  • The purpose of this study is to construct a testing equipment with which several characteristics of the domestically developed swashplate type axial piston motor can be tested and to develop a software with which the data from experiment can be stored and can be applied. The results of the study are as follows; 1) The leakage flow and the torque of the motor being stopped is propotional to supply pressure and their relation can be showed by linear equations. 2) The motor movement is not smooth below 50 rpm but it moves smoothly up 170 rpm. 3) When the motor starts or stops, the pressure rise ratio effects decisively to the max. torque.

  • 풍력발전기에 있어서 보호 및 제어 시스템은 그 효율, 성능, 안전 및 수명까지도 영향을 미칠 수 있는 중요한 구성요소이다 따라서 제어 시스템은 풍력발전기의 최대 효율 및 가동률을 확보하여야 하며 풍력발전기에 문제가 발생할 경우 즉시 가동을 정지할 수 있도록 안전성을 확보할 수 있도록 설계되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 "750kw급 Gearless형 풍력발전시스템 개발" 과제의 일환으로 수행되었던 풍력발전기용 제어시스템의 설계 및 제작 과정과 상용제품으로서의 본 제어 시스템을 소개하고자 한다.

Design and Ground Test of Propeller for 50 m-long Airship Propulsion (50 M급 비행선 추진용 프로펠러 설계 및 지상성능시험)

  • Design analysis and grow1d test on propellers for 50 m-long airship propulsion were conducted. The design analysis code developed by adopting the vortex-blade-element theory was applied to the design of optimum propeller at the condition of maximum flight speed at sea level. In order to validate the performance of the propeller, ground test of the propeller was performed, and thrust and torque were measured for several different pitch angles at static condition. The power coefficients and thrust coefficients obtained by the test compared well with the analysis results.
