차세대관리 종합공정(ACP)은 사용후핵연료의 안전하고 효율적인 관리를 위하여 제시된 건식처리공정으로 이 공정을 이용하여 사용후핵연료를 금속으로 전환하고, 고발열성 핵종(Cs, Sr)을 효율적으로 제거하여 사용후핵연료의 부피, 발열량 및 방사선의 세기를 최대 1/4까지 감소시키고, 처분용기의 소요량과 처분장의 소요면적을 1/2 이상으로 축소함으로서 처분 안전성과 경제성을 높일 수 있는 장점으로 인해 연구개발 중에 있으며, 현재 기초연구가 완료되어 실증시험 수행을 위한 상세 계획이 확정되었다.(중략)

본 연구는 원예작물의 저장기간동안 특성에 맞는 환경을 조성하고 작물의 초기 수확시 상태를 최대한 보장하기 위해 작물의 변화를 관찰하여 그 데이터를 분석할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 측정된 데이터의 분석을 통하여 작물에 알맞은 환경을 유지하여 그 작물의 상품의 가치틀 향상시키는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터넷 기반에서 원예산물 등의 물류량을 안정적으로 조절할 수 있도록 총괄적인 데이터를 제공하여 관리할 수 있는 시스템 구성한다.

본 논문은 Tertiary 저장장치를 이용한 대용량 비디오 서버의 설계와 구현에 대해서 기술한다. 서버는 서비스와 프로세스 관리 서브시스템, 자원 관리 서브시스템, 입출력 관리 서브시스템의 세 부분으로 구성된다. 입출력 대역폭이 낮은 Tertiary 저장장치의 효율적인 사용을 위해 디스크 캐쉬 풀 모델을 사용하고, 적절한 스케줄링 정책과 캐슁 알고리즘을 이용하여 가능한 많은 사용자를 수용한다. 서버는 Windows 2000에서 시스템 서비스로 구현되었으며 디스크 캐쉬의 효과적인 사용으로 Tertiary 저장장치의 낮은 대역폭을 최대한 활용하여 접속된 사용자에게 안정된 비디오 스트리밍 서비스를 제공한다.

1994년에 일본 서부지역에서 100년 빈도 이상의 극심한 가뭄으로 각지에서 농작물의 가뭄피해가 발생하였다. 그러나 현재까지 정비해 온 관개시설과 물관리의 새로운 방식으로 과거와 같은 심한 피해를 피할수 있었으며 전체적으로는 오히려 평년 이상 풍작이었다. 구체적인 물관리의 갈수 대책으로는 취수량을 제한하고, 물의 용도별 배분, 급수율을 철저히 감시하는 방법, 윤환관개, 비상용 양수기를 설치하는 등이 가뭄 극복의 효과적인 대책이었다. 이번 가뭄 경험으로

골다공증은 뼈의 화학적 조성에는 변화가 없고 단위 용적 내의 물량 감소를 초래해 경미한 충격에도 쉽게 골절을 일으키는 질환으로 뼛속에 구멍이 많아져 골밀도가 저하된 상태를 말한다. 우리 몸의 뼈는 소아기와 청소년기를 거쳐서 점차 단단해지고 20~30대에 생애 중 최대골량을 형성하며, 나이가 들수록 골량이 서서히 줄어들다가 폐경기 이후 여성에서 매우 빠른 속도로 골량이 감소한다. 이러한 골다공증은 대부분 증상 없이 조용히 진행되다가 골절이 나타난 후에야 발견된다. 골다공증이 진행된 후에는 허리가 구부러지고 경미한 충격에도 골절을 일으키는데 주로 척추, 대퇴골 늑글 등의 골절이 흔히 발생한다.

채종원관리를 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 시설되는 저 규격도로는 대부분 비포장상태로 이용되는 경우 많다. 이는 강우에 의한 침식붕괴로 하류의 산림식생환경 및 수질환경 오염으로 연결될 위험성이 내포되어 있어 적절한 방법으로 사전에 방지할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경과 친화적인 재료를 최대한 이용하여 개발된 목배수로를 내구성 강화를 검토하였던바 섬유질 포의 조절과 고무질의 성능 조절에 의한 검토로 현장에의 적용이 가능하였다.

우리나라는 수요관리를 위해 '85년도 하계휴가보수, 자율절전 제도를 도입한 후 부하관리 효과를 면밀히 평가하지 않은 채 관습적으로 매년 부하관리 목표량을 상향하며 더 많은 예산을 지속적으로 투입하고 있다. 하지만 우리나라는 심야시간대 낮은 요금체계 등으로 인하여 부하율이 높은 수준으로 부하관리 효과가 저조한 실정이며, 최근 여름철 이상 기온 발생 등으로 부하관리기간 이외에 연중 최대 부하가 발생하는 빈도가 점차 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 도 소매시장에서 자발적인 부하관리 인센티브, 현 부하관리제도 등을 분석하고 우리나라 전력계통의 부하지속곡선에서 적정 부하관리용량을 산정하고자 한다.

This paper proposed the calculation method of the generation operating avoided cost to cost-effectiveness evaluation of energy conservation programs that compounded the Proxy Plant Method and Load Decrement Method. This method introduced an operating index of the Energy Efficiency Demand-Side Management (EEDSM) resources based on the end-user's behaviors on the electricity power usage. The operation index is applied to calculate the hourly operating capacity of diffused high-efficiency appliances. And the operating capacity on the peak load hours for reference load is computed through the reduction of the peak load that contributes to that hour. Also, the proposed method evaluated the effect of EEDSM resources. The IEEE-RTS is adopted as a sample system to analyze impacts of an EEDSM. This paper, we have analyzed the effect of EEDSM upon the changes in the generation of generator, generation cost and the system marginal price (SMP). This method can be used to evaluate the impact of the diffused DSM resource and to estimate the impact in short-term EEDSM program. Further, result of the calculation can be utilized to pabulum for effect analysis of EEDSM resources.

This paper covers a series of activities including initial proposal and actual development for the performance improvement of large-scale public facility management system under the application of green IT concept, which finally produced various excellent results in the administration of expense control, human resources, and general affairs. Actual development procedure starts from the analysis required by system users with the purpose of finding cost reduction opportunities under the application of green IT concept, which is followed by a series of activities including making a proposal for performance improvement, the development of trial system and the actual application into real system. As an example of large-scale public facility management system, national qualification management system was taken in order to convert the existing individual test storage unit into on-line storage space equipped with reinforced security function, resulting in acquisition of efficient productivity and greater savings in human resources as well as general expenses. A comparison with existing system and newly developed system was made in the area of number of operators, abnormal processing, system maintenances. It proved that efficiency increased to the minimum of 2 times and to the maximum 12 times with the 5 million savings of personal storage unit.
