To achieve purpose of the research, the data was collected from 420 patients in university hospitals using a standardized questionnaires. Using the structural equation modeling(SEM), this study examines the relationship among medical service quality, customer satisfaction and intention of revisit. The results show that the medical service quality factors such as medical expertise, administrative service have positive effects on the customer satisfaction which positively relates to intention of revisit. Medical expertise, convenience, administrative service of the medical service quality factors have positive influence upon intention of revisit. Therefore, the results of this study show that the medical service quality factors which are medical expertise, administrative service leading to customer satisfaction are important factors to revisit hospitals.

However, in spite of many advantages such as treatment improvement, service quality enhancement, and treatment usefulness, most medical trials grafted with IT have not accepted yet. This points out not only that law and institutional environment has not prepared, but also that policy maker neglect the preparation of the strategies through the study on user acceptance. The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship for IPTV quality based Healthcare on satisfaction and intention to use. The results identify that IPTV technology quality for its convenience, contents quality for its completeness, and the quality for healthcare services give significant effect to satisfaction. In addition the study indicates that overall qualities of IPTV technology, contents, and healthcare service, significantly impact on satisfaction respectively and that the satisfaction may lead to the intention to use of this service.

  • Many people with disabilities have shown interest in artificial intelligence speakers that serves as the main hub of the smart home. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the intention of people with disabilities to use such speakers. The focus is on those with physical disabilities, a segment that accounts for the largest number of disability types. Based on the theoretical model of technology acceptance, the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of artificial intelligence speakers by people with disabilities was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Research has confirmed that the technology acceptance model is suitable for identifying the intention to use artificial intelligence speakers by people with disabilities, and specifically that the perceived ease of use has a significant impact on usefulness. Furthermore, the perceived ease of use for people with disabilities did not have a statistically significant effect on their intent to use whereas the perceived usefulness was shown to have a significant effect on the same. This study is meaningful as a foundation for developing customized artificial intelligence speaker services and improving the use of artificial intelligence speakers by people with disabilities.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship among inpatients' perceptions of foodservice quality, satisfaction and revisit intention. Questionnaires were hand-delivered to 350 inpatients and a total of 230 questionnaires were usable (response rate 65.7%), Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS Win 11.0 for descriptive analysis, independent t-test, $x^2$ test and k-means cluster analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: The average score of overall importance of meal service in medical service was 4.25 out of 5.0, yet the score of overall quality of meal service and value had lower than importance score. A helpfulness to medical treatment (3.48), bringing customer happiness (3.18), overall satisfaction for foodservice (3.66), satisfaction based on expectation before discharge (3.53) and offering foodservice apt to hospital reputation (3.40) were measured as expressions of satisfaction. As a result of clustering analysis, two clusters were classified and named as affirmative opinion group and negative one. Expectation for four factors of foodservice quality between two groups had no significance. But affirmative opinion group had significantly higher score than negative one in perception and satisfaction. Affirmative customers' intention to revisit in the near future was evaluated as high in both considering general medical service (4.04) and reflecting meal service level (3.84).

  • Recently, as the non-face-to-face environment has developed due to COVID-19 and environmental pollution, the importance of online digital healthcare is increasing, and venture start-ups and activities such as health care, telemedicine, and digital treatments are also actively underway. This study conducted the impact on the acceptability of digital healthcare smartwatches with an integrated approach of the expanded integrated technology acceptance model (UTAUT2) and the behavioral inference model (BRT). The most advanced integrated technology acceptance model for innovative technology acceptance research was used to identify major factors such as utility expectations, social effects, convenience, price barriers, lack of alternatives, and behavioral intentions. For the study, about 410 responses from ordinary people in their teens to 60s across the country were collected, and based on this, the hypothesis was verified using structural equations after testing reliability and validity of the data. SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 were used for research analysis. Studies have shown that personal innovation has a significant impact on the reasons for acceptance (use value, social impact, convenience of use), attitude, and non-use (price barriers, lack of alternatives, and barriers to use). These results are the same as the results of previous studies that confirmed the influence of the main value of innovative ICT on user acceptance intention. In addition, the reason for acceptance had a significant effect on attitude, but the effect of the reason for non-acceptance was not significant. It can be analyzed that consumers are interested in new ICT products and new services, but purchase them more carefully and selectively. This study has evolved from the acceptance analysis of general-purpose consumer innovation technology to the acceptance analysis of consumer value in smartwatch digital healthcare, which is a new and important area in the future. Industrially, it can contribute to the product's purchase and marketing. It is hoped that this study will contribute to increasing research in the digital healthcare sector, which will play an important role in our lives in the future, and that it will develop into in-depth factors that are more suitable for consumer value through integrated approach models and integrated analysis of consumer acceptance and non-acceptance.

  • This was a qualitative study on medical aid patients to understand the cause and process of statistical difference of health service utilization between medical aid and health insurance patients. The main results were the following; 1) There was few overuse of health service in medical aid patients. The reason of heavy utilization was mainly due to the complicated disease. Some of them were considered to overuse physical therapy and oriental acupuncture. 2) In case of medical aid patients, medical cost was paid by their welfare benefit of government or by the support of family or neighbors. They usually could not adequately use the services of uninsured benefit or large hospitals due to the cost. Some patients just endured the pain. There was still discrimination for medical aid patients in some medical institutions. 3) The health officials and institutions did not provide sufficient information to medical aid patients about the policy of medical cost support. 4) Health policies, such as selective clinic system, medial aid case management, approval of extended care, were considered to contribute in preventing unnecessary use of health service. However, this might limit adequate use of medical aid service. In conclusion, there is little evidence of overuse of health service for medical aid patients, which is different from the previous studies. A new plan is necessary, because medical aid patients thought that the necessary health service was not accessible to them.

The results are as follows; 1) the case of low-educated, divorce or separation to death, or the subject of social assistance, the social support was low. 2) the case of high social class, the social support was high. 3) there were no significant findings in the health status. 4) according to the analysis of correlation of health promotion behavior, the group with the most social support showed a high percentage of getting health examinations, attending health education, Hormone replacement therapies. However, the adjusted rate of smoking and drinking of trying to stop smoking and stop drinking resulted in low figures. The well-structured social support which the community can provide should be firstly given a priority for the group with low-income, low-educated, divorce or separation to death, and social assistance who are provided poor social support.
