This article provides an overview of the current concepts regarding anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, including anatomy, biomechanics, operative techniques and clinical results. Many techniques have been introduced for ACL reconstruction: single bundle reconstruction, remnant preserving augmentation, and double bundle reconstruction. Each technique has its strong and weak points, and it is not sure which technique is superior than others. It is considered to suggest that rather than to select the same method of surgery in all patients, select the method of reconstruction depending on the characteristics of the individual patient, the state of the residual ligaments and extent of the damage.

This study investigated the intellectual structure of the latest trends in Korean addiction research in the social sciences. A network analysis of keywords with co-word occurrence was performed on 172 papers from the KCI database based on the data from the year of 2019, and a total of 432 keywords were extracted. The network analysis was performed using several programs: Bibexcel, COOC, WNET, and NodeXL. As a result of the study, keywords related to addiction type, study subjects, research methods, and research variables were found, and a total of 20 clusters were identified. Furthermore, to identify and measure weighted networks, the relationships between each keyword were explored and discussed in detail through a network analysis of global centralities, local centralities, and betweenness centralities. The study indicated that the latest issues were focused on smartphone addiction and provided implications for the future research and practice that fields and topics of relationship addiction, food addiction, and work addiction should be more considered. Further, the study discussed the relationship between drug addiction-crime, alcohol addiction-family, and gambling addiction-motivation and the necessity of qualitative study.

Today, every social phenomenon has there own trend. However, the lead of all trend is taken by fashion trend connected with the change of clothes. Fashion collection shows overall trends and characteristics of fashion trends, and fashion collections in Paris, Milano, New York, and London, known as the world's top four collections, are creating latest trends. Collections of fashion designers, who deliver these trends in a quickest way, show all elements ranging from fashion to make-up, hair, and accessories. New make-up trends of every season are introduced in fashion collection, since a fashion collection is a venue where not only various designs or colors, but also diverse image concepts are experimented. Therefore, this study aims to analyze make-up trend found in the world top four fashion collections and get into the influence on new trend of cosmetic brands.

In 2014, Japan is scheduled to launch GCOM(Global Change Observation Mission)-C for the global change observation mission, where SGLI(Second-generation Global Imager) is planned for optical multi-channel observation ofa radiation budget and a carbon cycle. Depending on the spectral channels, SGLI consists ofS GLI-VNR(Visible Near IR) and SGLI-IRS(IR Scanning). Their main design schemes are mostly based upon those ofthe previous instruments ever developed in Japan, which is intended to reduce the development risk for the advanced performance. Accordingly, for the better understanding ofSG LI, the paper reviews the history oft he Japanese optical payloads from two different views: VNR and IR. Through the review, a comparison among the Japanese optical instruments is made to distinguish the development trend toward SGLI ofGC OM-C.

Global warming started as the scientific problem in 20th century is being highlighted as the environmental issue with the conclusion of convention on climate change. It has great influence in all aspects of nature, especially 'Eco-friendly design' that takes not only health life of present but also affluent life in the future into consideration became an inevitable trend in almost all industries including the apparel and distribution industry worldwide. Therefore, this study is an eco-friendly tendency in fashion that are hot issue in the world and focused on advertisement and collection since 2000. The aim of this is to classify eco-friendly fashion design study presented in contemporary fashion brand. In result, it was analyzed fourth tendencies as follows : eco-friendly tendency with organic material, upgradation of recycle fashion, green campaign and well-being LOHAS fashion. In this aspect, eco-friendly tendency that is expanded to overall society, culture and living shows in present.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the current status of geography education research in South Korea. This article consists of mainly two parts: 1) source of knowledge and 2) content of knowledge in geography education research. The main academic journals are introduced as the sources of knowledge. The research trends in these journals are discussed as the content of knowledge. We classified geography education research into three types based on the framework suggested by Bednarz (2000): 1) nature of geographic knowledge, learning, and curriculum, 2) teacher education in geography, and 3) strategies in the geography classroom. Relevant research regarding each category is introduced. We hope this study serves as an access point where geography educators in South Korea and other countries facilitate interactions with each other.

국가들 간의 차이는 국제적 소비자행동 연구의 근간이 되며 글로벌기업의 전략 구상에 중요한 변수로 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 의복충동구매에 대한 국가간 이해를 증진시키기 위해 한국과 미국의 대학생들을 대상으로 의복충동구매와 구매에 영향을 미치는 쇼핑감정에 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고 쇼핑감정이 의복충동구매에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 질문지를 개발하였고, 한국(N = 412)과 미국(N = 290) 각각의 대도시에 위치한 대학교를 무작위 선정하여 정규강의시간 전후에 자원자들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 분석 결과, 미국대학생들에 비해 한국대학생들은 구체적 구매의도가 없는 상태에서 점포를 둘러본 후에 구매할 것을 결정하는 등의 계획적 충동구매나 다른 목적으로 점포에 들렀다가 계획에 없었던 필요한 것 혹은 기억나는 의류제품을 구매하는 등의 상기된 충동구매를 더 많이 하는 경향이 있었다. 그러나 미국 대학생들의 경우, 구매의도는 없었으나 새로운 스타일이나 최신 의류제품을 보았을 때 충동적으로 구매를 하는 패션지향적 충동구매가 한국대학생들에 비해 더 많이 나타나는 경향이 있었다. 또한 소비자들이 쇼핑할 때 느끼는 쇼핑감정 중 긍정적인 쇼핑감정은 미국대학생들이 한국대학생들보다 더 많이 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 한국과 미국 대학생들은 모두 쇼핑과정에서 긍정적 감정을 느낄 때 여러 유형의 의복충동구매 가능성이 높게 나타났으나 부정적 쇼핑감정이 발생했을 때는 한국 대학생들만이 패션지향적인 충동구매를 하는 경향이 있었다. 이러한 결과는 의류제품을 쇼핑할 때 두 나라 대학생 모두에게 쇼핑감정 특히, 긍정적 감정은 구매의도를 자극하여 충동구매를 조장하는 중요한 역할을 담당함을 보여주었다. 이러한 연구결과는 의복충동구매와 쇼핑감정 간의 관계를 이해하고자하는 연구자들과 리테일러들에게 필요한 정보들을 제공해준다.

In the past, the report of shoulder instability undergoing open shoulder stabilization had satisfactory outcomes of greater than 90%. However, the functional loss of open procedure is severe in abduction and external rotation especially. Current arthroscopic techniques for shoulder instability result in success rate equal to open surgical procedure when the labrum is properly fixed to the glenoid rim using suture anchors, the capsule is tightened, and associated bony and soft tissue pathology is addressed. The arthroscopic surgery facilitates the view within shoulder joint for more accurate diagnosis, reduces operating time, minimises postoperative pain, reduces operative morbidity, improves shoulder function, and provides the possibility to perform other procedure simultaneously. However, to accomplish a successful arthroscopic stabilization procedure and to prevent complications, numerous advanced arthroscopic skill must be mastered. Although the arthroscope provides means to visualize new lesions, the pathomechanism and biomechanical explanation is not clear yet. Further studies are necessary to develop for shoulder reconstruction.

As a dentist, we should be prepared for emergencies that can occur at any time in dental practice. In addition, we must be able to provide first aid to patients with the latest knowledge when an emergency actually occurs. It has been revised every five years since the American Heart Association published advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) guidelines. The current final guideline is the 2015 version. It is expected that the 2020 version will be released around the winter of 2020. Therefore, at this point, the latest version (2015 ver.) will be important. Many changes were made from 1995 to 2015. I would like to summarize the parts of the revised parts that remain important.

위장관에서 분비되는 많은 국소호르몬 중에서 이미 널리 알려진 것을 외에 구조적인 공통점을 가진 새로운 group인 pancreatic polypeptide family에 대한 정보를 요약하여 보았다. PP, NPY 및 PYY는 그 구조적 유사점들에도 불구하고 분비되는 장소가 판이하여, PP는 위와 췌장의 국소호르몬으로서, NPY는 중추 및 말초신경의 신경충동전달체로서, 또 PYY는 하부위장관 점막에서부터 분비되어 전신 호르몬처럼 작용하고 있다. 이들 NPY와 PYY의 혈관수축작용과 혈압상승작용은 우리의 흥미를 끌기에 충분하다. 특히 PYY는 주로 하부장관 특히 결장과 직장의 분비조직에서 많이 발견된다는 점과 돼지의 뇌혈관을 수축시켰다는 점이 주목할 만한 것이다. 우리나라에는 많은 고혈압 환자가 있으며, 고혈압을 비롯한 여러가지 원인에 의한 뇌졸중(뇌출혈 포함) 환자도 많이 발생하고 있다. 민간의 속설에 의하면 출혈성 뇌졸증이 기온이 낮은 계절에 보다 자주 발생하는 경향이 있으며, 이른아침 화장실에서의 배변시 자주 발생한다고 한다. 물론 이러한 속설을 뒷받침할 만한 자료가 없으므로 학문적 견지에서의 신빙성 여부를 논할 가치는 없겠으나, 배변시 비교적 강한 자극을 받고 활발한 운동을 하는 결장과 직장에 PYY의 분비세포가 집결되어 있다는 점과 PYY의 뇌혈관수축작용 및 혈압 상승작용 등을 고려해 볼 때, 출혈성 뇌졸증과 PYY의 상관관계는 추구해볼 만한 사항이라 사료된다.
