This study aims to examine how children's life satisfaction is interrelated with parents' life satisfaction longitudinally. Autoregressive cross-lagged model was employed to analyze the interrelationship between children's and parents' life satisfaction. This study used 6 waves (Elementary school 4th year to Middle school 3rd year) from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Study (KCYPS). The sample size was 1,963 families with child and parent. Key findings are as follows: First, children's and parents' life satisfaction, respectively, was found to influence each other during the study period. Second, parents' life satisfaction were found to have positive and significant cross-lagged impacts on children's life satisfaction. Third, similarly, children's life satisfaction was positively related to parents' life satisfaction longitudinally. The findings suggest that children's and parents' life satisfaction are interrelated in an autoregressive cross-lagged model. This study concludes with implications for enhancing children's and parents' life satisfaction.

This study examined the satisfaction of clinical laboratory science students practiced in clinical practice. In addition, the satisfaction of clinical practice and the satisfaction of the clinical practicum affecting the major satisfaction were investigated. From February 20, 2019 to March 10, 2019, a questionnaire survey was conducted on clinical laboratory science students who performed clinical practice in eight weeks of 2018. A total of 344 people were selected for the final analysis data. The questionnaire was comprised of 46 items, which consisted of three items of the general characteristics and 43 items of the clinical practice satisfaction. The satisfaction level of the clinical practice evaluation part was lowest in average 3.88 points. Male students were more satisfied with clinical practice than female students. The satisfaction level was higher in the group with more than the average degree of satisfaction than the group with less than the average. The factors that affect the satisfaction of clinical practice and the degree of satisfaction with majors are the satisfaction with the clinical practice time and satisfaction with interpersonal relationships.

This study aims at diagnosing the relationship among user's security need Sufficiency, customer satisfaction and life satisfaction in electronic security system. For the achievement of this study selected electronic security system users in Seoul as a population for about 25 days from June 20th, 2008 to July 15th, 2008, segmented Han river based in 5 areas and extracted 1 dong per each area. This study selected 378 peoples by distributing 400 unities in total for each 80 peoples throughout purposive sampling method. The final 302 samples were used in statistics. Collected data was analyzed based on the aim of this study using SPSSWIN 16.0, and factor analysis, reliability analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used as statistic techniques to analyze. The conclusions are the followings; First, The higher bodily, environmental, mental, informational, and physical security need the more body and property protection satisfaction and facility customer satisfaction. The higher bodily, environmental, and mental security need the more employee service satisfaction. Second, The higher bodily, environmental, informational, and physical security need are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction and security life satisfaction. Third, The higher personal and property protection, facility, and employee service satisfaction the more security life satisfaction. Also, the higher customer service and personal and property protection satisfaction are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction. Fourth, Security need sufficiency has little influence on life satisfaction directly, but it has high influences on life satisfaction through customer satisfaction of electronic security system.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of satisfaction with workplace child-care on the parenting stress, job commitment, and job satisfaction of parents. The questionnaires survey of this study was conducted on 185 parent-employees (97 fathers & 88 mothers) who used employer-supported child-care in the province of Kyungki-do. The results of this study were as follows: As the level of satisfaction with workplace child-care became higher, the level of parenting stress became lower. And as the level of satisfaction with workplace child-care became higher, the level of job commitment and job satisfaction became higher. Among five components of satisfaction with workplace child-care, satisfaction with the environment for child-care had an independent influence on parenting stress. And satisfaction with the management of child-care facility had an independent influence on job commitment and job satisfaction. This study suggested that education programs that target employers need to raise employers' awareness about the importance of workplace child-care in order to reduce parenting stress and to enhance job commitment and job satisfaction of parent-employees.

This study examined the relation between MBTI personality types and job satisfaction, job satisfaction's effect on the customer orientation and willingness to change job and MBTI personality types's moderating effect on the relation among job satisfaction customer orientation, willingness to change job. Research results are as following. First, MBTI personality types didn't influence job satisfaction significantly. Second, job satisfaction affected customer orientation positively and willingness to change job negatively. Finally, MBTI personality type's moderating effect was analysed using Psychological Function and Attitude Index. Moderation effect of Psychological Function was significant only on the relation between job satisfaction and customer orientation. Moderation effect of Attitude Index was significant both on the relation between job satisfaction and customer orientation and the relation between job satisfaction and willingness to change job. These results of current study can be useful to recruit, organize, educate life planners based on the personality types of MBTI. And the applicability of MBTI test will increase by using these results.

This study aims to investigate the impact of job stress on the job satisfaction and life satisfaction of local government officials who participated in the reading academy from January 2023 to March 2023. The research involved collecting 300 questionnaires and conducting multiple regression analysis to analyze the obtained data. The results of the study are presented below. Impact of Job Stress on Job Satisfaction: The analysis revealed that among the sub-factors of job stress, inappropriate compensation significantly increases job stress among local government officials in the reading academy. Moreover, the study found that turnover intention was particularly high when compensation was not recognized as appropriate, indicating it as the most significant source of job stress. Impact of Job Stress on Life Satisfaction: The findings demonstrate that several factors negatively influence job stress, leading to reduced life satisfaction among local government officials in the reading academy. These factors include undesirable changes in working conditions or situations, anxiety about reorganization, inconsistent work orders, gender discrimination, and an authoritative organizational atmosphere. Effect of Job Satisfaction on Life Satisfaction: The analysis of the relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction indicated that turnover intention and remuneration level in job satisfaction positively influenced emotional satisfaction. Conversely, the job itself and interpersonal relationships had a significant negative effect on emotional satisfaction. Furthermore, the job itself and the level of remuneration in job satisfaction showed a significant positive effect on physical satisfaction. Similarly, the job itself and the level of remuneration in job satisfaction positively affected social satisfaction, while the intention to change jobs had a significant negative impact.

This study aims to find the best model to fit the number of insurance solicitor's turnovers of life insurance companies using count data regression models such as poisson regression, negative binomial regression, zero-inflated poisson regression, or zero-inflated negative binomial regression. Out of the four models, zero-inflated negative binomial model has been selected based on AIC and SBC criteria, which is due to over-dispersion and high proportion of zero-counts. The significant factors to affect insurance solicitor's turnover found to be a work period in current company, a total work period as financial planner, an affiliated corporation, and channel management satisfaction. We also have found that as the job satisfaction or the channel management satisfaction gets lower as channel management satisfaction, the number of insurance solicitor's turnovers increases. In addition, the total work period as financial planner has positive relationship with the number of insurance solicitor's turnovers, but the work period in current company has negative relationship with it.

Purpose: This study was carried out to examine the applied effects of an oriental nursing intervention program on the physical health status, activities of daily living (ADL), depression, life satisfaction, and Yangseng of the elderly living in the community. Methods: This was a quasi-experimental study using a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest. Study participants were total 79 elderly (experimental: n=39, control: n=40) who aged 65 or over with normal cognitive status and available communication in D community, Seoul, South Korea. They were recruited by convenient sampling, and assigned randomly. The oriental nursing intervention program composed Pal-Dan-Gum as Qi-gong therapy and Kyunglak exercise. This program consisted of 20 sessions total for 10 weeks. Measures were CMI(Cornell Medical Index), Instrumental ADL (Activities of Daily Living), GDS(Geriatric Depression Scale), geriatric life satisfaction scale, and Yangseng scale. Data were analyzed by SPSS WIN21.0 using descriptive statistics, x²-test, and independent t-test. Results: There were statistically significant differences in the mean scores of physical health status (t=10.295, p<.001), ADL (t=7.571, p<.001), depression (t=-15.434, p<.001), life satisfaction (t=21.257, p<.001), and Yangseng (t=9.527, p<.001) between intervention and control groups. Conclusions: Oriental nursing intervention program was effective for improving the physical health status, ADL, depression, life satisfaction, and Yangseang of the elderly living in the community. This intervention program can be implied for health promotion of elderly living in the community.

This study aims to find new attributes by analyzing Korea and China duty free store online reviews and examine the influence of these attributes on star ratings(satisfaction)of duty free store. For study, we used Dazhong Dianping that largest online review site in China. Using R, we analyzed 5,659 reviews of Korea duty free store and 4,051 reviews of China duty free store. According to the analysis, Sale, Food and Membership attributes had a positive effect on star rating of Korea duty free store. Sale, Product, Airport, Food and Membership had a positive effect on star rating of China duty free store. This study has identified new factors such as food that showed the importance of providing space of restaurants while shopping at duty free store. This study has contributed to the existing literature by finding new attribute such as food. Practically, this finding will help to duty free industry workers better understand the impact of providing space of restaurants on duty free store.

본 연구에서는 특별피난계단의 전실에 설치되는 부속실제연설비가 화재 시 발생한 연기가 부속실 내로 역류하지 않는 급기댐퍼의 적정한 설치위치를 알아보고자 하였으며, 이를 확인하기 위하여 FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator)을 사용 하였다. 시뮬레이션 Case 총 15가지로 구분하고, 방연풍속은 총 64개의 지점에서 측정하는 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 출입문 상부 및 하부에서 역 기류가 발행하는 Case가 있었으며, 대부분 출입문 하부에서의 연기 유입이 예상되는 경우가 많았다. 방연풍속은 측정 포인트 64점에서 관련기준에 단 한 곳도 미달하지 않고 만족하는 경우는 총 단 4가지 Case로서 매우 제한적인 것을 알 수 있었다. 그만큼 급기댐퍼의 위치 및 급기방향에 따라 부속실 제연설비의 성능이 다양하게 나타날 수 있다는 것이다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 앞으로 실물실험을 통하여 구체적인 자료가 입증되길 바라고, 더불어 부속실 제연설비의 성능을 개선하는 데 있어 도움이 되었으면 한다.
