본 시스템에서는 도서의 검색 및 관리, 대출, 반납 등의 업무를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있으며 초등학교의 특성을 이용한 다양한 형태의 독서 교육 활동을 제공하고 독서에 대한 자료를 공유할 수 있도록 하였으며, 사용자 인정을 통하여 접속한 후 교사는 자기 반 학생을 관리하고 학습에 도움을 줄 수 있고 서로간의 의사 소통과 도서실 이용에 대한 제반 여러 가지 상황을 고려하여 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 구성하였고, 또한 학생은 자신의 독서활동을 평가받을 수 있으며 건전한 독서생활을 할 수 있도록 구성하였다.

The library of elementary schools, which plays a role in the basic education to grow a responsible social member in an information society and to develop ability for collection, selection, summary, and utilization of various information, could be considered as new educational center. It should be changed to the establishment of informational education for preparing the information society in 21st century through the functional extension of the conventional library as reading and bookstand. Furthermore, it is necessary of trials that converts to the support system for interchange between establishment and student, for preparing educational system of teaching or studying, and for opening establishment to local communities in the future.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the present state of elementary school libraries in Daejeon Metropolitan City. For this 50 schools are surveyed by questionnaires on two groups of teachers, those that take charge of school library and those who do not. As a results of this research following issues are emerged. First, the present state of surveyed school libraries is below standard with regard to the amount of books and size and it is required to improve these poor conditions. Second, the space programs are not sufficient to conduct enlarging scope of school libraries, which is conspicuous in spaces for affording librarians, supporting various activities and serving user's convenience. Third, in spite of poor conditions in school library facilities, respondents' satisfaction rate is not so low and there's no obvious demand for diversity of spaces.

초등학교 도서관 교육이 학교교육 목적을 달성하는데 기여하기 위해서는 학생들의 창의성 함양에 초점을 둔 효율방법을 사용할 것이 요청된다. 그러한 교육방법은 The Big Six와 같은 학습모형의 이용을 들 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 학습모형을 이용하여 학습하도록 하려면 도서실의 설치, 자료확보, 사서교사 채용, 학습모델을 이용한 정보기술교육의 교안개발 보급, 등 여러 가지 교육에 필요한 선결문제를 반드시 해결해야 한다.

연구목적: 교육시설 화재위험성 평가를 위한 기초 데이터 확보를 위하여 화재하중 분석하였다. 사전조사로 화재하중을 산정하기 위해 학교시설의 화재하중과 관련된 기초자료를 수집하였다. 연구방법: 기초자료는 화재하중의 정의 및 종류, 화재하중 산정을 위한 연소열 데이터 화재하중에 대한 선행연구를 통하여 진행하였고 화재하중 산출시 구획실에 존재하는 가연물 중량에 해당 연소열을 곱하여 산정하였다. 연구결과: A 초등학교의 고정가연물은 교실, 음악실, 교무실은 정서나 안전을 고려하여 바닥이 주로 목재로 이루어져 있었으며, 나머지 구획실은 석재로 이루어졌다. 천장과 벽은 석고보드, 콘크리트로 되어있어 가연물에 속하지 않았다. 각 실별로 대표적인 적재가연물은 교실은 책상, 의자, 사물함 등으로 나타났으며 과학실은 실험기구함, 실험도구함이 주를 이루어었으며 도서실은 책과 서가, 열람기구 등이 큰 비중을 차지하였다. 결론: A 초등학교의 적재가연물에 따른 적재화재하중은 도서실, 컴퓨터실, 영어학습실, 교무실, 일반교실, 과학관, 음악실의 순으로 나타났다.

This study proposes the direction of planning and designing for the media related facilities through the future concepts of media-center even though the concept and environment of the media-center are developed mealy at elementary schools in Korea. This study investigates and analyzes whether the present facilities are ready for the efficient education and improved facilities through comparison between after and before the 7th education program of systems of the academic support facilities. Therefore this study proposes the direction of developing and designing media-center through the field survey, make-up questionaries and analyzing architectural drawings of media related facilities for the future.

According to the new multi-media appeared as a result of rapid growth of the information and science technique, the school library must be changed to the integration of the teach-study media resource from the existing print media. It means that the school library has to play a role of the study center with a different media from the existing teaching material, teaching instrument, facility and opportunity. The Information education must be conducted in the way of an integrated education course and able to do both information transaction and problem settlement. The education facility to solve this problem is the school library. Therefore, the school library becomes important more and more. It means that the school library is the center of entire study and education material for the teacher and student is focused on it. It is urgent to make the standard of the school library In order to cope with the new education and information environments. And especially it is very important to make a plan about the location and scale of the school library to improve the quality of the children's studying activity. The location of the school library is decided under consideration of the relationship with other room of school house and the proper scale of it is between 2.5units and 7.0units of classroom based on the number of class.
