  • 전기자동차 인프라 구축을 위해서는 급속충전관련 기술 확보 및 시설확충에 관한 투자와 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 특히 다양한 급속충전 기술 중에서 공동 인프라용으로 적합한 방식에는 어떤 종류가 있는지 살펴보고, 급속충전시스템을 이용하는 전기자동차의 충전 상태, 기타 동작 상태를 실시간으로 확인하기 위해 BMS의 CAN 통신을 기반으로 하는 전기자동차 급속충전 모니터링 시스템을 설계하는 방법을 제안한다.

  • 급속충전 기술은 현재 battery의 성능 및 안전성 등 다양한 요인에 따라 동작성능이 좌우되므로 모니터링 시스템에 의한 충전상태 파악은 충전 알고리즘의 개선, 전기자동차 BMS와 연동, 사용자와의 충전 프로세스 제어 등 다양한 작업환경과 연계되어 있다. 급속충전시스템의 동작 상태를 CAN 프로토콜을 이용하여 실시간으로 감시가 가능한 시스템을 설계 제작하여 전기자동차의 battery를 최단시간에 최적화된 상태로 충전 가능하도록 설계하여 급속충전기 실시간 모니터링 시스템을 설계하는 방법을 제안한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 하이브리드자동차(hybrid vehicle)의 고전원 전기장치 및 전기배선 충전부의 인체 접촉에 의한 감전사고의 예방을 위한 전기적 연속성의 측정방법에 대하여 논하였다. 인체 감전 보호를 위한 기본 대책으로 충전부의 기본절연, 충전부 접근에 대한 보호(배리어, 인클로져 등)가 있다. 하이브리드자동차의 전기적 연속성과 관련된 시험방법은 UNECE, ISO, Japan Attachment 등에서 언급하고 있다. 이들 기준에서 전기적 연속성은 $0.1{\Omega}$ 이하를 유지하도록 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 하이브리드자동차의 전기적 연속성 측정 방법에 있어 외국의 기준과 규격의 내용을 검토하고 전기적 연속성 측정방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Bond Strength of Grout-Filled Splice Sleeve Considering Effects of Confinement (구속효과를 고려한 모르타르 충전식 철근이음의 부착강도)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the more reasonable equation of bond strength of grout-filled splice sleeve. To accomplish this objective, total 60 full-sized specimens were tested under monotonic loading. The experimental variables are compressive strength of mortar, embedment length and size of reinforcing bars. Following conclusions are obtained; 1) If the adequacy of existing equations which estimate the bond strength of grout-filled splice sleeve are investigated, they underestimate the bond strength of grout-filled splice sleeve by 8-18%. Also the existing equations have a tendency to underestimate with decrease in the embedment length of reinforcing bars. 2) From the test result of bond failure, the equation which estimates the confining pressure of grout-filled splice sleeve was proposed by making multiple regression analyses of which independent variables are embedment length of reinforcing bars and compressive strength of mortar. This equation predicted the measured bond capacity of this test more accurately than existing equations and eliminated the deviation according to the embedment length of reinforcing bars.

  • The function of fire barrier penetration sealing is highly important to confine a fire propagation a fire severity within a fire area where the fire started. Especially for the penetration seals at the nuclear power plants with the long-term operated history, it is needed to make it clear that the conformance to the sealing requirements has been proven to guarantee the fire-resistive performance of fire barrier penetration parts. If there are any parts of fire barrier penetration sealing which can not meet the required rating for the fire endurance performance, the relevant parts must be modified to meet regulatory requirements. At this paper, the engineering analysis methodology was established to approximate the fire endurance rating for the fire barrier penetration seals. With this study, the method of engineering analysis to decide fire endurance rating for the fire barrier penetration seals was established and this way can be utilized to check the performance of the fire rating for the penetration seal at the domestic nuclear power plants.

  • In this study the wear behavior of ultra high molecular polyethylene (UHMWPE) filled with kaolin particles by different methods was investigated. UHMWPE/kaolin composites were prepared by two different methods: polymerization-filling and powder mixing. Particularly in a powder mixing method. Particle dispersion and wear property according to powder mining method were examined. It was found from wear test that filling of inorganic filler into UHMWPE by polymerization filling was more effective way than by powder mixing method in improving Wear resistance of UHMWPE. It was also confirmed that abrasive wear was dominant wear mechanism and particle dispersion in the composite as well as interface property was an important factor in controlling the wear behavior of the resulting composites.

EFFECTS OF CONDENSATION TECHNIQUES AND CANAL SIZES ON THE MICROLEAKAGE OF ORTHOGRADE MTA APICAL PLUG IN SIMULATED CANALS (모조 근관의 크기와 충전 방법이 orthograde MTA apical plug의 미세누출에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the dye leakage of MTA (mineral trioxide aggregate) apical plug produced by two orthograde placement techniques (hand condensation technique and ultrasonically assisted hand condensation technique). To simulate straight canal, 60 transparent acrylic blocks with straight canal were fabricated. These transparent acrylic blocks were divided into 2 groups (Group C; hand condensation technique (HC) and Group U; ultrasonically assisted hand condensation technique (UAHC)) of 30 blocks with each MTA application method. Each group was divided into 2 subgroups (n=15) with different canal size of #70 (subgroup C70 and subgroup U70) and #120 (subgroup C120 and subgroup U120). After apical plug was created, a wet paper point was placed over the MTA plug and specimen was kept in a humid condition at room temperature to allow MTA to set. After 24 hours, remaining canal space was backfilled using Obtura II. All specimens were transferred to floral form socked by 0.2% rhodamine B solution and stored in 100% humidity at room temperature. After 48 hours, resin block specimens were washed and scanned using a scanner. The maximum length of micro leakage was measured from the scanned images of four surfaces of each resin block using Photoshop 6.0. Statistical analysis was performed with Mann-Whitney U test. Group U of UAHC had significantly lower leakage than Group C of HC in #70-size canal (subgroup U70) (p<0.05).

Effect of Retrograde Autologous Priming in Adult Cardiac Surgery for Minimizing Hemodilution and Transfusion Requirements (성인개심술에서 혈액희석 및 수혈을 최소화하기 위한 역행성 자가 혈액 충전법의 효과)

  • Background: Hemodilution after priming of the cardiopulmonary bypass is known to increase the possibility of bleeding and homologous transfusion in adult cardiac surgery. We investigated the effects of retrograde autologous priming (RAP) to see whether it would decrease postoperative bleeding and homologous transfusion. Material and Method: We retrospectively reviewed 34 patients wpho underwent RAP and 46 patients who did not. Retrograde autologous priming consisted of arterial lire drainage, venous reservoir and oxygenator drainage and venous line drainage. We compared the amount of priming solution and RAP volume, perioperative hematocrit, postoperative bleeding and transfusion requirements in the two groups. Resuit: Mean withdrawal volume in RAP group was 613.5$\pm$160.6 mL and initial priming volume was 1381.9$\pm$37.2 mL. Hemoatocrits ($\%$) in RAP and control groups were 25.0$\pm$3.7 vs 20.9$\pm$3.6 (5 minutes after CPB), 25.9$\pm$3.7 vs 22.5$\pm$3.6 (30 minutes after CPB), 25.9$\pm$3.4 vs 23.8$\pm$2.8 (60 minutes after CPB), 31.9$\pm$3.9 vs 31.5$\pm$4.5 (postoperative 1 hour), 32.4$\pm$4.4 vs 32.1$\pm$4.5 (postoperative 6 hours), 33.4$\pm$5.0 vs 31.7$\pm$5.1 (postoperative 1 day)[repeated measures ANOVA, p < 0.05]. Chest tube drainages (mL) in the two groups were 357.2$\pm$177.1 vs 411.7$\pm$279.5 (postoperative 6 hours), 599.4$\pm$145.6 vs 678.8$\pm$256.4 (postoperative 24 hours)[t-test, p < 0.05]. Homologous transfusion was performed in 7 out of 34 patients in RAP group (20.6$\%$), and 16 out of 46 (34.8$\%$) in control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: This study suggests that the effects of reducing the priming volume during cardiopulmonary bypass may result in lesser bleeding and homologous transfusion. Retrograde autologous priming would be used to reduce postoperative bleeding and chance of transfusion after adult cardiac surgery.

  • 본 논문은 대용량 충 방전 커패시터 부하를 갖는 CCPS (Capacitor Charging Power Supply)의 충전시간 제어방법을 제안한다. 기존의 대용량 Capacitor charger들은 LC공진탱크 및 스위칭 주파수를 개 루프 방식으로 제어한다. 이와 같은 제어 방법은 LC 공진탱크의 파라미터 변화로 인해 충전시간 제어가 불가능하다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 Zero-crossing 방법을 이용 전류의 공진주파수를 검출한 뒤 스위칭 주파수를 가변 함으로서 원하는 시간과 안정성을 동시에 만족 할 수 있는 피드백 제어 방법을 제안한다.

  • 본 논문은 시동 발전기(Hybrid Starter Generator, HSG) 시스템을 이용한 탑재형 충전기(On Board Charger, OBC)의 설계 및 제어 방법을 제안한다. 일반적으로 하이브리드 자동차(Hybrid Electric Vehicle, HEV)는 인버터 및 발전기로 구성된 HSG 시스템과 전력변환장치를 이용한 배터리 충전 시스템을 포함한다. 본 논문에서는 HSG 시스템에 추가적인 회로를 이용하여 배터리 충전 기능을 수행할 수 있는 OBC의 설계 및 제어 방법을 제안한다. 결과적으로 전력변환장치의 수를 줄여 차량의 내부 공간을 확보하며, 제조 가격을 감소시킬 수 있다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안하는 배터리 충전 시스템의 설계 및 제어 방법의 타당성을 검증한다.
