Dynamic Character Analysis of 3-beam Slab Orbits depending on the Hardening of Rail Pad Stiffnesses (3중보 슬래브궤도의 레일패드강성의 경화에 따른 동적거동 특성분석)

  • 레일패드는 궤도전체의 탄성확보 뿐만 아니라 열차하중에 의해 침목으로 전달되는 충격을 완화시켜 침목과 도상의 파손을 방지하는 역할을 하는데, 통과톤수의 증가와 기후적 요인에 의하여 패드가 열화되면 패드의 강성이 증가하게 된다. 패드의 강성이 증가하게 되면 레일을 통해 침목으로 전달되는 충격하중이 증가하게 되어 침목의 파손을 유발할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 침목하면의 도상에도 과도한 충격하중을 전달하여 도상의 손상을 가속화시킬 수 있다. 또한 레일패드의 강성변화는 궤도의 소음과 레일의 파상마모의 진전에도 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 레일패드의 공용기간 중에 적정한 강성을 유지할 필요가 있으며, 통과톤수의 증가에 따른 레일패드의 경화도를 산정하는 방법과 레일패드의 경화가 궤도에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 분석하여 레일패드의 교체주기에 관한 기준을 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 슬래브의 질량과 일정속도대역에서의 패드강성의 민감도분석을 하여 그 결과를 비교하고 레일패드경화에 따른 대상궤도의 동적거동을 수치해석을 통하여 패드강성과 차량주행속도에 따른 윤중의 변동량과 레일의 변위, 가속도 그리고 침목의 변위, 가속도의 변화정도를 분석해 보았다. 궤도시스템의 동적해석을 위한 해석 프로그램으로는 네덜란드 델프트 공과대학에서 개발된 궤도시스템 전용 해석 프로그램인 DARTS(The dynamic analysis of a rail track structure)를 사용하였다. 대상궤도는 국내 1단계 경부고속철도에서 사용되고 있는 3중보 무도상궤도를 사용하였다.

  • Characterisation of the stress-strain relationship as well as crashworthiness of cellular polymer was investigated under constant impact energy with different velocities, considering inertia and strain rate effects simultaneously during the impact testing. Quasi-static and impact tests were carried out for two different density (64 $kg/m^3$, 89 $kg/m^3$) cellular polymer specimens. Also, the equations, coupled with the Sherwood-Frost model and the Impulse-Momentum theory, were employed to build the constitutive relation of the cellular polymer. The nominal stress-strain curves obtained from the constitutive relation were compared with results from impact tests and showed to be in good agreement.

An Experimental Study on Micro Shock Tube Flow (Micro Shock Tube 유동에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • Past few years have seen the growing importance of micro shock tubes in various engineering applications like micro combution, micro propulsion, particle delivery systems. But in order to efficiently apply Micro Shock Tube to such areas require the detailed knowledge of shock characteristics and flow field inside a micro shock tube. Due to many factors such as boundary layer, low Reynolds number and high Knudsen number shock propagation inside micro shock tubes will be quite different from that of the well established macro shock tubes. In the present study, experimental studies were carried out on micro shock tubes of two diameters to investigate flow characteristics and shock propagation. Pressure values were measured at different locations inside the driven section. From the experimental values other parameters like shock velocity, shock strength were found and shock wave diagram was constructed.

  • This paper is on the prediction and response of the ship hull girder due to slamming of foreward flat bottom plate. The response with respect to foreward flat bottom is divided two kinds by estimating method. One is the estimation of impact forces by slamming, Another is the response of hull girder due to impact forces, that is, displacement, velocity, acceleration, etc. must calculate the values for considered ship hull girder. In this paper, therefore, was estimated only impact forces along ship ordinate of foreward. The analysis of data for estimation followed mainly papers of Ochi. These estimated data shall contribute for ship gull construction for basic optimum design. In particular, the estimated impact forces shall be given for the response of ship gull girder on the foreward flat bottom plate with characteristics of external forces.

Analysis of Behaviors of Concrete Strengthened with FRP Sheets and Steel Fibers Under Low-Velocity Impact Loading (저속 충격하중에서의 FRP Sheet 및 강섬유 보강 콘크리트의 거동 해석)

  • In the case of impact loading test, measurement of the test data has difficulties due to fast loading velocity. In addition, the dynamic behaviors of specimens are distorted by ignoring local fracture. In this study, therefore, finite element analysis which considers local fracture and strain rate effect on impact load was performed by using LS-DYNA, an explicit analysis program. The one-way and two-way specimens strengthened with FRP Sheets and steel fibers were considered as analysis models. The results showed that the impact resistance of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) and ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) was enhanced. In the case of specimens strengthened with FRP Sheets, GFRP was superior to CFRP in the performance of impact resistance, and there was little effect of the FRP Sheet orientation. The reliability of this analysis model was verified by comparing with previous experimental results.

  • This paper examines the relationship between port import from China and macroeconomic variables such as international financial crisis, exchange rate, and industrial production during the period 2000-2009. I employ GPH cointegration methodology since the model must be stationary to avoid the spurious results. The empirical results show that our model is stationary as well as mean-reverting. This paper also applies impulse-response functions to get additional information regarding the responses of the port import to the shocks economic variables such as financial crisis, exchange rate, and industrial production. The results show that the response of port import to exchange rate and financial crisis declines at the first and dies out slowly.

  • 이 논문은 자본시장이 무작위 행보를 운동법칙으로 삼고 있는가, 아니면 정상성의 시계열에 의하여 움직이고 있는가를 심도있게 분석한다. 주가가 무작위 행보를 따른다는 가설을 긍정적 입장에서, 부정적 측면에서, 그리고 이 양자가 공존하고 있다는 관점에서 각 측면에 합당한 방법론을 통한 실증적 분석에 의하여 검정한다. 여러 검증방법을 사용하여 종합주가지수 수익률을 분석하였는 바, 주가 시계열은 무작위 행보가 아니라 정상성의 확률과정(stationary precess) 임이 밝혀졌다. 이와 같은 결과는 우리나라의 증권시장의 성질 중의 하나가 평균회귀라는 것을 입증하는 증거이다. 그리고 평균회귀가 단기적으로 발생하여 그 속도가 매우 빠르다. 주가 시계열에 충격이 가해져 영향을 받을 때 3일 정도가 경과하면 그 충격이 거의 모두 소멸하고 있다. 우리나라 증권시장은 volatility가 높다. 주가는 상당히 높은 자기상관 관계를 갖고 있으며, 이 상관계수가 음수로서 약 -0.50이다. 무척 빠른 속도의 평균회귀와 높은 시계열 상관에 비추어 볼 때 우리나라의 자본시장이 효율적 시장이라는 가설에는 큰 의심이 든다. 뿐만 아니라 이 실증적 결과는 단기적 예측 가능성이 존재할 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. 주가 시계열은 이분산성(異分散性)이 꽤 높다.

  • In this paper, the acceptance criteria(Striking Velocities) for the A12519 weldments have been developed. Dynamic impact simulation of A12519 plate was achieved by using LS-DYNA, and predict the projectile velocity and the crack length. Also, Ballistic impact tests of A12519 plate have been performed, and compared with analysis results. Critical velocities of A12519 plate were acquired respectively, and striking velocities of A12519 weldments were calculated. Present work data will be used by basic data in ballistic impact test for A12519 weldments.
