To confirm the stability of a cut slope in the road extension construction site, several investigations were carried out and countermeasures of slope was studied. This paper describes a study of design case of extra reinforcement on existing cut slope reinforced by preloading and piles in roads. To investigate the effect of stabilizing piles installed in a cut slope, an instrumentation system also designed, was. As a result that the stabilizing file and earth anchor are considered as the extra reinforcement, both stabilizing pile and earth anchor guarantee the stability of cut slope. However, stabilizing pile is selected in aspects of economy and continuity to the existing cut slop reinforcement including counterweight fill and stabilizing piles.

The design and the construction are carried out by installation of new caissons on the back or the front of old caissons to increase the stability of old caisson breakwater. In this study, we use the eigenfunction expansion method to analyze the effects of wave structure interaction when new circular caissons are installed on the back or the front of old caissons. The comparison of numerical results between present method and Williams and Li is made, and the wave force and the wave run-up acting on each circular caisson are calculated for various parameters by considering the wave structure interaction.

병렬 데이타베이스 소프트웨어 구조 중 공유 디스크 구조는 트랜잭션간의 병렬도 향상, 적재 균형 용이, 데이타 재할당 용이 등의 장점을 가지고 있어 병렬 데이타베이스 구조 중 가장 효율적인 성능이 기대되고 있다. 그러나 공유 디스크 구조는 동시성/응집성 제어를 위한 추가적인 메세지의 증가로 네트워크 트래픽이 증가되는 문제를 가지고 있으며 이러한 문제를 완화시키고자 하는 연구가 계속되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공유 디스크 구조의 동시성/응집성 제어를 위한 추가적인 메세지를 감소시키는 기법을 제안하고, 기존 기법과의 비교를 위해 성능 모델을 제시하였으며, 이를 통한 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 성능을 분석하였다.

Forty-wk-old 480 ISA Brown layers were used in a 10-wk feeding trial to investigate the effects of additional various levels of limestone to a low calcium diet without any calcium additives on the performance of laying hens. There were significant differences in average egg weight (P<0.05) without any specific trend among treatments and hen-day egg production was not influenced by the dietary treatments. Daily intake and conversion per kg egg of feed excluded the calcium supplement were significantly reduced (p<0.05) as the level of additional calcium supplement increased in both types of layer diet, while those of feed included the calcium source were significantly increased (P<0.05) as the level of additional calcium supplement increased. Egg specific gravity, eggshell breaking strength and thickness were increased as the level of additional calcium supplement increased, however the significant differences were found only in egg specific gravity It would be possible to reduce the daily feed intake and feed conversion and to improve the eggshell quality by feed the low calcium diet devoid of calcium supplement from the conventional laying hen diet and by supply the additional calcium source at 3 to 4 p.m. instead of the continuous feeding of conventional high calcium diet.

지난해 9월 정부에서는 진료비 지원대상에 포함되는 희귀난치성질환에 페브리병 등 3개 질환을 추가해 모두 11개 질환으로 늘리기로 했다고 발표했다. 그러나 100여 종이 넘는 희귀난치성질환을 앓고 있는 환자와 가족에게 희망을 주기에는 아직 역부족이 아닐까.

Purpose: We report the clinical outcomes of patients undergoing additional widening of the limbal incision to prevent disease recurrence after conjunctivo-limbal autograft combined with pterygial excision. Methods: We retrospectively compared 95 eyes with primary and 12 eyes with recurrent pterygia randomized to treatment via two surgical methods: conjunctivo-limbal autograft alone and combined with widening of the limbal incision to allow for pterygial removal. We widened the limbal incisions by 1 mm on both the superior and inferior limbal margins and removed the pterygia. The outcomes were compared between 39 eyes undergoing conjunctivo-limbal autograft alone and 68 eyes undergoing conjunctivo-limbal autograft with widening of the limbal incision. Results: The mean overall postoperative follow-up period was $29.6{\pm}10.5months$ and conjunctivo-limbal autograft alone group was $27.4{\pm}11.5months$, combined with widening of the limbal incision group was $30.7{\pm}9.7months$. Six pterygia (15.4%; four primary and two recurrent) developed in those undergoing conjunctivo-limbal autograft alone and two (2.9%; one primary and one recurrent) in those undergoing additional widening of the limbal incision; the recurrence rate differed significantly between the two groups (p < 0.05). In the group treated with conjunctivo-limbal autograft alone, the mean time to development of a new primary pterygium was $6.3{\pm}3.4months$ and that to development of a recurrent pterygium $4.3{\pm}2.5months$; the respective values for the group undergoing additional widening of the limbal incision were $12.1{\pm}2.6$ and $8.4{\pm}4.6months$; the recurrence rates differed significantly (p < 0.05). Conclusions: Conjunctivo-limbal autograft with additional widening of the limbal incision used to treat both new primary and recurrent pterygia was more effective in terms of reducing pterygial recurrence than conjunctivo-limbal aAutograft alone.

추가공사 발주를 미끼로 하도급 대금을 일률적으로 인하하고 다량 발주를 전제로 하도급 대금을 부당하게 감액하는 등 불법.불공정 하도급행위에 대해 법원이 철퇴를 가했다. 광주지법 순천지원 제1민사부(재판장 선재성 부장판사)는 모 하도급업체가 하도급대금미지급 및 부당한 하도급 대금 결정 등으로 손해를 봤다며 자신과 거래한 원도급업체를 상대로 제기한 손해배상 청구 소송에서 "원도급자는 하도급자에게 미지급 공사대금 3억8천600만원과 부당한 하도급 대금 결정에 따른 손해배상금 1억1천500만원, 계약부당 파기로인한 손해배상금 4천200만원 등 5억4천300여만원을 배상하라"고 원고 승소 판결을 내렸다고 밝혔다. 이번 재판은 법원이 하도급대금 미지급 분만 아니라 그 동안 하도급업계에 관행으로 여겨졌던 추가공사 발주를 미끼로 한 하도급대금 감액, 부당 계약해지, 추가계약 교섭 일방파기 등에 제동을 건 것이어서, 앞으로 하도급대금 결정 과정에 상당한 영향이 미칠 것으로 보여져 그 파장이 클 것으로 예상된다.

소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인 공학은 공통성과 가변성 식별을 통해 소프트웨어 재사용을 극대화시키는 접근방법으로 이를 지원하는 특성모델 작성도구에 대한 연구가 다수 진행되고 있다. 하지만 FODA 방식의 특성다이어그램을 지원하는 도구들은 특성다이어그램과 추가적인 특성제약사항을 분리하여 명세하기 때문에, 특성모델의 이해와 두 명세 사이의 일관성 보장이 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 UML을 이용하여 특성다이어그램에 추가적인 특성제약사항을 함께 표현함으로써 특성모델의 이해를 돕고, UML 특성다이어그램의 작성규칙 검사를 통하여 일관성을 보장하는 도구를 제안한다. 이를 기반으로 한 UML 특성모델 편집기를 통하여 개발자는 보다 쉽게 특성모델링을 수행하고, 일관성 있는 특성모델을 작성할 수 있다.

2014 년 4 월 TTA 에서 개정된 " HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼(TTAK.KO-07.0111/R1)" 은 적응형 스트리밍 서비스를 지원하기 위한 기술로 MPEG-DASH 표준을 준용하고 이를 기반으로 추가적인 기술 요구사항을 정의하고 있다. 또한, 이러한 기술 요구 사항에 대한 적합성 시험을 위하여 " HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼 수신기 적합성 시험(TTAK.KO-07.0119/R1)" 표준에 적응형 스트리밍 기술 요구 사항 관련한 시험 기준, 수행 절차, 판정 기준 등이 추가되었다. 이에 TTA 에서는 " HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼" 표준을 준수하여 개발된 스마트 TV 의 적응형 스트리밍 기술 요구 사항에 대한 표준적합성을 검증할 수 있는 시험환경을 구축하였다. 본 논문에서는 TTA 에서 구현한 적응형 스트리밍 적합성 시험환경에 대해 소개한다.
