현재와 같이 남북이 대치되어 있는 상황하에서는 국가 방위력이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 이러한 측면에서 방산업체는 국가 방위력에 지대한 공헌을 한다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 방산업체는 정부를 상대로, 제한된 시장에서 생산업무를 수행하고 있기 때문에 완전경쟁 시장과는 다른 특수한 상황에 직면하고 있어 그 동안 정부와 방산업체 간에는 상반된 이해관계로 인해 많은 문제점이 있어 왔다. 이 글은 이러한 맥락에서 방산업체가 불신하고 있는 정부의 조달계약제도와 정부가 불신하고 있는 업체의 원가산정 및 관리 측면을 분석하여 제값을 주고 양질의 제품을 정부가 확보할 수 있는 개선방안을 찾고자 했다.

전력선 이용 통신(PLC : Power Line Communication)는 전화선, CATV망, 위성에 이어 제4의 통신망 산업으로 급부상하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 젤라인 및 피엘콤의 PLC를 중심으로 기술특성 및 인터넷 접속가격 비교을 통해 PLC 와 다른 대체상품과의 경쟁력을 분석하였다. PLC는 기술적인 측면에서 제한된 전송전력, 높은 부하 간섭, 가변감쇄, 그리고 임피던스 레벨등의 단점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 PLC는 다른 대체상품에 비해 속도 및 가격측면에서 절대 및 비교우위를 가지고 있다. 따라서 기술적인 문제점들을 해결하여 상용화에 성공할 경우 기존의 인터넷접속 서비스 상품과 경쟁하는 제3의 유선통신망으로 등장하면서 기존 통신서비스 시장의 구도를 크게 바꾸어 놓을 것으로 전망된다.

국내 공장자동화에 필요로하는 EIC통합기술을 산학연 공동개발을 통하여 100% 기술을 확보함으로서 국내에서도 국제 경쟁력을 갖춘 PLANT 수출기반을 구축할 수 있으며 향후 FACTORY AUTOMATION 제어 SYSTEM을 표준화함으로써 가격 및 품질관리 측면에서 대외 경쟁력을 갖춘 SYSTE 보급이 기대된다.

In this study, the design method of the combined sheet pile was considered in the coastal landfill where sandy and clayey soils are mixed, and the behavior in excavation was analyzed. It was confirmed from the elasto-plastic analysis that the predicted behavior of the temporary facilities of earth retaining differs according to the type of the combined sheet pile method (Built up, Interlocking, Welding) and the analysis method (soldier pile method, continuous wall method). In the case of sheet pile member force, the results of the continuous wall analysis method predicted the most conservative results. When the stress ratio (calculation/allowance) of each member was analyzed based on the maximum member force of the combined sheet pile method, the maximum value was obtained for bending moment in the side pile and combined stress in the case of the strut. As a result of finite element analysis, the member force of the side pile was the largest in the short-term effective stress analysis condition, while the compressive force of the strut was large in the consolidation analysis. When comparing the results of the elasto-plastic analysis and the finite element analysis, the shear force of the side pile and the axial force of the strut were greatly evaluated in the elasto-plastic analysis, and the bending moment of the side pile was the largest in the short-term effective stress condition of the finite element analysis. In addition, the displacement of the side pile was predicted to be greater in the finite element analysis than in the elasto-plastic analysis.

주파수조정예비력은 부하변동에 대응하여 주파수를 안정되게 유지하기 위한 예비력이다. 주파수조정예비력은 전력품질 향상과 공급신뢰도 유지를 위해서는 많이 확보하는 것이 유리하다. 반면에 경제적인 측면에서는 많이 확보하는 것이 불리하게 되는 양면성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 계통운영 실절자료를 이용하여 적정주파수조정예비력 산정 방안을 제시한다.

This study presents basic data on how to secure stability by analyzing the change in tensile force of steel rod and the inclination characteristics of PSC BOX in the "Temporary fixation system using internal prestressing tendon", which is mainly applied to construction of superstructures by FCM. To date, it has been difficult to confirm the changes in tension force of the steel rod and the inclination of the PSC BOX because the steel rod was installed vertically inside the pier and the PSC BOX. Therefore, measurement of the change in length of the steel rod and the displacement of PSC BOX were performed using a micro-measured FBG sensor. Comparisons of the calculated tensile force and the residual tensile force of the steel rod revealed that the safety factor decreased in all bridges. The cause was mainly identified to be the loss of tensile force in fixation~1segment, and countermeasures are suggested. The analysis of the inclination characteristics showed that the inclination increased with the segment progresses even in bridges with sufficient safety factor, and the difference before and after the segment was confirmed. In addition, the increase in inclination was related to the loss of tension force in the steel rod, and the stress on the opposite sides of the inclination was further reduced. It is believed that upward tensile force is generated in the steel rod on the opposite side of the inclined side due to the unbalanced moment, causing the difference in stress of the steel rod between the two sides.

본 연구는 여러 정보환경 또는 정보 디자인 유형 중에서 짧은 정보 노출 시간에 비해 정보 전달력이 강해야 하는 정보유형의 인지력을 높이는 방법을 모색하기 위해 진행되었다. 이와 같은 정보를 본 연구에서는 '고기능성 정보(High-Functional Information)'라고 정의하고, 연구를 위해 7개 항공기에서 사용되고 있는 Safety Information을 중심으로, 고기능성 정보의 주요 속성과 그에 따른 거시적 정보 표현 방법에 대해서 연구하였다. 본 연구는 상황, 순서, 흐름, 구조 표현으로서의 정보디자인인 Safety Information을 기능변수에 대한 활용이 중요한 '고기능성 정보'라고 정의하고, 이에 대한 주요 정보 속성을 Accessibility, Errorless, Understandable, Timeliness로 제시하였다. 고기능성 정보는 맥락에 따라, 시각적 재현 측면에서 Understandable, Accessibility 속성이 충족되어야 하며, 사용자 조작 측면에서는 Errorless, Timeliness 속성이 충족되어야 한다. 각 측면에서의 거시적 표현 방법으로써, 시각적 재현 측면에서 독특 속성을 기반으로 한 속성이론, 도상화를 통한 "현실감지" 최대화, 정보 주도성(Proactivity), 잉여정보와 노이즈 정보의 최소화를 제시하였으며, 사용자 조작측면에서 맥락효과, 일차적 독특성을 중심으로 한 기억부호화, 이중부호화 및 표현 방법 등을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서의 개괄적인 연구 내용을 토대로 앞으로 정보환경 또는 디자인 유형과 속성에 따른 정보 표현방법에 관한 연구가 추진될 예정이다.

This study tried to analyze the growth background of Starbucks, a competitive company in the Korean coffee industry. Therefore, by using the STEEP analysis technique, each company's competitiveness was analyzed and the results were used to derive competitive factors. And the research results are as follows. Looking at the social aspect, economic activity has been a catalyst for women as the standard of living has increased due to economic growth. In addition, in the case of coffee culture in the past, Starbucks' response strategy, which has seen the transformation from vending machine mixed coffee culture to a consumer market that emphasizes cultural and spatial aspects, was effective. Looking at the technical aspect, the deviation has been reduced by securing uniform standardization of the taste of coffee beans at franchise stores, and the operation of a standardized operating system was possible by operating the store directly. And looking at the economic aspect, as the coffee consumption market continues to expand, the overall size of the market has also grown proportionally, creating a stable growth environment. Lastly, looking at the environmental and policy aspects, it is that the marketing strategy direction based on the policy activities as an eco-friendly company as a market leader has been the main focus of the recent policy direction emphasizing eco-friendliness.

남북 정상회담 이후 남북경협 활성화에 대한 기대가 높아지면서 기업의 대북진출에 대한 관심도 크게 증가하고 있다. 우리 기업들이 대북투자에 대하여 커다란 관심을 가지는 이유로는 시장선점, 북한의 낮은 임금 이용, 국내의 유휴설비 이용 등 여러 가지가 있으나 그중 가장 직접적인 요인은 북한의 낮은 임금을 이용하고자 하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 대북투자의 주요 목적이 북한의 저임 노동력의 활용에 있음에도 불구하고 북한의 임금수준이 얼마나 낮은 것이며, 노동력의 수준은 어떠한지, 또한 이런 상황에서 대북진출시 북한 노동력을 어떻게 활용해야 할 것인지에 대해서는 충분한 검토가 이루어져 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 북한 노동력의 임금 및 질적 수준을 분석하고 구체적인 사례에 대하여 살펴본 후 대북진출시 노동력 활용방안에 대하여 검토한다. 우선 북한의 임금수준은 이론적 측면, 동남아 국가 등 경재국과의 비교, 기업의 견해 등을 통해서 살펴볼 때 저렴한 것으로 보기는 어렵다. 질적 수준의 경우에도 일반적으로는 북한 노동력은 우수한 것이라고 인식되고 있으나, 교육수준, 작업규율, 노동생산성 등의 측면에서 분석한 결과 우수한 것으로 판단하기는 곤란하다. 실제 사례에 있어서도 많은 문제를 보이고 있는바, 북한 정책의 문제점, 계약 및 규정에 문제점, 기능 및 교육훈련의 문제점, 근로관습 및 의식의 문제점 등으로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서 대북진출은 기대한 만큼의 수익을 거두기가 힘들 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 현재 여건이 어렵다고 무작정 대북진출을 지연할 수도 없고, 기업의 입장에서는 선점 등의 목적으로 현 단계에서 투자를 실행하려고 할 수도 있을 것이다. 또한 일부 분야의 경우에는 이익의 창출이 가능한 사업도 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 대북진출에 대비해서 효율적인 북한 노동력 활용방안을 질적 수준 향상방안과 임금관리 방안으로 나누어 살펴보고 있다.
