비접촉 미소변위 측정 시스템에 대하여

  • 광학시 비접촉 미소 변위 계측 장치의 응용예는 앞서 소개한 응용 외에도 여러 분야에서 많이 활용되고 있다. 즉, 주행 중인 차량 바퀴의 얼라이먼트(alignment) 계측에 이용되기도 하며, 파괴 역학 분야에서 크랙 개구단부(COD)의 변위량 측정에도 이용되며, 충격 역학 분야에서는 변위의 출력 응답 특성이 경시적으로 대단히 복잡하게 변하는 동적 파괴 현상의 원인 규명의 목적으 로도 많이 활용되고 있다. 더욱이 눈부신 발전을 거듭하고 있는 재료 요소 기술 및 센서 기술의 도움으로 앞으로는 이러한 비접촉식 미소 변위 측정 시스템이 보다 더욱 다양하게 사용되어질 것으로 기대되며, 또한 점차 성능 및 가격적 측면에서도 고성능의 계측 시스템을 손쉽게 큰 부 담이 없이 구입 가능할 수 있으리라 믿는다. 그러나 한편으로는 고정도의 물리량의 계측은 꼭 최신의 고가의 장비로만 되는 것이 아니라는 점과, 이러한 계측 시스템의 활용 시에는 기본 검출 원리 및 특성의 이해와 더불어 각 시험 경우에 따른 측정치에 대한 검증 작업을 게을리 하지 말아야 된다는 점도 아울러 당부하고자 한다.

J-Integral under Transient Temperature State (천이온도 상태에서의 J적분)

  • For the cracked plate under transient temperature distribution, J-integral is expressed in the form of line integral by using convolution integral. The J$_{1}$ integral is calculated for a through line center cracked steel plate under thermal and mechanical loading conditions and the calculated values are in good agreement with previous results. The effect of inertia term on the J$_{1}$ integral is not negligible for a glass but for a steel. For the glass plate, the rates of J$_{1}$ integral value to time increase if the values of material properties such as specific heat, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity and Young`s modulus as well as crack length and temperature difference in cracked edge increase.

  • In this study, it is attempted to obtain the optimum size of holes in 15 square plate models where a hole exists on every quadrant of a plate, and to get eigenvalues by performing free vibration analysis far each model. Moreover, the specimen is produced from optimized square plate and eigenvalue of each plate is measured through the shocking load. And then the result is compared with that of finite element analysis. For free vibration analysis of the square plate, the boundary condition of finite element analysis and experiment is assumed as both ends support. From the results of this study, it is known that more stable structures can be designed by changing the natural frequency which is dependent on the location of holes and further studies are considered to be necessary for the basic design information.

  • 본 논문에서는 측정된 가속도신호만을 사용하여 변위응답을 추정하는 시간영역과 주파수영역에서의 동적 응답변환 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 본 알고리즘에서 사용되는 변환변위응답은 속도와 변위성분의 초기조건에 대한 정보 없이 측정된 가속도신호의 적분에 의하여 계산되며 실제 변위응답과 상관관계를 갖는다. 이에 측정된 구조물의 동적응답이 무재하부분과 자유진동부분을 포함하고 있을 때 변환응답을 보정하여 초기치 문제를 해결할 수 방법을 제시함으로써 가속도신호만을 사용하여 실제 변위응답을 추정할 수 있도록 하였다. 제시된 응답변환 알고리즘의 타당성을 평가하기위해 실교량에 대한 현장시험자료를 적용하여 변위응답을 추정하고 실측된 동적 변위와 비교하였다. 또한, 주파수영역에서의 응답변환에서 적분구간을 상이하게 사용함으로써 동적성분과 정적성분으로 분리된 추정응답을 평가할 수 있었으며 이에 따른 충격계수의 계산은 신뢰성 있는 평가방법임을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, the finite element modeling of the RK4 rotor kit system (RK4) and then frequency analysis and transient analysis, and was compared with the actual experimental results. RK4 manufactured by General Electric for the purpose of education and research. It is composed of two shaft, Two shaft is connected using a flexible coupling, one disk is mounted. The analytical model is modeled by using the ANSYS finite element analysis program commercially available. Based on impact hammer test results, material properties and the stiffness of the bearing and coupling was tuned. Considering the operating conditions and the vibration response of the analytical model were compared with experimental results.

  • The response time represents how fast a system responds to a given disturbance at the system boundary. Flow restricting devices for controlling transients can result in a decrease in the peakm pressure, but may change response time. Response lag in a hydraulic system leads to inefficient working cycle and operator discomfort. The experiments were conducted in order to get information on the parameters which exert appreciable influence on the response time. The experimental apparatu including a hydraulic actuator, orifice and a hydraulic pump was an idealization of a bucket hydraulic shifting system. Experimental results show that the response time depends on operating pressure and flow rate. The effects of orifice type and size on the response time are quantified.

  • As the technique of automobile industry is being advanced, the advancement of vehicle ride is being required. In order to achieve this purpose, the study on the vibration which are produced by moving vehicle is carried out actively. In this study, the tire vibration characteristics for passing over a cleat are analyzed. The model is verified against simulations and experiments. The tire is modeled with 7-DOFs (degree of freedom), and the effects of changing tire design parameters are considered. According to the results of analysis, the design parameters that reduce the tire and wheel vibration energy are conducted.

  • Control of pressure transients in a hydraulic system may be important and necessary to avoid failures and to improve the efficiency of operation. Flow restricting devices can result in a decrease in the peak pressure, but may change the response time. The response time has an important effect on both operator and operator perceived smoothness. The response time should correspond to how fast a system responds to a given disturbance at the system boundary. Occasionally the appropriate response time is not easily determined. This study is on the response time characteristics in the hydraulic system studied for the control of response time.

Structural Dynamic Modification of Fixture using Antiresonance Frequency Analysis (반공진 진동수 해석에 의한 치구 설계 변경)

  • The method of antiresonance frequency analysis of multi-input system is proposed. The structural dynamic modification using antiresonance frequency analysis is also applied to reduce the undertest at specimen attachment points on the fixture in environmental vibration test, which is resulted from the inconsistency of antiresonance frequencies. Several computer simulations show that the proposed method can remove the undertest problem which is not removed in conventional vibration test control. And the effectiveness of the method is verified with the impact hammer excitation of aluminium fixture model.
