실내 위치인식 기술인 핑거 프린트 기법을 이용해 출결을 확인함으로써 짧은 수업시간에 신속하고 정확하게 출석을 확인하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 부정 출석을 막기 위해 핑거프린트를 이용한 실내 위치인식으로 학생들이 수업장소에 와있는지를 확인하고, 대리 출석을 막기 위해 출석확인을 하는 모바일기기의 고유 정보를 가져와 하나의 모바일 기기에서 한 번의 출석확인만 가능하도록 하였다. 또한 출석체크만 하고 수업을 빠져나가는 것을 방지하기 위해 수업 장소에 머무른 시간 또한 체크를 하였다. 향후 출석 시스템만이 아니라 출석 데이터로 출석이 성적에 미치는 영향 등 다양한 방면으로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

대학 강의의 출석정보는 학생들의 강의 참여 상태를 확인하여 성적부여뿐만 아니라 학생들의 태도를 파악하기 위한 중요한 자료로 활용된다. 따라서 교수는 매 강의시간 출석확인을 통하여 학생들의 강의참여도를 파악하고, 이를 평가에 활용하고 있다. 대부분의 출석확인은 교수의 수작업에 의존하고 있기 때문에 강의시간 중 일부를 할애하여 처리하고 있으며, 이 시간동안은 강의내용과 관련된 활동이 거의 이루어지기 힘들다. 이러한 문제를 개선하여 강의의 질을 향상시키기 위해 자동 출석체크가 가능한 시스템을 도입하는 대학교가 최근 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 기존의 시스템은 출석관리를 위해서 도입되어야 하는 단말기, ID 카드 등의 초기 도입비용이 매우 큰 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 자동 출석체크가 가능할 뿐만 아니라 시스템의 초기 도입 비용을 줄이기 위해서 비콘 기반의 스마트 출석관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 학생들이 소지하고 있는 스마트폰을 출석체크에 활용함으로써 강의실에 설치된 비콘 이외에 추가적인 단말기나 ID 카드 등이 필요하지 않다. 또한, 강의실에 부착된 비콘과 스마트폰 간에 BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) 통신을 통하여 출석정보를 자동으로 수집하고 실시간으로 파악하도록 함으로써 강의의 질을 높일 수 있도록 하였다.

Existing attending management systems require a high cost and are lack of convenience. In this paper, we propose a convenient and practical attending management system as follows: First, our system allows us to construct an attendance book in an easy and simple way. A professor does not have to provide the information of students using the small screen of his smartphone. Instead, each student manages his own information via the app designed for a student in our system. Then the professor can construct the attendance book using another app designed for the professor by confirming the requests from the app designed for a student. Second, our system enables a professor to utilize the pictures of students as well as other information of students to have a good relationship with students. Third, our system provides a functionality of checking attendance automatically by calling the names of students via the app designed for the professor. Then the professor has only to match the name with the face of each student. Fourth, our system provides a functionality of checking attendance in a very fast manner. Our system can complete this behavior within a short time since all students can join the attendance simultaneously by using the app designed for the student. Fifth, our system can prevent an illegal attendance easily by utilizing the distance information.

본 연구는 2010년 이후로 다시 활성화가 된 NFC 기술을 이용하여 출석 체크 APP을 개발하고, 아두이노와 MySQL을 통해 데이터베이스를 생성, Node.js를 이용하여 서버를 구축함으로써 출석 체크 과정에서 발생하는 불필요한 시간 사용을 최소화하고 근거리 통신을 통해 확실한 출석 체크를 실현하기 위한 연구이다. 출석 체크시스템에서의 효율성과 정확성은 중요한 요소로서, 이를 위해 NFC 기술을 활용하여 신속하고 정확한 출석 체크를 수행하며, 데이터의 신뢰성과 보안성을 강화한다. 연구를 통해 출석 체크 시스템이 발생하는 인력과 시간의 절약 효과를 확인하고, 효율적인 출석 체크 관리를 위한 혁신적인 해결책을 제시한다. 이러한 연구는 출석 체크 시스템의 개선과 혁신을 이끌며, 다양한 조직이나 교육기관에서 확장될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

최근 컴퓨터와 인터넷 기술의 급속한 발전으로 교육 형태는 매우 다양하게 변화되어 가고 있다. 이 중에서 각종 멀티미디어 매체의 등장, 컴퓨터 네트워크를 통한 정보 제공, 위성 교육 방송 등은 시간과 공간을 초월한 가상 학교 모형들을 등장시키는 촉진제 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 가상대학에서는 각 강좌에 대한 학생들의 출석 확인 및 평가가 면대 면으로 행해질 수 없기 때문에 문제가 된다. 본 논문에서는 출석에 대응되는 강좌 참여 요소들을 설정하여, 이들에 대한 참여도로써 출석 평가를 대신하는 출석평가 시스템 PASS를 제안하였다. 이 출석 평가 모델을 통해서, 학습자에게는 강좌 참여 동기를 유발시키는 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 평가자에게는 출석 평가에 대응되는 효과를 제공한다.

최근 얼굴인식 시장의 규모가 증가하고 있으며 모바일 결제, 디바이스 본인인증, 신분확인 및 출입 통제, 치안 등의 다양한 분야에 적용 되고 있다. 온라인 화상회의에서 출석하는데 번거로운 방식들이 사용되고 있으며 대규모 회의일 경우 인원파악에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 회의를 할 때 머신러닝을 이용하여 여러 수강자의 얼굴을 자동으로 인식하여 출석을 확인하는 출석시스템을 제안한다. 이후 사용자는 출석 시스템을 사용해 객관적인 데이터를 확보하게 된다.

An important factor in education is ensuring reliable quality of education. There are a variety of ways based on criteria to ensure the quality of education. To ensure quality management, attendance is important which is highly reliable rating at the account education of Ministry of Employment and Labor and sevice training of Health Care. In contrast, the service training of health care professionals was consisting of formal attendance management, quality of education has been raised as a problem. Recently developed USN-based attendance management system is effective. But if education is proceed at a large number of small scale in the area of education, cost, portability, systeme management, the reliability of the Trainee's attendance remained as problems to solve. To address these needs, this paper quoted low-cost attendance management system which was desighned and implemented by barcode and PC camera. As a result the actual maintenance training system showed a 98% satisfaction in terms of administrator and 95% satisfaction in terms of Trainee.

현재 대부분의 대학에서 학생들의 출결(출석, 결석)사항관리는 수기로 처리하고 있다. 매 수업시간마다 수기로 작성해야하는 출석부는 통계분석이 실시간으로 이루어지지 않기 때문에 학생스스로도 본인의 출결관리의 번거로움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 출결관리의 간소화 및 투명화, 문서의 분실, 실시간 조회를 위한 안드로이드 스마트폰 기반의 학생 출결관리 시스템을 설계하였다.

비콘 서비스란 가까운 범위 안에 있는 사용자 위치를 찾아 메시지 전송, 모바일 결제 등을 가능하게 하는 스마트폰 근거리통신 서비스로, O2O 실현에 핵심적인 역할을 담당한다. 비콘을 활용하면 사물과 상황인식, 콘텐츠 푸시, 실내위치 측위, 자동체크인, 지오펜스 등 다양한 서비스 제공이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 비콘을 활용하여 출석을 체크하는 자동 출석 시스템을 구현하였다. 자동 출석 시스템에서는 사용자가 강의실에 들어오는 것을 인식하여 출석 검사를 하며, 이 자료를 인터넷을 통하여 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 다양한 강의를 구별할 수 있으며, 들어온 시간, 나간 시간 등의 검사가 가능하며, 이를 좀 더 보완한다면 상황인식 시스템으로써 다양한 서비스와 연계시킬 수 있다.

Today, using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) card is extended in diversity as medical treatment, circulation market, military affairs, manufacture, security, etc. The RFID technology is an automatic identification method, relying on storing and remotely retrieving data for the purpose of identification using radio waves. This advantage of the RFID will be as a replacement for traditional Barcoding. Besides, book-lending system and attendance management system become the center of educational institution in interest. This paper presents a attendance management system using the RFID card which provides directly information of attendance for professors with mobile and students with web. Also, the students only have ID card that embed RFID tag which is recognized attendance through DB that storages to is received a information of student from RFID card Reader. And it is possible management or report for attendance and time table not only for professors by management program but also for students by web program.
