  • 이경희 과장은 ''용산민자역사'' 공사에서 에너지절감 설비를 책임지고 수행한 장본인이다. 그가 올해 에너지절약 유공자의 한 사람으로 지난 11월 12일 에너지절약촉진대회에서 산자부 장관상을 받은 것도 이러한 공로를 인정하고 땀방울을 격려하기 위해 그의 동료들이 적극 추천했기 때문이다. 그가 수행한 설비는 빙축열냉방시스템과 고효율 공조장비. 빙축열은 터보냉동기에 비해 연간 4억원의 절감효과를 가지고 있으며 고효율 공조장비는 연간 2억정도의 에너지세이빙효과를 가지고 있다.

  • 현재 보령항은 진입항로에 있어 어청도에서 도선점에 이르기까지의 해역에 무질서하게 상존하는 어망 때문에 교통 환경이 매우 열악하다. 이에 따라 어청도 인근까지 항로를 연장하던가, 추천항로를 설정하여 대형선박의 통항을 어망이 없는 곳으로 유도하거나, 도선점을 어청도 인근으로 이전하는 등의 조치가 필요한 상황이다. 이에 기 수행된 신보령 1,2호기 해상교통안전진단 연구용역 사례를 토대로 진입항로에서의 안전성을 평가 한다.

  • 최근 일련의 IMF사태로 인하여 사료 값 폭등과 유가공 제품의 소비감소로 유업체 경영 악화에 따른 축산 농가의 경영 압박으로 모든 축산인들이 큰 고통을 겪고 있다. 이에 따라 조사료 생산의 선진 기계화는 사료의 생산비 절감은 물론 가축의 생산성 향상에 가장 큰 영향을 줄 수 있다. 위와 같이 기계화를 추진중인 축산단지 또는 협업체 축산농가에 추천 작업기종을 선정하였으나, 작업 환경과 자급의 소요 등을 무시한 무조건적인 대형 작업기 선호는 결코 바람직하지 않다.(중략)

Evaluation of Water Quality Characteristics on Tributaries of Mankyeong River Watershed (만경강 유역내 하천의 특성별 영향 평가)

  • A survey on four tributaries along with Mankyeong River was carried out to get the information far the water quality improvement and control. Typical paddy farming were major agricultural practices in Kosancheon and Soyangcheon. Iksancheon was livestock raising watershed. Chucheon was urban watershed. Water quality in six sites of main stream and four sites of tributaries in Mankyeong River were investigated from May to August in 2001. The concentration of nutrient in main stream of Mankyeong River were in the range of 3.78$\sim$12.68 mg/L for total nitrogen, 0.043$\sim$0.864 mg/L for total phosphorus, 2.59$\sim$13.29 mg/L for BOD and 12.9$\sim$119.5 mg/L for COD, respectively. Water quality of Mankyeong River mostly exceeded the standard water quality criteria of Korea. Major causes of water pollution were evaluated as sewage of swine and urban area. Among the four tributaries, water quality in agricultural practices, Kosancheon and Soyangcheon was relatively less polluted. While, the highest level of water pollution measured in Iksancheon was due to livestock. The water quality of Iksancheon and Chucheon was generally more polluted in the dry period than in rainy period.

Emotion Transition Model based Music Classification Scheme for Music Recommendation (음악 추천을 위한 감정 전이 모델 기반의 음악 분류 기법)

  • So far, many researches have been done to retrieve music information using static classification descriptors such as genre and mood. Since static classification descriptors are based on diverse content-based musical features, they are effective in retrieving similar music in terms of such features. However, human emotion or mood transition triggered by music enables more effective and sophisticated query in music retrieval. So far, few works have been done to evaluate the effect of human mood transition by music. Using formal representation of such mood transitions, we can provide personalized service more effectively in the new applications such as music recommendation. In this paper, we first propose our Emotion State Transition Model (ESTM) for describing human mood transition by music and then describe a music classification and recommendation scheme based on the ESTM. In the experiment, diverse content-based features were extracted from music clips, dimensionally reduced by NMF (Non-negative Matrix Factorization, and classified by SVM (Support Vector Machine). In the performance analysis, we achieved average accuracy 67.54% and maximum accuracy 87.78%.

Study on the Relationship between the Pay TV Subscriber's Genre Preference and VOD Purchase : Focusing on the Movie VOD of IPTV Service (<유료 방송 가입자의 장르 선호도와 VOD 구매의 관계에 관한 연구:IPTV 영화 VOD 이용을 중심으로>)

  • This paper investigates the relationship between the Pay TV subscriber's genre preference and VOD purchase by analyzing actual purchase data of movie VOD of IPTV subscribers for 8 months. The result shows as follows. First, in case of purchasing movie contents below 4000 won, user's genre preference was higher than that of using contents over 4,000 won. This means the subscribers tend to follow their genre preference when the mass-typed recommendation is limited. Second, those who purchase foreign contents show higher genre preference than those who purchase domestic movies. Third, subscribers who purchase more frequently and much more tend to use more diverse genres. Heavy users or those who have higher willingness to pay would consume more diverse contents. It implies that VOD use would increase by supplying the personal recommendation service based on the subscriber's genre preference.

  • According to the growing use of the personal GPS in the mobile device recently, the LBS (Local bases service), which processes and refines the GPS information, such as a position-tracking service, a public safety service, a local based information service, has increased steadily. Due to the refraction or reflection of GPS, however, it is impossible to use GPS around or in buildings. Therefore, it is necessary to correct the errors of GPS. We propose the method which corrects the errors of GPS and creates the refined trajectory using intersection region indexing. After analyzing the trajectory, receiving trajectories from many people and identifying the similarity between of trajectories, we will recommend the favorite route and useful information such as restaurant, convenience store, bus station and emergency call service.

Design of a Mirror for Fragrance Recommendation based on Personal Emotion Analysis (개인의 감성 분석 기반 향 추천 미러 설계)

  • The paper proposes a smart mirror system that recommends fragrances based on user emotion analysis. This paper combines natural language processing techniques such as embedding techniques (CounterVectorizer and TF-IDF) and machine learning classification models (DecisionTree, SVM, RandomForest, SGD Classifier) to build a model and compares the results. After the comparison, the paper constructs a personal emotion-based fragrance recommendation mirror model based on the SVM and word embedding pipeline-based emotion classifier model with the highest performance. The proposed system implements a personalized fragrance recommendation mirror based on emotion analysis, providing web services using the Flask web framework. This paper uses the Google Speech Cloud API to recognize users' voices and use speech-to-text (STT) to convert voice-transcribed text data. The proposed system provides users with information about weather, humidity, location, quotes, time, and schedule management.

  • 인터넷의 급속한 양적 증가로 인해 색인어 기반의 검색 방식만으로는 원하는 정보를 찾아 내기가 쉽지 않다. 색인어 기반의 검색 방식에서는 색인어로 나타나지 않는 특징을 이용할 수 없으며, 질적으로 균등한 검색 결과를 제시하지 못하기 때문이다. 따라서 사이트의 여러 가지 특성에 따라 계층적으로 분류해놓은 웹 디렉토리를 이용하거나, 관련 전문가들의 추천 리스트를 이용하여 검객하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 색인어 기반의 검색 모델에 웹 디렉토리와 추천 문서 같은 문서간의 링크 정보를 결합할 수 있는 정보 검색 모델을 제시한다. 특정 질의어의 검색 결과로 얻어낸 문서와 그 문서와 연결된 문서 집합을 이용하여 네트워크를 구성한다. 이 네트워크에 검색기가 제시하는 순위와 유사도, 그리고 문서간의 링크 정도를 이용해서 확률값을 정해준다. 그리고 Ergodic Markov Model의 특성을 이용하여 색인어 정보와 링크 정보를 결합한다. 본 연구에서는 특정 문서가 질의어에 부합되는 정도를 사용자가 그 문서로 이동할 확률값으로 계산하는 방식을 보인다.

Classification of Education Video by Subtitle Analysis (자막 분석을 통한 교육 영상의 카테고리 분류 방안)

  • This paper introduces a method for extracting subtitles from lecture videos through a Korean morpheme analyzer and classifying video categories according to the extracted morpheme information. In some cases incorrect information is entered due to human error and reflected in the characteristics of the items, affecting the accuracy of the recommendation system. To prevent this, we generate a keyword table for each category using morpheme information extracted from pre-classified videos, and compare the similarity of morpheme in each category keyword table to classify categories of Lecture videos using the most similar keyword table. These human intervention reduction systems directly classify videos and aim to increase the accuracy of the system.
