  • 급증하는 자동차 수요로 인해 발생되는 배출량 증가는 자동차 운행의 특성상 대도시 대기오염의 주원인으로 작용하고 있다. 자동차 배출오염물질의 배출량 추정에 있어 국내 차량의 배출계수 개발도 시급하지만 우리 나라 자동차 운행패턴에 관한 연구도 같이 병행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 Cold start emission과 Evaporative VOC emission의 산정에 있어서 국내 승용차의 1회 주행거리(Trip length)를 이용하여 승용차 부문 배출량 영향정도와 계절별 배출량 변화를 추정하여 보았다. (중략)

주가의 장기적 기억, 자기회귀 분수적불 이동평균 과정과 주가형성

  • 한 시계열의 자기상관계수의 절대값을 시차를 무한대로 접근시켜 가면서 각 시차에 대하여 구하고 이 절대값을 모두 더한 값이 무한일 때 이 시계열은 장기기억을 가진다. 이로 인하여 장기기억 모수를 추정하는데에는 자기상관을 기본으로 한다. 표본의 자기상관과 이론적 자기상관 사이의 거리를 최소하여 추정통계량을 유도하고 있는 것이 일반적이다. 이 경우에는 정상적 과정에 한하여 적용이 가능하다. 시계열은 어느 시계열이던지 간에 이 시계열에 적합한 모형이 존재할 것이고 이 모형을 시계열에 적용하면 잔차 시계열을 얻을 수 있다. 원래 시계열의 이론적 상관 대신 원래 시계열의 잔차 시계열의 자기상관과 표본의 자기상관 사이의 거리를 최소하여 추정통계량을 얻으면 통계량의 계산이 편하고 이 추정량은 정상적 시계열과 비정상적 시계열에 다같이 적용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 잔차의 자기상관을 이용하여 자기회귀 분수적분 이동평균 과정의 모수 추정량을 도출한다. 그리고 이 추정 통계량에 입각하여 주가의 형성과정을 살펴보고 장기기억이 옵션가격과 포트폴리오 구성에 미치는 영향을 밝힌다.

  • Network performance measure has been more and more important in transportation sector because traffic congestion has been steadily increasing in urban area. VKT is defined a sum of traveled distances of whole vehicles on the road network and one of the most important measure of effectiveness (MOE) for network performance measure. This paper aims to propose a methodology for estimating VKT and to apply it to calculate VKT in 6 major cities in Korea. We calculate VKT in 6 major cities by estimating traffic volumes on the uncollected road sections using regression kriging. It is expected that the proposed methodology can be applied various cities.

  • In this paper, We introduces 3 types of methods for estimation of a moving vehicle's CO2 emissions. These estimation methods include method based on distance traveled, method according to the calculation method proposed by the IPCC and method using vehicle information & chemical reaction equations. we describe the operating principle of each estimation method and we have driven down the actual road about 5km path because we compare performance of 3 types of methods for estimation of a driving vehicle's CO2 emissions.

  • Many policies, such as transit-oriented development, encouraged use of bicycle and pedestrian, reduction of green house gas (GHG) and etc., have been deployed to support transport sustainability. Although various studies regarding GHG were presented, no one has yet adequately explained the behavior of travelers. This paper proposes a GHG emission model by highlighting its sensitivity, elasticity with regard to such travel cost as travel time, travel fare, and GHG pricing, introduced to reduce the amount of GHG in transportation system. For better estimation of GHG, the proposed model adopts (1) a production-constrained gravity model and (2) the travel distance from the origin and the destination (OD). The gravity model has a merit that it considers travel pattern between OD pairs. The model was tested with an example, and the promising results confirmed its validation and applications.

A Passive Ranging Filter with Initial Range Error Compensation (초기 거리오차 보상 피동 거리 추정 필터)

  • To extract relative ranges from LOS(line of sight) information, we propose a passive ranging filter which is suitable for anti-ship missiles in HOJ(home on jam) mode. The proposed filter is devised to cope with the case that a passive ranging filter may include a large initial range estimation error since modem jammers are capable of very long range jamming. In addition, under the assumption that the missile motion is dominant over the HOJ engagement situation, the engagement geometry is modeled by a second order system. A new passive ranging filter is proposed by constructing an extended Kalman filter(EKF) based on the model. And then a least square initial state error estimation algorithm is attached to the EKF. Simulation results show that the proposed filter has a good range estimation performance with small computational load.

  • Outlying or extreme observations are defined to be subject data for which one or more bioavailability measures are discordant with corresponding data for that subject and/or for the rest of the subjects in a study. The presence of outlying observations can have very serious consequences on the conclusions resulting from a bioequivalence study. Two statistical methods are proposed by generalizing the current well known methods and an illustrated example is presented with discussion.

  • This paper proposes a high-precision ranging scheme based on channel estimation technique and multipath delay analysis in IR-UWB systems. When the IR-UWB signal is transmitted and received, the high-precision ranging is estimated with the time-of-arrival information of the signal. In the proposed scheme, the channel estimation process with the minimum mean square error technique or zero forcing technique is performed and the overlapped multipath within the pulse is analyzed with matrix pencil (MP) algorithm to achieve the ranging accuracy of centimeters. The performance of proposed scheme is evaluated with various IEEE 802.15.4a channel models and the relationship between the ranging performance and the computational complexity is analyzed in terms of the MP parameter values.

  • When measuring the radiated noise of an underwater vehicle, range information between acoustic source and receiver is an important evaluating factor, but it cannot use GPS. There is a method of using the cross correlation for finding the range of the acoustic source instead of the GPS. However, this method has heavy computational loads. This paper proposes a fast Fourier transform based method with a relatively small amount of computation to estimate the range of a source. The proposed method estimates Doppler frequencies of CW signals received at multiple receivers by fast Fourier transform and estimates the source range by comparing theoretical Doppler frequencies map previously calculated by a receiver position and source depth information. Simulation and lake trial were performed to verify the performance.

  • In sonar systems, the passive ranging of a target is an active research area. This paper analyzed the performance of passive ranging based on an array invariant method for different environmental and sonar parameters. The array invariant developed for source range estimation in shallow water. The advantages of this method are that detailed environmental information is not required, and the real-time ranging is possible since the computational burden is very small. Simulation was performed to verify the algorithm. And this method is applied to sea-going experimental data in 2013 near Jinhae port. This study shows the performance of ranging for source orientation, transmission signal length, and length of a receiver through numerical simulation experiments. Also, the results using nested array and uniform line arrays are compared.
