정부는 에이즈 감염인에게 치료와 복지를 위해 생계가 어려운 이들에게 생활비 지원을 모든 감염인/환자들에게 치료비 지원을 하고 있다. 사회적 질환인 에이즈에 감염되면 많은 이들은 그 충격에 직장을 그만두고 삶의 의지를 꺾는 경우가 종종 있다. 만약 그 감염인이 한 가정의 수입을 책임지는 가장이라면 가정경제의 붕괴는 불을 보듯 뻔하다. 스스로 직장을 그만두지 않더라도 건강상의 이유로 직장을 계속 다니지 못할 경우 가족의 생계 혹은 개인의 생계는 큰 어려움에 빠지게 된다. 감염인들의 이러한 특성을 고려하여 정부에서는 감염인들 중 생활유지가 곤란한 이들에게 기초생활수급자 자격을 부여하고 있다.

This study aimed to clarify the meanings of developmental rehabilitation service providers' experiences of participation in a group art therapy. The 5 participants in this study were composed of cognitive, language and art therapists working at children developmental rehabilitation center in G city. The group art therapy was provided to participants from October to December, 2018. And the data were collected using in-depth interviews from January to February, 2019. Collected data was analyzed using the phenomenological method by Colaizzi(1978). As a result, four categories were derived: "Purification of emotions", "New discovery", "Encouragement and comfort", and "Close relationship". In conclusion, therapists participating in a group art therapy experienced purification of emotions and newly discovered about themselves and colleagues. And through encouraging and comforting in the group, they became closer. These results may serve as basic data on using art therapy for giving psychological support to therapists who provide developmental rehabilitation service.

심장병 관상동맥이 막히거나 경화돼 일어나는 허혈성 심장병이 대부분으로 이 허혈성 심장병은 최근 10년 사이 10배로 늘어나 완치가 어려운 병으로 알려졌다. 심장근이 손상되면 다시 회복되거나 분열 재생되지 않기 때문이다. 그래서 최근에는 새로운 혈관을 조성해 치료를 시도하고 있는데 이런 연구를 담당한 곳이 바로 전북대 내에 자리한 심장근재생연구단이다. 이 연구단은 97년 과학기술부 지원 창의적 연구진흥사업으로 설립되어 박사후 연구원 3명을 비롯해 연구자 10여명이 새로운 치료법을 개발해 몰두하고 있다.

거제(巨濟) 지역사회(地域社會) 개발(開發) 보건원(保健院)은 농촌 지역에서 보다 효과적으로 총괄적인 의료를 베풀기 위하여 세계 교회 협의회 의료 선교 위원회의 지원으로 1970년에 개원하였다. 시범 산업이기에, 사업의 효과를 여러 모로 평가하는 것이 필요하겠으며, 의료에 관한 연구도 그 중 하나라고 생각된다. 이 연구에서는 대조지역으로 프로젝트에서 가장 멀고, 교통이 제일 불편한 면을 택하였다. 월간 유병율은 일년 전보다 감소한 것을 볼 수 있었으며, 치료율은 차이가 없었으나, 의사의 치료를 받은 율이 증가하였다. 대조 지역과 비교하면 프로젝트 지역에서 보다 많이 의사의 치료를 받았다. 치료를 받지 않은 중요 이유로는 "별로 아프지 않아서"가 일년 전에 비해 증가하였고, "너무 비싸서"라는 이유가 감소하였다. 아직 사업의 효과를 평가하기에는 이르지만, 이 연구와 일년 전과를 비교할 때, 의료 수준이 높아진 것으로 보인다.

Premature birth is the single largest cause of perinatal mortality and morbidity nonanomalous infants in developing countries. Advances in neonatal care have lead to increase survival and reduced short and long term morbidity for preterm infants, but the rate of preter birth has actually increased. This review provides recent multifactorial approaches to treatme and prevention of preterm birth.

목적 : 본 연구는 한방 치료로 호전된 봉와직염 환자 1례를 보고하고자 한다. 방법 : 76세 여환으로 봉와직염으로 본원에 입원하여 약 한 달 동안 한방 치료를 시행하였다. 시각 아날로그 척도(VAS), 환측 발의 둘레, 사진 및 염증 수치 등을 평가지표로 삼았다. 결과 : 퇴원 시 통증, 홍조, 열감, 가려움증과 같은 주관적 증상이 호전되었다. 환측 발의 부종이 감소하였으며, CRP 및 단핵구 수치도 감소하였다. 퇴원 후 약 한 달간의 추척검사 동안 증상이 재발하지 않았다. 결론 : 봉와직염에 한방 치료를 시행하여 호전을 보인 환자 1례에 대한 보고로, 봉와직염의 한방 치료에 대해 의미 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.

Panic disorder is a frequent anxiety disorder. Recently many studies raised that the course of panic disorder is the interaction of biological and psychological factor. So we used Oriental Medicine Treatment to control biological factor and Cognitive - Behavioral Therapy to control psychological factor of panic disorder, obtained good results. Practicing Cognitive - Behavioral Therapy, we were able to destroy catastrophic misunderstanding. And then in this case, patient is diagnosed Deficiency of Kidney(腎虛) with Fire from stagnation of Liver(肝鬱化火). So we used herbal medicine and acupuncture according to oriental medical theory and these efforts helped the case of disease.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of paired-group sensory integration therapy on sensory processing, peer interaction, and play development of four-year-old children. Methods : This study involved 13 weekly sessions of a four-minute intervention as well as an initial 10 minutes of parental counseling for those without experience of paired-group sensory integration therapy. The intervention consisted of sensory processing activities and various occupational activities, and the children's Short Sensory Profile (SSP), Penn Interactive Peer Play Scale (PIPPS), and Knox Preschool Play Scale-Revised (KPPS-R) were measured before and after the sessions for comparison. The results are presented using visualized data. Results : After the paired-group interventions, all subjects showed improved sensory processing ability according to their SSP scores and improved play development on the KPPS-R. Moreover, the frequency of negative interactions decreased in the PIPPS measure. Conclusion : This paired-group sensory integration therapy had a positive effect on sensory processing, peer interaction, and play for children with developmental delay. In the future, research that applies this kind of paired-group intervention in various age groups would be useful.

The advent of digital media has facilitated easy access for adolescents to environments conducive to the purchase of narcotics. In particular, there's an increasing trend in the purchase and consumption of narcotics mediated through Social Network Services (SNS) and messenger services. Adolescents, sensitive to such environments, are at risk of experiencing neurological and mental health issues due to narcotic addiction, increasing their exposure to criminal activities, hence necessitating national-level management and support. Consequently, the quest for sustainable treatment methods for adolescents exposed to narcotics emerges as a critical challenge. In the context of high relapse rates in narcotic addiction, the necessity for cost-effective and user-friendly treatment programs is emphasized. This study conducts a literature review aimed at utilizing digital platforms to create an environment where adolescents can voluntarily participate, focusing on the development of therapeutic content through art. Specifically, it reviews societal perceptions and treatment statuses of adolescent drug addiction, analyzes the impact of narcotic addiction on adolescent brain activity and cognitive function degradation, and explores approaches for developing digital therapeutics to promote the rehabilitation of the addicted brain through analysis of precedential case studies. Moreover, the study investigates the benefits that the integration of digital therapeutic approaches and art therapy can provide in the treatment process and proposes the possibility of enhancing therapeutic effects through various treatment programs such as drama therapy, music therapy, and art therapy. The application of art therapy methods is anticipated to offer positive effects in terms of tool expansion, diversification of expression, data acquisition, and motivation. Through such approaches, an enhancement in the effectiveness of treatments for adolescent narcotic addiction is anticipated. Overall, this study undertakes foundational research for the development of digital therapeutics and related applications, offering economically viable and sustainable treatment options in consideration of the societal context of adolescent narcotic addiction.
