다양한 치과 전문분야의 협진 치료가 필요한 환자에서는 심미적인 만족뿐 아니라 기능적이며 장기적 안정을 가져올 수 있는 치료가 전제되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 분명한 치료목표와 그 목표를 이루기 위한 치료계획을 세우는 것이 선행되어야 한다. 환자와 술자 모두가 만족하는 치료결과를 갖기 위하여 어떠한 치료목표가 필요하며 그 목표를 위하여 치료계획을 세우는 방법과 그 치료과정에 대해 실제 임상증례를 통하여 각 과정을 설명하였다.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to provide basic information for professional education by investigating to learning styles and achievement goal of the first year students in the department of occupational therapy and physical therapy. Methods : 123 first year students of the department of occupational therapy and physical therapy filled out a questionnaire in Gyeongbuk and Kangwon Province. In this study, Kolb's Learning Styles and Elliot & Church's Achievement Goal were used, and to analyze, Pearson correlation, chi-square were used. Results : The results of the study were as follows. 'Accommodator' was the preferred learning type for students, while 'diverger' was not. Collage students differed from university students in learning styles. A mastery level was the preference in the academic goal types of the students. Male students received higher grades on performance approach goals than female and student of department of physical therapy received higher grades on performance avoidance goals than students in the department of occupational therapy. There is a coefficient of correlation between performance avoidance goal and converger learning type. Therefore, first year students in the department of occupational therapy were not differed from the department of physical therapy in academic achievement but collage students differed from university students in learning styles. Conclusion : From these results, we suggested some effective teaching/learning methods based on the mastery achievement goal. An educational approach is necessary for understanding of the students' individual learning styles and achievement goal characteristics are account for students' individual negative/positive characteristics.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of academic achievement and the achievement goal of students of Department of occupational therapy in Gyeongnam Province. 106 students in the department of occupational therapy filled out a questionnaire. For this study, Elliot & Church's Achievement Goal and GPA were used. The achievement goal was subdivided into the mastery goal, the performance approach goal, and the performance avoidance goal. The GPA from the previous semester was used. The results of this study were as follows. Female students received higher grades on all of the Achievement Goals than male. The results of the performance approach goal decreased as the students' class seniority increased. The performance approach goal showed academic achievement correlated positively with performance approach, but correlated negatively with the performance avoidance goal. The negative achievement goal got lower as the seniority of students increased. On the basis of these results, an educational approach is necessary for the positive achievement goal where an understanding of the students' individual characteristics are account for in the achievement goal.

본 논문은 음악 치료 전문가들로부터 수집한 음악 치료 프로그램에 관한 지식과 규칙을 수집하여 구성된 전문가 시스템을 도입하여 자동으로 우울증 환자를 위한 추천 음악 치료 시스템을 설계하는 것을 목표로 한다. 제안한 시스템은 음악 치료 전문가들로부터 수집한 수많은 음악 치료 프로그램 중 뇌파 측정을 통해 환자에게 가장 효과적인 치료 프로그램을 선별하고 환자에게 제공하여 치료 효과를 극대화하는 것을 목표로 한다. 제안 시스템은 우울증 환자들의 치료를 위해 뇌파 측정을 입력 받아 분석하여 환자의 증상을 완화하고 치료 효과가 가장 좋은 음악 치료 프로그램을 선별하기 위해 인공 지능 기술들인 전문가 시스템(Expert System) 기법에 기반 한 음악 치료 시스템을 설계하고 제안한다.

수직적인 문제의 치료는 진단이 매우 중요하다. 치료 방법이나 치아의 이동량도 수평적인 치아 이동과는 다르게 매우 제한되어 있으므로 구체적인 치료목표를 설정하여 이를 달상할 수 있는 적절한 생역학을 설계하는 것이 중요하다. 의원성에 의해서 발생하는 경우도 매우 빈번하므로 치료과정에 세심한 주의가 필요하다. 치료는 성장기 환자에서 성장을 적극적으로 이용해야 하며 성인의 경우에 부작용을 적절히 해소해주어야 성공적인 치료결과를 가져올 수 있다

현 상태에서 패혈증에서 최선의 치료는 조기, 목표지향치료, 저일호흡량을 포함한 폐 보호 기계환기, 그리고 activated protein C 등을 들 수 있으며, 코티코스테로이드 치료나 적극적인 인슐린 치료법에 대해서는 아직 치료효과가 검증되지 않은 상태이다. 전통적으로 시행되고 있는 조기에 광범위한 항생제 투여, 창상의 치료 등은 한상 강조되어야 할 치료 방법이다.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the patient specific quality assurance (QA) results of intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT) through the AAPM Task Group Report 119. Using the treatment planning system, both IMRT and VMAT treatment plans were established. The absolute dose and relative dose for the target and OAR were measured by using an ion chamber and the bi-planar diode array, respectively. The plan evaluation was used by the Dose volume histogram (DVH) and the dose verification was implemented by compare the measured value with the calculated value. For the evaluation of plan, in case of prostate, both IMRT and VMAT were closed the goal of target and OARs. In case of H&N and Multi-target, IMRT was not reached the goal of target, but VMAT was reached the goal of target and OARs. In case of C-shape(easy), both were reached the goal of target and OARs. In case of C-shape(hard), both were reached the goal of target but not reached the goal of OARs. For the evaluation of absolute dose, in case of IMRT, the mean of relative error (%) between measured and calculated value was $1.24{\pm}2.06%$ and $1.4{\pm}2.9%$ for target and OAR, respectively. The confidence limits were 3.65% and 4.39% for target and OAR, respectively. In case of VMAT the mean of relative error was $2.06{\pm}0.64%$ and $2.21{\pm}0.74%$ for target and OAR, respectively. The confidence limits were 4.09% and 3.04% for target and OAR, respectively. For the evaluation of relative dose, in case of IMRT, the average percentage of passing gamma criteria (3mm/3%) were $98.3{\pm}1.5%$ and the confidence limits were 3.78%. In case of VMAT, the average percentage were $98.2{\pm}1.1%$ and the confidence limits were 3.95%. We performed IMRT and VMAT patient specific QA using TG-119 based procedure, all analyzed results were satisfied with acceptance criteria based on TG-119. So, the IMRT and VMAT of our institution was confirmed the accuracy.

당뇨병은 일반적으로 병이 치료된다는 의미의 치료는 이루어지지 않는다. 치료가 아주 잘 된 경우라도, 그 후에 적절한 관리가 이루어지지 않는다면 재발하고 만다. 따라서 이렇게 되지 않기 위해서는 의사와 함께 자기 스스로 당뇨병을 잘 조절해야만 한다. 이렇게 하기만 하면, 건강한 사람과 다름없는 일상생활을 할 수 있다. 이것이야말로 당뇨병 치료의 최대 목표인 것이다.
