This paper proposes a new protection technique against deregistration attack in SIP. Although it is caused by simple spoofing the REGISTER message of a legitimate SIP UA, its impact is serious. This new protection technique identifies and protects the deregistration attack by removing a binding form the location server after delaying a certain period of time instead of removing the binding immediately after receiving deregistration message. Therefore, this technique makes it possible to establish a secure SIP environment defending the deregistraion attack without any additional overhead such as an encryption or authentication.

이 연구는 2007년 1월 1일부터 동년 12월 31일까지 1년간 대전 소재 일개대학병원에서 수술 취소된 총 146명의 환자를 대상으로 하였으며, 계획된 수술의 취소율을 극소화하여 병원 경영의 합리적 개선과 진료 만족도를 증가시키고자하는 목적에서 이루어졌다. 조사대상자의 성별 분포를 보면, 남자 56.8%, 여자 43.2%로 여자보다 남자가 높은 분포를 보였다. 수술 취소 원인을 살펴보면 수술취소까지 이르지 않을 수 있었던 사항과 불가항력적으로 수술을 취소해야 할 사항으로 나눌 수 있는데, 이런 분류를 통해 전체 수술 취소 사유 중 60.0%는 예방이 가능했던 사항이라고 했다. 본 연구결과를 기초로 타 연구자와 병원관리자에게 수술 취소율 감소 개선을 위한 정책방향의 수립을 제언한다.

The study was conducted on a total of 146 patients who cancelled planned surgeries at a University Hospital located in Daejeon for one year from Jan., 1 to Dec., 31, 2007 with the purpose of minimizing cancellation ratio of planned surgeries and thereby improving hospital management reasonably and raising service satisfaction. Participants in this study consisted of 56.8% of male patients and 43.2% of female patients, with a higher proportion of female than male patients. The causes of cancelled planned surgeries were classified into controllable and uncontrollable cases. 60.0% of the cases that cancelled planned surgeries were classified into controllable cases based on the classification of surgical risk. From these findings, the study proposes that researchers and hospital managers establish policy directions to reduce and improve surgery cancellation ratio.

Location Registration and deregistration is necessary to mobility management in a Mobile Communication networks when a mobile phone moves between location registration areas. After considering several deregistration schemes, a sample scheme that eliminate network traffic is chosen. However, this scheme may delete valid registration record, so the size of location registration database must be sufficiently large to ensure low probability that a valid records are deleted. This paper describes an analytic model to determine the size of location registration database for a location registration area in this simple scheme. The simulation results of analytic model show that the size of database must 3-5 times than the expected number of mobile phones in a location registration area.(Mobile, Communications, Location, Deregistration, Database)

공개 키 암호 알고리듬은 사용자의 공개키가 그 사용자와 대응되는지 를 확인할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 이를 해결하기 위해 사용자들이 신뢰할 수 있는 인증기관에서 각 사용자의 공개키의 확인서를 발급한다. 그러나 비밀키의 노출, 사용자의 자격의 박탈 및 유효기간의 만료 등으로 인하여 확인서를 취소하여야 할 경우가 있다. 따라서 각 사용자는 상대방의 공개키가 유효한 것인지를 확인하여야 한다. 본 고에서는 지금까지 제시된 공개키 확인서의 취소 여부를 확인하는 방법들을 분석하고 효율적인 방법을 제시한다.
