In this paper, we are present efficient informationalized education strategy that is used B-ISDN based on high speed network for multi-user and all process associated with it. We are proposed to be strengthen information application as providing multimedia service, international competition over construction of high speed information network, and international competition over being bring up specialist which takes the lead informationalized education policy with the based on high speed information network.

최근 스마트 기기와 소셜 네트워크의 확산으로 수많은 근접디바이스간의 직접 정보전달이 활성화됨에 따라 급속도로 근접모바일 직접통신 기술에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 직접통신 기술은 광역 직접통신, 협역 직접통신, 초근접 직접통신으로 분류될 수 있으며, 본 고에서는 NFC 기술의 시발점으로 급속도로 확산되고 있는 초근접 직접통신 기술의 동향에 대해 알아보고, 또한 미래의 기가급 초근접 통신 서비스를 제공하기 위한 초고속 저전력 NFC 기술로서 부각되고 있는 Zing 기술에 대해 알아본다.

초고속 정보통신의 경제적인 구축을 위해서는 기존 통신망의 적절한 활용이 요구된다. 현재 국내에서는 PSTN, N-ISDN, 기업망 등 많은 독자적인 망들이 운용되고 있는데 비하여 이들 망의 점진적인 발전 및 초고속 통신망으로의 효율적인 통합운용이 절실히 요구되는 시점이다. 이러한 상황을 개선하기 위해, 초고속 통신망의 하부망으로서 경제적인 대안으로 관심을 끌고 있는 기존망의 하나가 CAIV 전송망의 일종인 HFC(Hybrid Fiber Coax)망 이다. 지금까지 HFC망은 주로 일반 통신 사업자 입장에서 보다는 CATV사업자들이 기 보유한 망을 통해서 통신과 방송의 통합 서비스를 경제적으로 제공하고자 하는 방안으로서 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 논문에서는 HFC 구조에서 상향으로의 데이터 충돌이 발생했을 시 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 IEEE802.14에서 제안하는 MAC Protocol과 HFC망의 MAC프로토콜 구성요소 중 제안된 경합중재 알고리즘의 형태를 알아보고 이중 Tree algorithm을 분기율에 따라 성능을 평가하고자 한다.

각 가정으로의 초고속 인터넷이 보편화됨에 따라, 웹 기반의 단순 정보 서비스 및 저해상도 동영상 서비스를 벗어나 지능형 홈 네트워크 및 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특히 유무선 및 방송$.$통신 융합형 정보통신 환경에서 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스를 고품질로 이용할 수 있는 차세대 통합 네트워크인 광대역통합망(BcN: Broadband convergence Network)이 2010년까지 2천만 가입자에게 제공될 것으로 예상되며, 이를 기반으로 한 디지털 홈네트워킹은 다양한 홈네트워크와 초고속 액세스망을 연결할 것으로 판단된다.(중략)

There nay be fierce debate over the nature of the medium that will herald the brave new world copper, fiber, wireless or satellite there is little doubt that future networks will be broadband in their capabilities.
