  • This study relates to a fixing device for gas piping installed in a building such as an apartment or a building. The gas piping is fixed to the inside of the housing so as to buffer the gas piping in all directions, thereby relieving vibration caused by an earthquake or an impact, Disclosed is an earthquake-proof fixing device for a gas pipeline that can minimize damages caused by damage to an earthquake and a gas pipeline by preventing damage and breakage. An apparatus for fixing a gas pipe to a bracket provided on a wall or a wall of a building, the apparatus comprising: a housing coupled to a wall or a bracket and coupled to the inside of the housing; a gas pipe penetrating through the housing to fix the gas pipe; The first plate spring includes a first plate spring formed with a plurality of concave-convex portions that are elastically supported in four directions. The first plate spring is screwed to the front surface or the rear surface of the housing. The lower plate is coupled to one end and the other end, And a pair of first adjusting screws for adjusting the elastic force of the spring. Through this study, damage and damage of gas piping due to earthquake or impact can be minimized.

  • In domestic transitional zone design, there is regulation to prevent generation of irregular substructure behaviors that negatively influence in prevention of plasticity settlement on approach section and contact section as well as relieve overall track rigidity by reducing sectional foundation and track stiffness difference, but design guideline that considers dynamic behavior of transitional track in actual service line is very insignificant. Therefore in this study, characteristics of transitional track dynamic behaviors by substructure stiffness are researched and measured dynamic response of transitional track by substructure stiffness in order to prove correlation between substructure and track and calculate elasticity(stiffness) and track load of transitional track by using measurement and formula to provide basic information for developing design guideline considering dynamic behavior of service line transitional track.

  • We study the optimal policy of the contracual arrangement in raising the debt-to-equity ratio for oil, gas and mining project finance deals. We investigate the impact of the optimal contractual relationship between counterparties on the soundness of projects, differing in output price volatility and country risk. Key findings are: first, the existence of EPC sponsors and off-takers generally raises the debt-to-equity ratio. In particular, EPC sponsors and off-taking sponsors jointly mitigate the credit risk caused by counntry risk. Seocond, off-taking and EPC contracts jointly help mitigate the credit risk caused by the country risk, rather than the price volatility. Indeed, the contractual structure raises the debt-to-equity ratio.
