마이크로파에 의한 하수슬러지 전처리시 세포파괴 특성에 관한 연구

  • 조사강도(700W, 500W, 350W)별로 4분간 전처리시 세포파괴도는 protein의 경우 각각 69.1, 25.8, 21.5%를 나타내었으며, carbohydrate의 경우 각각 7.7, 3.2, 2.9%를 나타내어, 조사강도가 강할수록 동일 조사시간에 대한 세포파괴도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 조사강도 500W 및,35OW의 경우 최대 조사시간인 6분 및 8분에 대한 protein의 세포파괴도는 각각 74.3, 76.9%를 나타내어 최대 조사강도 700W로 4분간 전처리시와 유사한 세포파괴도 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 마이크로파 전처리시 이러한 protein의 높은 세포파괴도는 체외고분자물질(ECPs)의 탈착 및 간극수 중의 protein 물질의 누출 등에 의한 것으로 판단되며, 상기 실험결과와 같이 protein의 높은 세포파괴도는 후속공정인 혐기성소화시 율속단계(rate-limiting step)의 단축으로 소화효율이 향상될 것으로 판단된다.

  • 횡방향철근에 의하여 적절히 구속된 콘크리트 기둥은 강도증가 및 연성의 확보면에서 유리하다. 본 연구의 목적은 횡방향철근에 의하여 구속된 코아콘크리트의 크기,횡방향철근의 간격비 및 체적철근비 등의 변화에 따른 콘크리트 기둥의 극한강도를 포함한 최대하중 이전의 거동 및 최대하중 이후의 거동을 실험적, 해석적으로 고찰함으로써 콘크리트 기둥의 구속효과정도를 규명하려는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 횡구속된 콘크리트 기둥모형의 압축재하실험을 수행하였으며, 최대하중 이전의 거동에 대하여 연속체적 파괴와 소성을 고려한 3차원 모델링을 통한유한요소해석을 실시하였다. 또한 횡구속된 콘크리트 기둥의 변형률국소화 모델에 의한 파괴해석을 통하여 구속된 콘크리트 기둥의 최대하중 이후의 거동을 재현하였다. 해석결과는 압축재하실험의 결과와 비교, 분석되었으며, 이에 따른 구속효과를 규명하였다.

Structural Strength Analysis at Cushion Frame and Back Frame of Automotive Seat (자동차 시트 쿠션 프레임 및 백 프레임의 구조 강도 해석)

  • Among the various parts of automobile, automotive seat is the most fundamental item that ride comfort can be evaluated as the direct contact part with human body. Automotive seat must have the sufficient rigidity and strength at the same time with ride comfort. In this study, cushion frame and back frame at car seat are modelled with 3D. There are structural simulation analyses about 3 kinds of tests on torsion strength, vertical load strength and back frame strength. In the analysis result, the initial total deformation and the permanent total deformation has the maximum values of 5.4821 mm and 0.02539mm respectively at the torsion strength test of cushion frame. Total deformations at front and rear end parts of cushion frame become the values of 2.1159mm and 0.0606mm respectively at the test of vertical load strength of cushion frame. In case of more than this load, the maximum value of total deformation also becomes 3.1739mm. The maximum value of total deformation becomes 0.18634mm at 3 kinds of the strength tests on back frame. By the study result of no excessive deformation and no fracture cushion frame and back frame at automotive seat, the sufficient rigidity and strength to guarantee the safety of passenger can be verified.

Evaluation of Forming Performance of Cold Rolled Steel Pipes & Tubes for Building Structure (건축구조용 냉간성형 강관의 가공성능 평가)

  • Making use of SN steel in the building structure should be a prerequisite to adopt the design strength of said steel. As a preceding study, the material properties of STKN400B/490B tubes and SPAP235/325 and SPAR295 square pipes manufactured using SN400B/490B plates were evaluated. Compared with the yield and ultimate strengths of SN400B/490B plates, those of STKN400B/490B tubes increase. Nonetheless, the yield and ultimate strengths of STKN400B/490B tubes satisfied the design codes of STKN400B/490B tubes even though the tubes were fabricated via roll bending or press forming. On the other hand, the yield and ultimate strengths at the edges of SPAP235/325 square pipes did not satisfy the design codes based on the values at the sides. The maximum tensile and compressive residual stresses at the SN490B tube were equal to and 40% of the yield strength of the SN490B plate, respectively, In the case of the SPAP325 square pipe, both the maximum tensile and compressive residual stresses were 80% of the yield strength of the SN490B plate. The axial compressive loaded column test results snowed that the buckling strengths were not very different regardless of the mode of fabrication of STKN490B tunes. i.e., through roll bending or press forming. On the other hand, the buckling strength of the SPAP325 square pipe was higher than that of the built-up square pipe.

  • 단사정 HBO2 분막을 무기접착제로 이용하여 선택적 레이저 소결 기술을 적용시켜 알루미나-글래스 복합재료를 제조하였다. 만들어진 green SLS 시험편을 여러 온도에서 열처리하여 글래스-세라믹 복합재료를 얻었다. 글래스의 양이 많을수록 복합재료는 높은 밀도와 높은 굽힘강도를 보여주었다. 열처리 온도 $900^{\circ}C$에서 복합재료는 최대 밀도와 최대 강도를 나타낸다. 이것은 글래스의 낮은 점도로 인한 좋은 유동성 때문에 글래스의 재분배가 이루어졌기에 가능하다고 생각되어진다. 그리고 기공이 많은 열처리한 SLS 시험편에 콜로이드 실리카를 주입시켜 치밀화시켰다.

Material Properties Depending on the Maximum Aggregate Size and Fineness Modulus for Concrete Repair Materials (콘크리트 단면복구용 보수재료의 굵은 골재 최대치수 및 조립률에 따른 재료적 특성)

  • Re-damage is frequently occurring for various reasons, including material factors, external factors, and factors caused by poor construction in concrete cross-section restoration work, so it is necessary to identify the cause and improve it. Cement-based materials are the most commonly used maintenance materials for concrete structures, and in particular, additional cross-sectional restoration work may be carried out due to re-damage such as cracks and excitement due to dry contraction of the repair material. In this study, a basic study was conducted to identify the characteristics of concrete while diversifying the maximum dimensions and assembly rate of thick aggregates to examine the effects of using thick aggregates in repair materials. As a result, the slump of concrete increased as the maximum size of thick aggregates increased, and the amount of air content was measured 1.88 to 2.35 times higher in the mixing using aggregates with a maximum aggregate size of 5 mm or more compared to the mixing group with a maximum aggregate size of 10 mm or more. It was found that compressive strength was greatly affected by the performance rate of thick aggregates. The compressive strength was measured the highest in the mixture using thick aggregates with the highest performance rate of 20 mm, and the compressive strength of the mixture with the lowest performance rate was more than 45%. As a result of the dry shrinkage measurement, the dry shrinkage was the lowest as the performance rate of the thick aggregate increased according to the change in the maximum dimensions and assembly rate of the thick aggregate, and the lowest performance rate was the largest in the mix. Through this study, it was confirmed that adjusting the particle size by diversifying the maximum dimensions and assembly rate of thick aggregates used in concrete structure repair materials can improve strength and workability and reduce dry shrinkage.

  • 본 논문에서는 배수성(저소음)포장을 포함하는 2-Layer 아스팔트 포장의 상부층과 하부층의 역학적인 특성을 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법으로는 슈퍼페이브 배합설계로 2-Layer 아스팔트 포장의 상 하부층 시편을 제작하였으며, 시편 상부층의 최대공칭치수는 4.75mm이고 하부층의 최대공칭치수는 13mm이다. 이 시편에 대한 기본 물성 시험 실시 후 마샬 안정도 시험에 대한 안정도와 흐름값을 평가하였다. 그리고 상부층과 하부층의 자유단 공진주 시험을 통해 탄성계수(E)를 측정하였고, 비파괴 시험법인 슈미트해머(Schmidt hammer)를 이용해 반발경도를 측정한 후 강도를 추정하였다. 또한 일축압축시험으로 측정된 압축강도로 탄성계수($E_{50}$)를 계산하였다. 마지막으로 각각의 역학적 시험을 통해 얻어진 결과값으로 강도(qu)와 탄성계수 ($E_{50}$)의 상관관계와 추정식으로 구한 강도와 일축압축강도 시험으로 얻어진 강도와의 상관관계를 분석하였고, 자유단 공진주 시험의 탄성계수(E)값과 일축압축시험의 결과로 얻어진 탄성계수($E_{50}$)의 상관관계를 분석하였다.

Effect of Aggregate on Mechanical Properties of Ultra-High Strength Concrete Exposed to High Temperature (고온을 받은 초고강도 콘크리트의 역학적 특성에 관한 골재의 영향)

  • Concrete structures exposed to fire produce changes in their internal structure, resulting in their service life reduction due to the deterioration of its strength and performance capacity. The deterioration level are dependent on the temperature, exposure time, concrete mix proportions, aggregate property, and material properties. This study was performed to evaluate the thermal behavior of ultra-high strength concrete for the parameters of water to cement ratio (compressive strength), fine to total aggregate ratio, and maximum coarse aggregate size. At room temperature and $500^{\circ}C$, tests of ultrasonic pulse velocity, resonance frequency, static modulus of elasticity, and compressive strength are performed using ${\varnothing}100{\times}200\;mm$ cylindrical concrete specimens. The results showed that the residual mechanical properties of ultra-high strength concrete heated to $500^{\circ}C$ is influenced by variation of a water to binder ratio, fine to total aggregate ratio, and maximum coarse aggregate size.

Bending Capacity Evaluation of the Infilled Composite Beam with Semi-slim Closed Section (반슬림 폐단면 충전형 합성보의 휨성능 평가)

  • An AU-composite beam based on U-shaped steel beams and steel plate anchors of type A was developed. The composite beam reduced the height of the building floor and construction cost. In addition, it decreased the length of construction work, and improved the flexural strength and stiffness as a form of tubes. In this study, AU-composite beams were tested directly and their performance was evaluated through bending experiments. The strength of the specimens was increased initially by linear loads and reached a maximum strength due to destruction of the concrete slab. All of the experiments showed more than 85% of the maximum stress and performed gentle movement. In addition, there was good composite behavior with the steel plate anchor that had excellent composite effects and reached full strength until the maximum strength was reached. When the thickness of the steel plate was increase, the flexural stiffness and strength of the specimen were improved. Therefore, the flexural strength of AU-composite beams can be estimated using the flexural strength formula according to the KBC 2016.

Flexural Performance Characteristics of High Performance Slurry Infiltrated Fiber Reinforced Cementitious Composite according to Fiber Volume Fraction (섬유혼입률에 따른 고성능 슬러리 충전 강섬유보강 시멘트 복합체의 휨성능 특성)

  • High performance fiber reinforced cementitious composite (HPFRCC) can provide high fracture energy absorption as well as high strength with high fiber volume fraction. The increased fracture energy helps resisting high frequency loadings, such as earthquake, impact or blast. This study investigates the flexural performance of slurry infiltrated fiber concrete (SIFCON), one of the important HPFRCC, with respect to varying fiber volume fraction. The maximum fiber volume fraction was 8.0 % and reduced to 6.0% by 0.5% and the maximum volume fraction is obtained by packing fibers with simple tapping by hands. The used fiber was a steel fiber with the length 30 mm and the diameter of 0.5 mm. The flexural strengths were 48.7 MPa at 8.0 % and 22.8 MPa at 6.0 %. The measured flexural strength is much higher compared to other cememtitious composite materials but decreased proportional to the fractions. This result implies that for SIFCON considered herein the reduced amount of steel fibers may affect its flexural performance in a negatively way. The flexural toughness, an index to represent the fracture energy absorption, also decreased with the reduced fiber amount.
