The newly revised bioequivalence guideline of Korea allows the add-on test since July 1, 2008 when the initial bioequivalence trial fails to show the equivalence of two drugs. The statistical model of the add-on test and its two stage testing procedures are discussed. Some statistical points of consistency test in the add-on test are considered and the issue on the sample size of add-on test is discussed. Some reasonable alternative like Japan's guideline for bioequivalence studies is recommended to secure the proper use of an add-on study through some simulation studies.

The newly revised bioequivalence guideline of Korea allows the add-on test since July 1, 2008 and some discussion from statistical point of view would be needed for a practical use. The statistical model of add-on test is introduced and its two stage testing procedures are discussed. Meaningful statistical points of the add-on test are delivered through an illustrated example.

Currently Ministry of food and drug safety allows add-on trial when the bioequivalence between two drugs fails to show since July 1, 2008. However, bioequivalence of highly variable drugs based on $2{\times}2$ crossover designs would require too many subjects, so the alternative designs like $2{\times}4$ or $2{\times}3$ crossover experiments are preferred. In this paper, we propose and discuss the statistical procedures for add-on trials in $2{\times}4$ and $2{\times}3$ crossover designs.

본 논문에서는 다양한 형태의 장애인을 대상으로 유연하게 적용 가능한 공공자격시험의 표준화 시스템을 설계하고 개발한다. 1차적으로 4 ~ 6급의 저시력 시각장애인, 뇌병변 장애인, 손부위 등에 대한 지체 장애인을 대상으로 제안시스템을 개발하여 적용한다. 물리적 조건으로 공공자격에 응시하는 장애가 있는 수험자는 수검사항에 위반되지 않는 상태에서 일반 응시자와 별도로 키보드를 지참하여 응시 가능하나 행망용 다기능 한글 모아치기 키보드로 제한되어지고 최소 17인치 이상의 모니터가 제공되어지며 수험 장소에 대하여 특정좌석을 지정할 수 있다. 시험적 조건으로는 장애를 가진 수험자에 대하여 장애상태를 구분하여 일반인 대비 20 ~ 30%의 추가시간이 할당되어지고 실기시험에 대하여는 150%의 확대문자가 기본적으로 제공되어진다. 상위 조건으로 필기시험과 실기시험이 실시되며 특별하게 시각장애인에 대한 실기시험에서는 일반인에 대한 시험 종료 후 제안시스템 제어 하에서 별도의 추가시험 절차가 부가적으로 자동진행 되어진다. 본 구현시스템은 장애인을 위한 8단계의 세부기능 설정 후 13가지의 평가 항목을 설정하여 실제 공공자격시스템에 시험 적용한 결과, 평균적으로 매우우수의 최상급 평가를 받았으며 장애인에 기반 한 공공자격분야 글로벌 표준화 시스템으로 제시하기 위한 후속 연구를 진행하고 있다.

The testing tools implemented up to now for the LDAP(Light-weight Directory Access Protocol) interoperability tests are not easy to modify or add new test items since their source codes are not open. The object-oriented approach, therefore, is required to implement such a testing tool which can be easily modified or add new test items. Thus we designed the architecture for the testing tool applying the object-oriented approach. Java language, appropriate for the object-oriented approach, was used to implement the testing tool. The newly implemented testing tool can modify partly to adapt to the already stored data in the test suite information even during tests. Five LDAP servers can be tested simultaneously with the same configuration setup. Actual testing for the two LDAP servers validates the usefulness of the designed architecture with the proper working of the implemented testing tool according to the architecture.

공진청은 최근 전기용품의 기술기준을 일부 개정했다. 이번에 개정된 전기용품의 기술기준은 우리나라가 국제전기인증위원회(IECEE)에 정회원으로 가입됨에 따라 국제간 상호인증을 대비해 기술기준에 국제안전규격을 반영하기 위해서이다. 개정내용을 보면 시험항목에 소형 단상 변압기류의 잡음세기, 충전식인 것을 충전성능시험, 기계적 강도시험, 전동기 내장제품의 시동특성 등을 추가했으며 시험기준에 있어서는 합성수지 성형품의 내열성능시험과 절연저항 시험기준을 강화했다. 또 전기적인 안정성과 무관한 시험항목은 국제규격에도 없기 때문에 삭제했는데, 형광등기구는 열률을, 전기스탠드는 차광$\cdot$조도시험 열률을, 휴대전등은 집광시험 등을 조정했다. 이밖에도 재료에 있어 폴리염화비페닐 사용을 금지시켰다. 품목별 개정세부 내용은 다음과 같다. 시험항목에 추가된 품목 및 기준이 상향조정된 기술기준은 기난 9월 15일부터 적용되고 있다.

PVT modules commonly can be defined as a combination of PV modules and thermal collectors. After absorbing sun light, electricity and hot water can be actually provided to users simultaneously, which dual outputs (electricity and hot water) have drawn academic interest and industrial activities. Additionally, heat exchange between solar cell and flowing water can enhance solar cell efficiency. Because of PVT modules effectiveness, new international markets and commercial products have made. Especially European, facilities and measurement methods are established to evaluate PVT module performance. However, there are no currently appropriate internationally and domestic standards and facilities to test PVT module performance Herein, to test PVT module performance, indoor thermal simulators and fundamental standard study are considered.

A test range for a 75tf class gas generator cycle liquid propellant rocket engine is defined. The engine system test range is defined by the performance variation during flight, the dispersion after engine calibration, and additional margin. The component development test range includes the operation range corresponding to the engine system test range and the component performance margin.
