K-POP의 가파른 성장세에 따라 댄스 콘텐츠 산업이 확산되는 추세이다. 최근 SNS의 보급이 증가하면서 자신의 댄스 영상을 촬영하고 공유하기도 한다. 그러나 초보자들은 자신의 동작이 어떻게 보이는지 평가하는 데 어려움을 겪어 춤동작을 습득하기 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 MediaPipe를 활용하여 안무 영상과 사용자의 춤영상을 비교하고 올바르게 동작을 따라 하고 있는지 검출해 주는 시스템에 대해 기술한다. 본 시스템을 통해 사용자의 춤동작에 대한 피드백을 받을 수 있으며 초보자들도 정확한 춤동작을 연습할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

With the rapid growth of K-POP, the dance content industry is spreading. With the recent increase in the spread of SNS, they also shoot and share their dance videos. However, it is not easy for dance beginners who are new to dancing to learn dance moves because it is difficult to receive objective feedback when dancing alone while watching videos. This paper describes a system that uses MediaPipe to compare choreography videos and dance videos of users and detect whether they are following the movement correctly. This study proposes a method of giving feedback based on Color Map to users by calculating the similarity of dance movements between user images taken with webcam or camera and choreography images using cosine similarity and COCO OKS. Through this system, objective feedback on users' dance movements can be visually received, and beginners are expected to be able to learn accurate dance movements.

본 연구에서는 사용자가 즉석에서 연주한 곡에 대응하는 춤 동작을 자동으로 생성하는 기술을 제안한다. 본 기법은 먼저 댄서로부터 모션 캡쳐 받은 춤 시퀀스를 분절화한 후 사용자가 신디사이저를 통해 직접 연주하여 얻은 MIDI 데이터를 분석해 음악에서의 특징점을 추출한다. 그리고 분절화 한 모션의 세그먼트들을 음악에 맞춰 다시 배열하여 새로운 춤 시퀀스를 생성함으로써 사용자가 연주한 음악과 어울리는 춤 동작을 자동으로 생성한다. 이를 위해 세 단계의 작업을 수행하게 되는데, 첫 번째 단계에서 모션 캡쳐를 통해 얻게 된 데이터에서 캐릭터의 위치와 자세를 기준으로 하여 긴 시퀀스를 의미 있는 작은 춤 동작으로 분절화한다. 두 번째 단계에서는 사용자의 연주를 통해 획득한 MIDI를 분석하여 특징점을 추출하고, 마지막 단계에서는 이를 바탕으로 음악에 기반한 음악과 동작을 합성한다. 본 연구는 음악과 댄스의 리듬감이 파괴되지 않도록 합성함으로써 우리의 연구는 기존 연구에 비해서 훨씬 자연스러운 춤 시퀀스를 결과물로 만들어 낸다.

본 논문에서는 음악 신호로부터 추출한 비트 정보를 사용하여 가상 캐릭터의 움직임을 제어하는 방법에 대해 논한다. 특히 주기를 가지는 반복적인 동작, 그 중에서도 춤동작에 대한 음악 신호와의 동기화 방법을 제안한다. 서버로 구현된 음악 비트 인식기는 입력 음악 신호에 대한 분석 정보를 규칙적으로 출력한다. 동작 클라이언트는 동작 캡쳐를 통해 얻은 동작 데이터를 여러 개의 기본 동작들로 나누고, 사용자가 선택한 새로운 순서대로 기본 동작들을 연결하여 부드럽게 재생한다. 또한 서버에 접속하여 전송 받은 음악의 템포에 맞게 동작데이터를 와핑(warping)하고 음악의 주요 비트 시각에 맞추어 기본 동작들의 재생시작 시간을 동기화한다. 음원에 의한, 즉 박자, 강약, 비트와 같은 기본적인 정보뿐만 아니라 분위기, 박자 변화와 같은 고급 정보에도 동적으로 반응하여 춤을 추는 가상 캐릭터를 개발하는 것이 본 연구의 궁극적인 목표이다.

우리 춤은 우리 고유의 정서를 담고 있는 종합예술이므로 우리 춤을 분석하고 이해하는 것은 큰 의미가 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 춤 동작의 정량적인 분석을 통한 감정인식 기술을 이용하여 우리 춤에 내포된 감정 패턴의 변화를 살펴본다. 먼저 한국 전통춤으로부터 무용전문가들의 정성적 분석에 기반하여 추출된 우리 춤사위를 정해진 각 감정별로 재구성하여 창작하고 창작된 우리 춤을 무용전문가가 시연한다. 이를 카메라를 이용하여 획득하고, 영상처리를 통해서 시연자의 실루엣을 뽑아낸 후, 정량적 특징량들을 추출한다. 이어 신경회로망을 이용하여 각 감정별 춤사위를 학습 시킨 후, 임의의 춤사위에 내포된 감정을 인식 한다. 본 논문에서는 정면, 좌, 우 세 시점에서 획득된 다시점 영상을 이용하여 학습시킴으로써 보다 안정적으로 동작하는 인식 시스템을 제안한다. 그리고, 시스템에 의해 인식된 감정 패턴과 변화의 정성적 의미를 이해하기 위해 무용전문가들에 의해 정립된 정성적 분석 결과와 비교, 분석한다. 이는 정성적인 분석에만 국한되던 우리 춤의 특성에 대한 이해를 객관적이고 정량화된 분석을 통한 이해의 차원으로 확장시키는 것으로, 우리 춤의 특성을 새롭게 정의하는 계기를 마련할 수 있다. 다양한 장르의 한국 전통춤 가운데 우리 춤을 대표할 수 있는 춤사위를 선정하고, 정성적/정량적으로 분석함으로써 우리 춤의 특성을 이해하기 위한 체계적인 틀을 제공하고자 한다.

This paper presents novel segmentation and transition techniques for dancing motion synthesis. The segmentation method for dancing motions is based on Laban Movement Analysis (LMA). We assume a dance sequence as a set of small dancing motions. To segment a dancing motion is a subjective, psychological, and complex problem, so we extract the shape factor of LMA from a dance motion and observe shape's changes to find the boundaries of dance segments. We also introduce a transition method that meets constraints on the feet. This method that is based on a linear interpolation modifies the intermediate posture motion after analyzing footprint positions. The posture could be a key-frame between source motion and target motion on the transition. With the proposed techniques, it would be easy for multimedia applications to generate plausible dance motions.

The advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution provides new civilized convenience, while the humanistic ecological environment is at stake. Therefore, looking at our culture and arts ecological foundations is ultimately for the preparation of a rich life for the future. Therefore, establishing a desirable cultural ecosystem begins with an enduring tradition of traditional art.This study examined the dancing characteristics of gabbigochanong-ag, which maintains the nongsapul-inong-ag performance pattern. Two field studies and image analysis studies showed that gabbigochanong-ag maintained the characteristics of traditional nong-ag, which strengthened the solidarity and cooperation of village community members and shared community identity. gabbigochanong-ag encourages the participation of the members of the village community through mechanistic dance movements based on soundness, imitative dance movements with minimal movement, repetitive dance movements, and communicative dance movements, As a result of the change, the members of the group were attracted to each other. Although gabbigochanong-ag was not sophisticated or sophisticated, it had a dancing structure that could create aesthetics and marginal aesthetics of slowness from the swiftness and convenience of civilization and bring harmony among the members of the community with warm emotion.

영상처리 기술의 발달로 영상처리 기술을 이용한 다양한 어플리케이션이 출시되고 있다. 영상처리 기술로 영상의 정보를 디지털화 할 수 있는 점에 착안해 춤 실력을 평가하는 시스템을 고안했다. 본 작품에서는 Human Pose Estimation 기술로 사람의 관절 위치 정보를 파악하고, 춤 전문가의 관절 위치와 사용자의 관절 위치를 동작 비교 알고리즘을 통해 비교해 사용자가 춤을 얼마나 정확하게 추는지 수치적으로 점수화해 제공한다.

민속춤은 민중에 의해 자연적으로 발생된 것으로, 그 민족의 생활, 풍습, 습관 둥 독특한 특성이 포함되고, 남녀 노소를 막론하고 쉽게 배우고 재미있게 즐길 수 있다. 재 7차 교육과정 체육과에는 다른 나라의 민속춤을 10가지 소개하고 있다. 우리나라의 민속춤은 자료의 접근이 용이하나 다른 나라의 민속춤은 자료가 부족하다. 또한 현직 교사들의 사전 연수기회 부족, 국가 수준의 적절한 지도자료 부족 등의 이유로 인해 충분한 지도가 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 동영상을 중심으로 각 나라의 문화, 춤의 기초 동작, 감상하기 등의 자료를 제작하여 다른 나라의 민속춤의 지도하고 이해하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

The core of Laban Movement Analysis, which is used for academic research purposes, is that the individual's psychological or emotional state through movement is expressed in external motion by internal intention, which is symbolic of internal emotions. In addition, the Laban motion analysis focuses on analyzing the structure of the object of movement and its structure comparatively and analytically with the past or other structures, and the analyzed grammars of the dance ultimately influence each other in psychological, social and cultural aspects 'Relationality' provides clues to be found. It also provides a resource of records in terms of the system implied from the 'momentary nature' of dance, which has educational value as a multidisciplinary research material.
