculum that enhances the familiarity of the unmanned system in military education system.

Today, the field that actively utilizes HMD, which is a representative implementation device of virtual reality, is game. We have frequently used interface design using metaphor to user interface of HMD based virtual reality game. The purpose of this study is to find out the metaphor types that appear in the game interface of the virtual reality FPS genre of HMD devices, which is a new medium. As a result of research, the metaphor types appearing on multiple interfaces have navigation, predictability-based, familiarizing, and physical world metaphor in terms of information perception and predictability-based and familiarizing metaphor in term of control action. It is considered possible to construct a correct mental model. It is expected that the stability-based metaphor to prevent user mistakes and the presentation metaphor to identify the identity of information space will be needed in the future.
