In this study, we consider a mid-and-long term technological forecasting method based on simulation technique. We, first, gather information about a point of appearance time of new technologies which will be developed in the future and influence relationship among those technologies by Delphi survey. And then we propose a simulation-based heuristic approach searching for the key technology among new technologies which will be developed to attain a normative objective using the Delphi data. We also provide the range of occurrence time for individual technology and define key technologies in this study in contrast that a expert's estimate to occurrence time is only one point in traditional Delphi survey. The information for key technologies which are detected by this procedure gives priorities of R&D planning and aids the R&D planner or project manager in resource allocation.

최근, 맞춤의료서비스, 헬스와 웰빙의 복합서비스, RFID 기반의 공급망 관리 서비스와 같이 정보기술(IT), 바이오기술(BT), 나노기술(NT) 등이 융합된 혁신적인 서비스들이 출현하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 전통적인 접근방법으로는 새로이 출현하는 다양한 서비스에 대한 체계적인 접근이 불가능하다. 따라서 분석의 단위를 조직이나 정보 시스템 수준에서 서비스 수준으로 하향하는 것과 요소기술이 서비스로 변환되어 소비자에게 수용되는 전체과정을 동태적, 공학적으로 설계하는 접근이 절실히 요구된다. 본 연구의 목적은 신 기술의 출현, 성숙, 시장으로의 유입과 소비자에 수용되는 서비스 생명주기 전 과정을 통태적 관점에서 분석하는 틀을 제시하고 의료서비스에 특화 하여 서비스 공학적 관점에서 IT, BT, NT가 융합된 서비스를 설계하는 모델을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 서비스의 특성과 서비스 시스템 설계의 목표를 제시하고 동태적 혁신이론에 기반하여 서비스의 탄생부터 시장에서의 수용에 이르는 생명주기를 표현할 수 있는 모델을 개발한다. 이 모델의 시간 축을 분기하여 단계(Stage)들을 도출하고 각 단계에서 수행해야 할 활동들을 설계한다. 아울러 모델의 실제적 유용성을 입증하기 위하여 의료분야의 관련사례를 제시하고 조직의 서비스전략과 다변화 전략을 수립하기 위한 논리도 제시하였다. 본 연구의 동태적 공학모델은 IT 생태계 (IT Ecosystem) 하에서 조직 및 IT 요소들이 다양한 환경에서 어떻게 안정적이고 효율적인 메커니즘을 형성하고 진화해야 하는지를 잘 보여주고 있다.

본 논문은 단락의 자동 구분을 통한 중요 문장 추출 시스템을 제안한다. 먼저 어휘의 재출현 여부와 어휘의 일치도, 어휘의 역할 변화를 파악하여 재출현 어휘에 대한 양상을 분석하고 이를 통하여 문장 간의 긴밀도를 정량적으로 계산한다. 다음으로 측정된 문장 간 긴밀도룰 이용하여 사용자의 추출 범위에 따라 단락을 구분하고, 각 단락의 대표 문장을 선정하여 최종문을 생성한다. 제안한 방법은 문서 제목, 문장의 위치, 수사 구조 등의 정보를 이용하지 않으며, 단순히 어휘의 출현 빈도만을 이용하던 기존의 통계적인 방법보다 질 높은 요약문을 생성할 수 있다. 또한 제안한 방법론은 본 논문이 대상으로 삼고 있는 신문기사의 영역뿐만 아니라 다른 영역으로의 적용이 가능하다.

Recently, many information services allow users to collaborate to produce and use information. Sharing information is also important for users who have similar taste or interest. As various channels are available for users to share their experiences and knowledge, users' data have also been accumulated within the information services. This study collected movie lists made by users of IMDB service. Co-word analysis and ego-centered network analysis were adapted to discover relevant information for users who chose a specific movie. Three factors of movies including movie title, director and genre were used to present related movie information. Movie title is an effective feature to present related movies with various aspects such as theme or characters and the popularity of directors affects on identifying related directors. Genre is not useful to find related movies due to the complexity in the topic of a movie.

In this paper, for using emerging patterns to define and analyze the significant difference of safe and non-safe power load lines, and identify which line is potentially non-safe, we proposed an incremental TFP-tree algorithm for mining emerging patterns that can search efficiently within limitation of memory. Especially, the concept of pre-infrequent patterns pruning and use of two different minimum supports, made the algorithm possible to mine most emerging patterns and handle the problem of mining from incrementally increased, large size of data sets such as power consumption data.
