Recently, the our country has a geriatric dementia patients with poor social welfare policies for the State because it's got a patient exodus and disappearance increases and can cause serious problems socially. The dissemination and the development of communication technologies and smart devices with mobile applications in the diagnosis of dementia through mobile devices and applications, interactions, the Inspector, on behalf of the dementia self-diagnostics, with the possibility of that feature will be able to meet. Therefore, the dissemination of the use of the EEG analysis of patient in the hatch every smart phones use the law hatch proposes a service model for every patient. Proposed dissertation smart service model on the Android platform and identify the symptoms of dementia patients around as a reminder to the patient can be easily managed.

In this paper, we introduce the trends in age-related health care services for dementia research due to the rapid aging society. In Korea, the current increase in dementia patients and the disappearance of runaway because social welfare policy is insufficient state and requires a lot of effort in order to protect the patient's guardian. Therefore, In this paper, we propose the need for a monitoring service for dementia patients. The attachment by the wearable sensor and monitor the mobility of the patient causes the protector as possible to trace the location of the patient to monitor the safety of the patient standing with the system provides.

This study aims to obtain basic data to develop clothes for dementia patients by classifying types of dementia patients. Data was collected from those dementia patients who entered a nursing home. This study analyzed a total of 221 sheets. Furthermore, descriptive statistics, cross-tabulation, and K-means clustering were performed for statistical processing using Minitab 14. As a result, dementia patients were classified into four types: inactive-dependent, active-problematic behavior, activity-autonomy, and inactive-offensive. Inactive-dependent type was a group with the most severe disability in cognitive and daily activity functions; however, they lacked behavioral and psychological symptoms and problematic behavior with clothes. Active-problematic behavior type showed the most behavioral and psychological problems and problematic behavior with clothes. Activity-autonomy type was a group without any problematic behaviors. Moreover, the inactive-offensive type had very good cognitive function toward humans. The study imply that it is necessary to provide clothes with proper functions based on the types of patients rather than providing them uniform clothes because clinical and clothes behaviors differ significantly depending on the types of dementia patients.

As the aging society continues in recent years, interest in dementia is increasing. Among them, Alzheimer's disease is a degenerative brain disease that accounts for the largest percentage of all dementia patients, with the medical community currently not offering clear prevention and treatment for Alzheimer's disease, and the importance of early treatment and early prevention is emphasized. In this paper, we intend to find the most efficient activation function by combining various activation functions centering on convolutional neural networks using MRI datasets of normal people and patients with Alzheimer's disease. In addition, it is intended to be used as a dementia classification modeling suitable for the medical field in the future through Alzheimer's dementia classification modeling.

The purpose of this research was to find the present condition on dementia patients clothes design including shapes, colors, construction and details in domestic. This research was for confirming the present problems, suggestions, and basic informations for development dementia patients clothes proto-types. The research methods and process were as follows; 1. The total 20 institutes (5 dementia specialty hospitals, 3 the senior hospitals and 11 nursing care centers) were researched during from June to August, 2005 by trained researchers who had experiences researches. 2. The total 30 nurses and care-givers were interviewed for find the present problems related the dementia patients clothes. 3. The total 39 suits for dementia patients clothes were collected and the design analysed such like shapes, colors, constructions and details by taking pictures and drawing flat works. 4. The present condition about the clothes and problems were found and suggest new ideas. The results were belows; 1 The most of institutes of domestic area had two piece type like general hospital patients' clothes for dementia patients clothes. It means there are no concerning now for old dementia patients. 2. The white colors were firstly used as fabric ground and secondly pale tone or pastel tone colors were used The blue and pink were used as pattern colors. The pattern colors were usually moderate tones. 3. The characteristics of constructions and details were round neckline, buttons, full-length sleeves, straight pants, ankle length pants. 4. New functional fabrics and designs for emotional satisfaction were demanded for dementia patients.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among caregiving stress, depression, and partner violence by gender. Data were gathered though questionnaires surveying 223 cases living in the Seoul and Kyeonggi, Pusan areas. In analyzing precess, the researchers used t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression. Additionally, bootstrapping was used to verify the significant mediating effect of depression. The findings are follows: First, approximately 37.3 percent of adult children caregivers reported having experienced partner violence in the past year. And the depression mean score among adult children caregivers was 1.00, higher compared to 0.73 of general population. Female caregiving burden and depression level was higher than those of male. Second, the results from regression analysis revealed that caregiving stress influenced to partner violence positively. Depression has the full mediating effect between caregiving stress and partner violence. The results suggest a necessity of intervention to reduce caregiving stress, depression and prevent partner violence in the dementia caregiver's family. The implications for social work practice were also discussed.

전 세계적으로 고령화 사회가 지속됨에 따라 평균수명이 증가하여 고령화 문제가 심각해지고 있는 추세이다. 고령에 속하는 65세 이상 노인들이 자주 발병하는 알츠하이머 치매는 명확한 치료법이 존재하지 않아 발병 전 조기 발견 및 예방이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 컨볼루션 신경망을 기반으로 한 알츠하이머 치매분류방법을 제안한 논문과, 그래프 합성곱 신경망, 다중 커널 학습 분류기, 기계학습, SVM 분류기 등의 방법으로 알츠하이머 치매 분류에 대한 논문을 소개하고, 각각의 제안 방법 및 특징에 대해 비교분석한다.

The goal of this research was to investigate the actual wearing conditions of dementia inpatients in order to improve their clothes. The development of comfortable, functional and well-designed clothing for dementia inpatients can improve their clinical care environment and also provide dementia inpatients and their caregivers with a promoted quality of life. The data were collected through field research and interview survey on the inpatient's clothing being used at 10 dementia hospitals and 11 dementia nursing care facilities. The results were as follows, First, the uniforms of light dementia inpatients were the pajamas styles those of the general inpatient's uniforms. The uniforms of severe dementia inpatients were jump suits or pajamas styles. Second, the top styles of pajamas were shirts of front opening style with buttons, round neckline, full length sleeves and over armholes. Their bottoms were the pants of no opening style with elastic band and full length. The design of the jump suits had back and under opening styles with zippers. Third, dementia inpatient clothes have to be improved in the areas of sizing systems, structure for putting on and taking off, fasteners and open styles and clothing material, as well as the aesthetic approach.

The purpose of this study is to develop clothing customized for dealing with patients with severe dementia. Based on the results of previous studies, The research patient clothing was designed to reduce the physical fatigue experienced by caregivers when dressing and undressing patients by changing the position and shape of the split in the patient's clothing. This study used qualitative and quantitative methods to measure the extent to which these modifications improved the ease of dressing and undressing the research patient. The research patient clothing was developed by moving the rear-center zipper to the side and changing the zipper from being half-open to fully open. Muscle energy consumption and fatigue generation were analyzed using EMG signals at the following sites: brachioradialis, biceps, triceps, anterior deltoid, medial deltoid, posterior deltoid, upper trapezius and erector spinae. Results indicated that the modified research patient clothing required less muscle energy and the occurrence of muscle fatigue decreased overall compared to traditional patient clothing. This was supported by the qualitative subjective evaluation, which revealed that dressing and undressing was easier with the modified clothing. In conclusion, repositioning of the back zipper to the side and the fully open slit shape significantly reduced caregiver fatigue when dressing and undressing patients.

This study aims to develop the hospital clothing for dementia patient, which can bring them higher quality of life by giving them psychological and emotional satisfaction. As for the research method and contents, the authors searched the characteristics of aging society and dementia patient, mainly concentering on the related researches and publications. In addition, the characteristics of current domestic clothes design trend for dementia patient and design preference were studied by looking into previous studies. Also, on the characteristics of overseas design was examed by looking into sites on dementia, actual clothes and related catalogues. The development and evaluation of the design of clothes for dementia patient was conducted and which was based on the above researches. Then, the patients hospital clothing was designed and made. And also the discussion was followed with related field experts such as medical doctor and nurses, carer-givers, patient clothing manufacturers and professors of clothing textiles. Finally the authors designed and manufactured six patient clothes including one for male, one for female, two for common use in hospital, one for disable male dementia and one for disable female dementia. The developted clothes got high marks on beauty and symbolism in the evaluation by the experts. The design development of dementia patient clothes in this research will help the dementia patients' psychological comfortness and social protection.
